Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the Village Fund and the Village Building Index and the Level of Welfare in Gondangrejo District. In this study, the analytical tool used is panel data analysis with two econometric models in 13 villages in Gondangrejo District within a period of 5 years from 2016 to 2020. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of panel data (a combination of time series with a cross section) in the form of Village Fund data, the Village Building Index(IDM) and the Level of Community Welfare of 13 villages in Gondangrejo District. Data were obtained from the Regent's Regulation, Village Information System (Kemendesa), IDM, and BPS. The results of the two models show that the Village Fund plays a role in the level of independence of villages in Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency.

Abstract

Every province in Indonesia has bamboo crops, either grown wildly or grown in plantations, because Indonesia is a large bamboo producing country. Anyaman bamboo is one of Indonesia’s traditional products and has great potential to be developed and exported. PT Putri Tropika Karya performs rebranding on bamboo basket products from the company Keranjang Bambu To Bambu. Rebranding includes the creation of new brands, product logos, taglines, packaging, and brochures. The aim of this program is to increase the productivity of the company, reach international markets, improve marketing, and brand awareness. The result of the implementation of the export product development program is to meet the demand from ASEAN countries, expand the range of available products by adding basket variants, extend the market coverage of export products to the ASEAN region, enhance the understanding for partners in basic financial records, allowing them to easily track business progress and set company guidelines, add partner insights to provide partners with valuable knowledge to leverage market opportunities, thereby encouraging sustainable product innovation and market expansion for partners. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies. The outer part of the program is the enhancement of relationships between partners, the provision of some ideas for innovation, the safety of production processes, branding, social media accounts, and the improvement of product packaging.

Abstract

The Campus Merdeka Certified Internship Program (MBKM) is an initiative by the Ministry of Education and Culture (KEMENDIKBUD) that provides opportunities for students to gain experience through internships and independent studies. Through this program, students can sharpen skills relevant to their field of study through real projects and obtain certificates as evidence of their achieved competencies. The National Export School Foundation collaboratesin the Independent Study with Certification program under the Campus Merdeka Certified Internship Program (MBKM), which focuses on the theme "Be A Digital Exporter" for students across Indonesia. This program involves collaboration between students and the micro, small, and medium-sized bamboo weaving business "Bambu To Bambu" in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. Through mentoring and provided materials, students contribute to enhancing the products of these micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) through branding, packaging,and digital marketing, thereby helping them improve their export capabilities and understand the potentialof local export products and their interactions with the global market. The program is expected to assist thesemicro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) in preparing and successfully marketing their products in the international market.

Abstract

Competitiveness is a key in a cross-country economic order. The level of competitiveness is calculated based on commodity exports in a country. Tea is one of Indonesia's export products. This study aims to analyze competitiveness and the influence of production, international prices, land area, imports and exchange rates on the competitiveness of Indonesian tea. The method used is Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) to analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian teaexports in the international market and the multiple linear regression method to analyze the factors that influence the competitiveness of Indonesian tea exports. The data used in this study are time series secondary data from 2001 to 2022. The results of the study show that international production and prices do not have a significant effect on the competitiveness of Indonesian tea exports. Land area has a significant positive effect on the competitiveness of Indonesian tea exports. Imports and exchange rates have a significant negative effect on the competitiveness of Indonesian tea exports.

Abstract

Gross Domestic Product is an indicator of successful economic growth. Indonesia's economic growth as a developing country is quite good because it has accelerated from year to year. This study aims to determine the effect of exports, labor, foreign debt, inflation, and investment in the economic sector on Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product. This type of research is a quantitative research using secondary data. Data used from 2000-2021. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression (Multiple Regression Analysis Model). The results of the analysis show that the variables that have a significant influence on Indonesia's GDP are exports, labor and investment in the economic sector. Meanwhile, foreign debt and inflation variables have no effect on Indonesia's GDP. The condition of Indonesia's GDP when viewed from the results of the study will increase with better export values and an increase in labor, as well as increased investment in targeted economic sectors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of production, international prices and exchange rates on the volume of coffee exports in Indonesia in 2002-2022. This research is a quantitative research. The data source is obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. Testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that coffee production, the international price of coffee and the rupiah exchange rate could explain the 2002-2022 coffee export volume of 31.3%. The partial test results show that coffee production and the rupiah exchange rate have no effect on the volume of coffee exports. And the international price of coffee has a positive effect on the volume of coffee exports. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous tests show that coffee production, international coffee prices and the rupiah exchange rate together have no effect on the volume of coffee exports from 2002-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of gross domestic product (GDP) to the main destination countries, the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar, international seaweed prices and Indonesian seaweed production on the volume of Indonesian seaweed exports and to determine the competitiveness of seaweed export volumes to other countries. export destination. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the panel data method and competitiveness analysis using the RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) calculation method. The results of the study using the multiple linear regression method show that the real GDP of the main destination countries, exchange rates and Indonesian seaweed production partially have no significant effect on Indonesian seaweed exports, while international seaweed export prices partially have a significant effect on Indonesian seaweed exports. . The results of the RCA competitiveness analysis show that Indonesian seaweed exports have a comparative advantage or competitiveness in export destination countries with an RCA value of >1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk Best Seller Brownies Cinta Karanganyar, untuk mengetahui produk Best Seller mana saja yang paling diminati oleh konsumen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan mendapatkan sebanyak 46 responden, yang merupakan konsumen dari Brownies Cinta Karanganyar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brownies Cinta Karanganyar sudah banyak dikenal dengan peminat masyarakat yang cukup tinggi dalam pembelian produk Best Seller. Brownies Cinta memiliki kualitas yang baik dan dapat memenuhi konsumen. Kepuasan konsumen tersebut didorong oleh beberapa faktor seperti kepuasan terhadap harga yang berarti perusahaan telah berhasil dalam menetapkan harga yang kompetitif sesuai dengan nilai produk, kepuasan terhadap kemasan perusahaan telah berhasil dalam merancang kemasan yang menarik dan sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen, serta kepuasan terhadap kualitas produk artinya perusahaan berhasil menjaga kualitas produk yang ditunjukkan oleh minimnya keluhan dari konsumen.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah hal apa saja yang menghambat Brownies Cinta Karanganyar mengirimkan produk ke luar Pulau Jawa. Deskriptif kualitatif yang digunakan sebagai metode pada penelitian. Data didapatkan dari tiga karyawan Brownies Cinta dan 66 calon konsumen Brownies Cinta melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan ada 5 faktor eksternal dan 3 faktor internal yang mempengaruhi terhambatnya proses pengiriman produk Brownies Cinta. 5 faktor eksternal tersebut antara lain, biaya pengiriman yang tinggi, waktu pengiriman yang lebih lama, risiko kerusakan pada produk, adanya aturan dan regulasi yang ketat, dan kurangnya ketersediaan transportasi. Sedangkan untuk faktor internal antara lain pabrik tempat produksi masih di satu lokasi, tingkat HPP, dan branding. Kata kunci : biaya, produk, risiko, waktu, transportasi

Abstract

The changes in lifestyle which will eventually happen along with the advancement of technology and global phenomenon requires business to adapt and contribute to the well-being of the society despite its main goal to earn profit. This research seeks to give understanding how entrepreneurship which is built upon empowerment of a community could survive, even taking an important part in the competition. This research uses a qualitative method and case study approach with primary data gotten from an interview and secondary data available on the internet. The observation of one of social entrepreneurships in Yogyakarta indicates that such business gives direct positive impacts to the local community and the environment around it.
