Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Coordination of the Village Government in the Empowerment of Farmers Groups in Bontomarannu Village, Gowa Regency. This study used qualitative with 9 informants. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, direct observation, documentation. The results of this study showed that the communication carried out by the village government with effective farmer groups without strengthening the ego of each group was able to produce good coordination to support the forms of the empowerment process of farmers, village government and all farmer groups were very aware with the importance of coordination, all efforts in empowering farmers or farmer groups were more maximal, and coordination was very important between the village government and farmer groups that could produce forms of coordination such as maximum work results and also know all the needs of farmer groups in the field.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine how the employee’s performance and what factors affect the performance of employees in the field of Water Resources Management at the Public Works Department in Enrekang Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were observation and interviews with 7 informants. The results of this study could be seen that the performance of water resources employees at Enrekang Regency Public Works Department had not run smoothly and optimally because there ware still some problems in carrying out their work, namely the problem of workload that was not appropriate due to lack of human resources, problems of supervision in the development process. The suggestions were the need for qualified human resources and could be responsible for the tasks assigned, and the existence of a strict policy from the head of the field of water resources for employees who did not complete their tasks on time.

Abstract

This study purposed to provide an overview and explanation of public service innovations in the process of making birth certificates and death certificates at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registry Service. This study used the type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection instruments were interviews with informants  verbally and structured interviews, such as observations at the research location and also based on documents in the form of literature, documents, tables and scientific papers available at institutions associated with research. The results of this study  showed that KUCATAKI Service Innovation in making birth certificates and death certificates in the Population and Civil Registry Service of Makassar City was good and fully oriented to the wishes of the community namely easy service and the community did not feel difficulties  in matters maintenance of certificates, and especially pregnant women who wanted to manage of their child's birth certificate directly at the RSIA/ Puskesmas where they got birth.

Abstract

This study pruposed to determine the management of PDAM water services to meet the needs of the community in Maropokot Village, Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This study used qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation techinques. Data analysis were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions, while the validity of the using triangulasi of sources, methods, and time. The results of this study showed that the management of PDAM water services included four indicators, namely: 1) Planning at Nagekeo PDAM had been carried out well, but there were still some budget problems that bad not been able to meet the needs, especially efforts to enlarge the pipeline network. 2) Implementation carried out by the Nagekeo PDAM, trough outreach and routine meetings from thr PDAM that visited each village. 3) Coordination of the organizational structure chart could know the duties and authority of each employee. 4) Settlement had been carried out by the Nagekeo Regency PDAM trough two types of supervision, preventive supervision and repressive supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Culture and Tourism Office in the management of Camba Cambang Island tourism object in Pangkep Regency. The role of the Tourism Office as the manager of Camba Cambang Island, which acts as a motivator, facilitator, and dynamic in realizing an increase in tourists visiting and prospering the community around Tesebut Island. Therefore, with the role of the Tourism Office which is directly optimal and in-depth to develop the community. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach where data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were four people including the head of the Pangkep district tourism office, the field of resource development, the field of tourism. The results showed that the role of the Office of Culture and Tourism in increasing the number of visitors of the Office of Tourism carried out various promotions through online media, events, exhibitions , banners and brochures. Increased motivation by training members in the community. The Office of Tourism empowers communities around the island by providing direction and socialization in makingsouvenirs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the innovation of online-based citizen complaint services satisfaction and accuracy of targets in its implementation and public services received by the community. The type used in this research is qualitative with 11 informants. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, direct observation, documentation.The results of this study indicate that the most important thing in citizen complaints services is that the village government and local government should provide sufficient budget to carry out an innovation program because this is evidence of public service innovation that makes it easy for the public to make complaints and the community as customers should begin to realize and utilize the development of information and communication technology currently in carrying out daily activities, so that the online-based complaints service innovation program can be maximized as a whole.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine e-government web presence services, e-government interactions, e-government transactions, and e-government transformation at Mamuju Tengah Hospital. This study used qualitative with the type of phenomonology. The number of informants was 7 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this showed that the Web presence was running well and had performed web presence functions but in terms of Interaction in the medical record service or patient registration section there were still people not knowing the application provided, the transaction was still using a manual payment system or cas at patient, the transformation had not run well.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine and analyze the effect of Work Motivation on Personnel Performance in the Office of Personnel and Human Resources Development in Gowa Regency.  This study used a descriptive study with quantitative methods and approaches that described Work Motivation on Staffing Performance and Human Resources Development in Gowa Regency.  The population in this study were all employees in the Office of Human Resources and Human Resources Development, Gowa Regency, as many as 46 people.  Sampling technique used saturated sampling.  Based on the results of the static table summary model explained the magnitude of the correlation or relationship (R) value of 0.698.  Of the influence of the independent variable or work motivation (X) on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y) showed by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.575 meant 57.5% of the influence of the independent variable or work motivation on the employee performance dependent variable (Y) in the Office of the Agency  Gowa Regency Human Resources and Human Resources Development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine taxpayer compliance, increase in tax revenue  and the effect of taxpayer compliance on the increase in motor vehicle tax revenue at Samsat Office of  Mamuju Regency. This study used quantitative. The number of samples was 99 taxpayers registered at Samsat Office of  Mamuju Regenc. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires  and documentation. The type of research used quantitative research. The results showed that there was a direct effect of taxpayer compliance on the increase in motor vehicle tax revenue at the Samsat Office of Mamuju Regency. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship so there was an effect of tax compliance (x) on an increase in motor vehicle tax revenue (y) in the Samsat Office of Mamuju Regency by 54.9% and the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research. From the results of this study known that there were still several important indicators that still needed more attention to increase tax revenue in Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how community participation in the main program of family welfare development in Bonerate Village, Selayar Islands Regency. This study  used qualitative method. This study had 8  informants by using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used  data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion. The results of this study showed that community participation in the main PKK program was quite well, due to community had awareness to participate  in activities that hold by the PKK activator team in Bonerate Village. In addition, community participation in the main PKK program could be seen in the form of community self-help both in terms of personnel and material. The problem was the  community had a low education in Bonerate Village. It was recommended that the participation of the Bonerate Village community in the PKK program needed to be increased again and the PKK Executing Team as the executor of the tasks in the Bonerate Village should optimize to involve  the community in various activities.
