Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the quality of service at the Makassar City One-Stop Manunggal Administration System (SAMSAT) Office. The type of research is qualitative research. Informants in this research collected data using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the quality of motor vehicle tax services at the Makassar City SAMSAT office seen from five dimensions, namely: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, is good. Makassar City SAMSAT has responded to taxpayer complaints when problems occur in the service process, has knowledge of the work they do and shows good cooperation in serving and being friendly and polite in providing services to taxpayers, they serve with a smile and speak good words so that taxpayers feel appreciated.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Bulukumba Regency Civil Service Police Unit in controlling street vendors in Bulukumba Regency in 2023. The type of research used in this study is qualitative and the type of research used is descriptive, where the type and type of research explain in detail how the role of Satpol PP in controlling street vendors in Bulukumba Regency. The results of the study revealed the role of the Bulukumba Regency Civil Service Police Unit as a regulatory role, its advantages include: the implementation of tasks has followed the applicable Standard Operating Procedures.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how the position and the National Land Agency of Enrekang Regency work together with the local government of Enrekang Regency in optimizing conflict resolution. This study used qualitative methods carried out by collecting data through library research, field research in the form of observations, in-depth interviews and document research. The results of this study showed  that the role of the Enrekang Regency National Land Agency had been proceeding, it could be seen from the regulator's point of view actually arranging to find out the clarity of the conflict that occurred between PT. PN XIV and the community of Maroangin Village, Maiwa sub-district, aspects of the dynamics of the government both sub-districts and village mobilized participation to maintain the dynamics of regional conflict if the meeting did not get a meeting point. This was a step taken by the government, the facilitator aspect facilitated the government from the sub-district to get and discuss the problems together that were the basis of the conflict. and as an actor so that this problem had not been resolved until now but this land conflict was lingering until now.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the ethics of public service at the Office of Tamaona Village, Buttono Pao District, Gowa Regency. This study used qualitative research, data sources used  primary and secondary, the number of informants was 6 people. Data collection used observation techniques, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using data reduction steps, data presentation, verification of data that were qualitative, as well as using the validation of triangulation data that was triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results showed that the ethics of public service applied at the Tamaona Office, Tombolo Pao Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, had been implemented well, if viewed from the aspect of 1) Equality of rights had run well, serving the community regardless of race, ethnicity, religion and politics 2) Justice, serving the community kindly, giving explanations during the service process, serving the community, all the people were treated equally. 3) Loyalty, especially honorarium employees were still loyal to the institution regardless of how much salary they had received and even worked for years. 4) Responsibility, not yet fully done well.Keywords: Public Service Ethics, Village

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the strategy of the local government in dealing with early marriage in South Sinjai  District, Sinjai Regency. This study used qualitative research, data sources were primary and secondary, the number of informants was 9 people. Data collection  used  observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study showed that the strategy of the local government in dealing with early marriage in south Sinjai  District Sinjai Regency was classified as optimal and not optimal when discussed from the aspect of (1) socialization, had been running according to the existing theory, but not yet optimal because there were still obstacles and obstacles from some communities; (2) regulations, related to regulations regarding marriages had been implemented well, but not yet optimal due to the government's lack of clarity on people who get married early; (3) sanctions, the application of sanctions against early marriage had proceeded relatively well. Internal factors that influence in this research were on their own volition. While external factors were influenced by several factors such as economics, education, or community traditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the village fund budget in supporting infrastructure development in Pattappa Village, Pujananting District, Barru Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The results of the research can be seen from 4 aspects, namely: (1) communication carried out by the village government with the community through socialization activities and village meetings is able to show that the village government has consistent attitudes and perceptions of SOP so that the community feels satisfied with the performance village government. (2) The resources owned by the Pattappa village government are good enough. (3) Disposition (disposition) related to the attitude of the implementer, the village government always tries to maximize the performance of village officials to improve the quality of good performance so that it has an impact on improving community welfare. (4) The bureaucratic structure of the village government in carrying out its duties must be in accordance with the basic performance measures and adapted to the existing understanding and procedures.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe how the role of the Makassar big city police in handling cases of domestic violence in the city of Makassar. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The number of  informants in this study were 6 people. The results of this study showed that the aspect of communication carried out by the police, it run well through social media, the community and victims who got violence, the educational aspect was the police did socialization into the community to provide counseling. Aspects of socialization carried out by police by collaborating with the village government to share the PKDRT law to the community. Apart from the village government there were also community shelters formed by integrated services centers of women and children and directly sheltered by the Office of Women’s Empowerment and City Child Protection Makassar. And the aspect of advocacy aimed to provide understanding related to domestic violence in community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Transparency of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program in Combating the Covid-19 Outbreak in Jenetallasa Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research methods and descriptive research types. The results of the study consist of four indicators, namely (1) Availability and accessibility of BLT-DD management documents, the community has not had access to obtain information related to important points in BLT-DD management. (2) Clarity and completeness of information on BLT-DD management, the public did not receive clear information about BLT-DD because of the representation of RT heads in the preparation of BLT-DD. (3) Openness of the BLT-DD management process, the village government has billboards and information boards and cooperates with the head of the RT in conveying BLT-DD information to the community. (4) Regulations that guarantee transparency of BLT-DD management, the regulatory framework used by the village government is regulation from the center and has been specified in the regent's rules, but there is no separate regulation from the village government regarding transparency of BLT-DD management in Jenetallasa Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the innovation of online-based citizen complaint services satisfaction and accuracy of targets in its implementation and public services received by the community. The type used in this research is qualitative with 11 informants. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, direct observation, documentation.The results of this study indicate that the most important thing in citizen complaints services is that the village government and local government should provide sufficient budget to carry out an innovation program because this is evidence of public service innovation that makes it easy for the public to make complaints and the community as customers should begin to realize and utilize the development of information and communication technology currently in carrying out daily activities, so that the online-based complaints service innovation program can be maximized as a whole.

Abstract

Environmental management is closely related to the welfare of society, with good and correct management and protection of the environment can realize the welfare of society in a country. This research aims to determine the  of green open space management by the Gowa district environmental service. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were 3 people consisting of the Secretary of the Environmental Service, Head of the Waste Parks or Tahura Division, Functional Staff.The results of this research indicate that the of green open space management by the Gowa district environmental service is generally quite good but has not been implemented optimally in terms of aspects: (1) planning/implementation, planning/implementation of activities is not sufficient due to lack of facilities and infrastructure is still limited (2) organization, organization in this activity is quite good because there are many agencies involved in greening management (3) supervision, supervision in this activity is not good enough because plant resource officers are still quite low and become wrong a significant obstacle to green management.
