Abstract

Badminton is one of the most popular in Indonesia and the world. The game of badminton has basic techniques such as serves and smashes. Smash in badminton is a technique that is very necessary to get a point. This research aims to determine the smash ability of Central Aceh PB Lauser athletes. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The sample for this research was 5 athletes in the Men's Singles category PB Lauser Central Aceh. The research results from the five athletes had a maximum score of 35, a minimum score of 25, a mean of 29.2, and a standard deviation of 4.33. The good category is 40% and the bad category is 60%, so it can be concluded that the abilities of PB Lauser Aceh athletes are in the medium category. It is a good suggestion for the coach to provide a training program that leads to smash ability in badminton, such as training arm muscle strength.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of physical education learning using the independent curriculum, to determine the use of facilities and infrastructure in the physical education learning process using the independent curriculum, the time specified in the physical education learning process using the independent curriculum and the level of success of physical education students using the independent curriculum in Pemantangsiantar City High School. The method used in this research is a survey method. The population used by teachers and students consisted of 3 schools where the names of the schools consisted of Pemantangsiantar 6 Public High School, Pemantangsiantar Exemplary Private High School and Pemantangsiantar East Star Private High School. The instrument used in this research uses a questionnaire, the variable in this research is a survey of the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in physical education learning at Pemantangsiantar City High School and the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of the research show that the survey on the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in physical education learning at Pemantangsiantar City High School has a percentage of 88% in the very good category, this percentage was obtained from the percentage of 7 physical education teachers and 160 students. The teacher assessment has a percentage of 85% in the very good category and the percentage of students has a percentage of 88% in the very good category. Because of this, it can be concluded that the survey of the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in physical education learning at Pemantangsiantar City High School has a very good category in accordance with what the researchers wanted.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to determine the development of video tutorial media for basic badminton techniques in high schools. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method with a population of 110 students and the sample in this research is a small group test of 20 students at SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai and a large group test of 90 students at 3 high school level schools. consisting of SMA Negeri 1 Tanjungbalai, SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai and SMA Negeri 6 Tanjungbalai. The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires given to experts and students. The data analysis technique used is a mixed data analysis technique (qualitative and quantitative). The percentage for knowing the needs analysis is 39%, where the validation percentage assessment by expert Sudjana (2005: 46-47) means that the average validation value is in the range of 29% - 46% with a poor category. The validity percentage for the small group test is 67% and according to expert Sudjana's (2005: 46-47) validation percentage assessment, the average validation value is in the range of 65% - 82% with a good category for use in the large group test stage after improvement. Where the validity percentage for the large group test is 88% and the average validation value is in the range of 83% - 100%, indicating that in the very good category, the development of video tutorial media for basic badminton techniques in high schools is running effectively and efficiently. The results of the small group test involving 20 students at SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai had a percentage result with a score of 78% in the good category and the results of the large group test involving 90 students at the high school level consisting of 30 students at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjungbalai were 90% in the very good category. , 30 students at SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai 89% in the very good category and 30 students at SMA Negeri 6 Tanjungbalai 89% in the very good category. Based on the results of the trials and the results of the researchers' discussions, it can be concluded that the development of video tutorials on basic techniques for playing badminton in high schools is a new breakthrough in the world of physical education, which includes learning material for the sport of badminton. From the results of expert questionnaires on needs analysis, small trials and large trials, it is stated that the development of learning media for video tutorials on basic badminton game techniques is very suitable for use in PJOK learning, especially badminton material. Hopefully in the future the development of learning media will be more numerous and more creative than This.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions of SMAS PAB 8 Saentis students towards the independent learning curriculum in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) subjects. The method used in this research is a survey method. The population is because in this school only classes X and XI have actively implemented the Independent Learning Curriculum. The research sample was in class X with a sample size of 39 students and class XI with a sample size of 31 students. The instrument used in this research used a questionnaire, the variable in this research was the perception of SMAS PAB 8 Saentis students towards the Independent Learning Curriculum in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) subjects and the data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of the research show that the perception of SMAS PAB 8 Saentis students towards the independent learning curriculum in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) subjects has 2 class levels consisting of class X with a sample size of 39 students consisting of 6 classes with a percentage of 81% with the very good category and class XI with a sample size of 31 students consisting of 4 classes has a percentage of 83% in the very good category. Because of this, it can be concluded that the perception of SMAS PAB 8 Saentis students towards the independent learning curriculum in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) subjects has a very good category in accordance with what the researchers wanted.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that many volleyball underpassing lessons in schools are still conventional, as school learning activities are still teacher-centered. The objectives of this research are: To determine the feasibility of the Volleyball Bottom Passing E-Module Learning Media for junior high school students. This research uses a research and development model (Borg And Gall) using the ADDIE development model which includes (1) Research and Information Collecting (Preliminary Study), (2) Planning (Research Planning), (3) Develop Preliminary Form Of Product (Development Design), (4) Preliminary Field Testing (Preliminary/Limited Field Trial), (5) Main Product Revision (Main Product Revision/Limited Field Test Results) (6) Main Field Testing (Wider Product Trial) After media This learning was used in the implementation stage, learning media was declared suitable for use as teaching material in schools with an average material expert score of 3.7 and an average media expert score of 3.7, an average score of small group trials. amounted to 3.5 and students' response as users was 3.4 so the suitability of the learning media developed was in the "outstanding" category.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in learning to play the chest pass in the game of basketball through the application of a scientific approach and modified plastic ball media in class VIII students at Santa Lusia Sei Rotan Middle School in the 2016 academic year. The student's ability to perform chest passes is still low. This research uses the Classroom Action Research method which consists of two cycles. The subjects in this research were 30 class VIII junior high school students. The results of cycle research showed that 16 people (53.33%) completed the chest pass study and 14 people (46.67%) did not complete it. Student learning outcomes in doing chest passes in cycle I were average (69.2%). In cycle II, it showed that the results of the complete chest pass study were 26 people (86.67%), and 4 people (13.33%) did not complete it. Student learning outcomes in cycle II were average (80.0%). This research concludes that the application of a scientific approach has a significant influence on chest pass learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of moving ball games on children's gross motor skills This type of research is quantitative by using an experimental research design (Pre Exsprimen), The treatment in this study is the effect of moving ball games on children's gross motor skills 3. The sample in this study amounted to 25 people, totaling 25 people. Research instruments are tools that can be used to collect research data. The instrument used in this study is an observation sheet. The observation sheet is a record of the developments made in the learning process. The observation sheet is used by researchers to record the results of observations or observations made directly by researchers by the instrument and with the skills that children are expected to achieve. The data analysis technique used in this study is to compare the difference between the two average values, so it is done with the t-test. The results showed that, there was a significant difference in the effect of the experimental class using the moving ball game with the control class on students' motor skills.

Abstract
