Abstract

One food that is well known throughout Indonesia which is made from soybeans is called tofu. The public saw the prospects for the processed tofu business, which resulted in many competitors selling various processed tofu. As a result, it is very difficult to sustain this business. Sellers of processed products must realize that they must use marketing strategies to defend themselves and attract new customers in order to compete. SWOT analysis was used to determine marketing strategies so it was found that the "Mau Tahu Banget" product had many advantages, including quality and safety, abundant raw materials and affordable prices. On the other hand, products do not last long, and lack of promotion is a weakness. Changing products, working with restaurants and cafes, into opportunities for "Want to Know" products. The particular threat of the "I Want to Know" product in terms of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities is intense competition. Pricing, product, promotion, and distribution strategies are all part of increasing sales through reliance on key customers, consumer trends, and changes in the prices of expensive raw materials. It is very important to implement all these strategies because building trust between business actors and consumers is very important because with consumer trust and loyalty, businesses can survive.

Abstract

The increasing number of unemployed in Indonesia has encouraged the government to innovate with the independent entrepreneurship program. This activity was carried out at Leather Lovers UMKM with two objectives: (a) increasing knowledge and entrepreneurial skills in the tofu processing business; and (b) provide entrepreneurial mental strength to students who take part in the entrepreneurial internship program. Direct action is used in internship programs for business creation, business planning models, production, and marketing. This is done through direct and interactive learning methods. Five students took part in activities for six months which included business planning, production, cost of goods manufactured, cost of goods sold, and packaging, and online and offline marketing. The MSME internship program increases entrepreneurial mentality and entrepreneurial spirit through training and business mentoring stages. The results after six months of activities show that the students' entrepreneurial mentality has increased and their desire to try has increased.

Abstract

The availability of land to produce food is decreasing due to infrastructure development making agricultural land increasingly decreasing. Limited land is not commensurate with the increasing demand for food. The solution to overcome this is to apply the hydroponic method. Limited land, especially in urban areas, can be used more efficiently with hydroponics. This research aims to investigate the application of hydroponics directly in an urban context with active involvement in the Valefarm Hidroponik Solo plantation. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method was chosen to be able to understand better. The findings of this research show that hydroponics can maximize land use, allowing year-round planting, better quality and quantity, as well as water and fertilizer efficiency. Apart from that, the shorter harvest period and easy pest control are the advantages of the hydroponic method.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze consumers of Natureline Boyolali's superior products, to find out whether or not many consumers use Natureline's superior products. The sample in this research was collected by distributing questionnaires and getting 42 respondents, who were consumers of Natureline Boyolali. The results of this research show that Natureline is widely known and has quite high public demand for purchasing superior products. Aromatherapy is a preparation that contains ingredients with a particular smell and fragrance which can provide a relaxing effect by providing a sense of calm and relieving tension due to illness, work pressure, family problems and other social problems. Lavender uses linalyl acetate and linalool. Linalyl acetate and linalool do not have dangerous side effects for health. Natureline has good quality and can satisfy consumers. Consumer satisfaction is driven by several factors such as satisfaction with product durability, satisfaction with price which means the company has succeeded in setting competitive prices, as well as review of product quality meaning the company has succeeded in maintaining product quality as shown by the number of complaints from consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of population, gross regional domestic product (GRDP), harvested area and corn prices on corn production in the Central Java Province Region. The data source uses secondary data taken from BPS data for 2020 - 2021. And the data model is panel data consisting of 29 districts or cities in Central Java with the times series for 2020 - 2021. The analysis method is purposive sampling with multiple linear regression models and analysis tools with Eviews. The analysis technique is testing the best model with the Chow and Hausman test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test) and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings show that population size and corn prices do not have a significant effect on corn production, while gross regional domestic product (GRDP) has a significant positive effect on corn production, and harvest area has a significant negative effect on corn production.

Abstract

Analyzing the influence of product reviews, ratings and public trust on purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The success of a product on the market is not only determined by the quality of the product itself, but also by consumer interactions through reviews and ratings provided. The research method used was an online survey involving respondents who were active in Gonilan Kartasura Village shopping at Shopee. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed randomly to Shopee users. Data analysis is carried out using statistical techniques, for example regression to assess the influence of the variables studied. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide further understanding of how product reviews, ratings and public trust contribute to purchasing decisions on Shopee. With this understanding, business people and marketers can optimize their strategies in building consumer trust, improving product quality, and utilizing positive reviews and ratings to increase sales on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

The Certified Independent Study and Internship Program (MSIB) is part of the Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) policy by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). PT. Bank BTPN Syariah TBK is one of the partners of the MSIB Batch 5 program. Bank BTPN Syariah provides intermediaries as accompanying facilitators to support customers in achieving their expected goals. The role of the companion here is to help customers maximize sales. BTPN Syariah customers as ultra-micro actors receive facilities in the form of companions so they can help them in developing their business. The accompanying facilitators provided by Bank BTPN Syariah have the aim of supporting BTPN Syariah customer empowerment activities, especially women/mothers from productive underprivileged communities or micro business actors, who have the capacity and skills along with customer skills in running their businesses, so that they can develop more and opening wider market access, both offline and online.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy and hydroponic product development implemented by Valefarm Hidroponik Solo plantation, with a focus on active participation between researchers and Valefarm through the Participatory Research approach. This method is designed to involve actors involved in every stage of the research, ensuring the sustainability and relevance of the research findings. The study used interviews, focus groups, and participatory sessions to gain an in-depth understanding of the perceptions, knowledge, and experiences that have been implemented by Valefarm regarding marketing strategies and hydroponic product development. The analysis was carried out collaboratively, involving actors involved in the research in interpreting the results and formulating recommendations. The results of the study show that through the Participatory Research approach, Valefarm has succeeded in integrating diverse thoughts and views from researchers, creating a more diverse and relevant marketing strategy. Active participation also facilitates a two-way exchange of knowledge between researchers and Valefarm, increasing a shared understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the hydroponic industry. This study provides in-depth insight into the successful implementation of marketing strategies and hydroponic product development through the active participation of researchers. The findings of this study not only support local economic growth through more contextual marketing strategies but also provide a foundation for sustainable product development that is responsive to market needs. The Participatory Research approach has proven to be an effective tool in understanding and improving economic competitiveness in the context of hydroponic farming.

Abstract

Wirausaha Merdeka adalah program KEMENDIKBUD yang memberikan manfaat kepada mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan pengalaman melalui magang dan berwirausaha. Melalui program ini, mahasiswa dapat mengenbangkan keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan bidangnya melalui proyek nyata dan memperoleh sertifikat sebagai bukti keterampilan yang telah diperolehnya. WMK sebagai bagian dari inisiatif MBKM, bertujuan memberikan peluang kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar dan mengembangkan diri mereka sehingga dapat menjadi calon pengusaha yang sukses. Program WMK ini diharapkan bisa menciptakan pengusaha muda mandiri dan sukses menjalani dunia bisnis. Metode ini menggunakan learning by doing yang dilakukan pada saat magang di Papa Cookies Kartasura. Selama 2 bulan magang menghasilkan pengetahuan dan juga pengalaman dibagian produksi dan juga marketing. Hasil yang diperoleh selama magang dapat meningkatkan kemandirian dalam dunia bisnis bagi mahasiswa dan juga mampu menciptakan SDM yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui menejemen produksi yang tepat guna meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas roti di Papa Cookies Kartasura.
