Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant influence on various areas of life. As time goes by, the development of new and sophisticated technology continues to occur, one of which is efforts to increase the efficiency of product distribution so that it can reach customers more quickly. PT Pulau Mas Moro Mulia is a company engaged in the distribution and trade of goods across countries. However, PT Pulau Mas Moro has not felt the benefits of technology because it still uses a manual system. PT Pulau Mas Moro is experiencing problems in terms of document management because it does not have adequate information technology to update documents. This has an impact on companies, such as frequent loss of imported goods due to discrepancies in data from the goods sent to their destination, causing losses for the company. To avoid this incident, a system is needed that is able to control the accuracy of documents for imported goods. Systems designed using the prototype method can be web-based export and import systems. The results of this research succeeded in designing an information system that combines the company's business needs with modern web design principles.

Abstract

The development of technology is getting faster every day, many technologies are used in many fields. The number of new technologies that appear. Innovations made using current technology can ease human work rather than having to be done manually. This research discusses the Design of a Room Temperature Control System Using the Fuzzy Method. The purpose of designing this tool is to control the temperature in the room and is designed in the form of a prototype. With the Fuzzy Mamdani method, this tool can help make human work lighter. This room temperature control uses an Arduino Uno microcontroller, I2C LCD to show the temperature and the number of people in the room, DC Motor Driver as a fan speed regulator, Infrared Sensor to detect people entering and leaving the room, DHT11 Sensor to detect temperature and Fan as a room temperature controller. If the number of people is large and the temperature is getting hotter in the room then, the fan can work to cool the room. The software used in this research is Arduino IDE. Based on the research results, this room temperature control can work effectively.

Abstract

Business feasibility analysis in MSMEs Ayam Geprek Sambal Lesung Paradisa is an aspect of feasibility study assessment to avoid risks in a business. The purpose of this study is to assess the business feasibility of MSMEs Ayam Geprek Sambal Lesung Paradisa. To determine the level of feasibility in terms of several aspects, namely legal aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, and management aspects. The research uses qualitative analysis from several aspects, namely legal aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, and management aspects, the results of this study show that MSMEs Ayam Geprek Sambal Lesung Paradisa is feasible to run and have good prospects for development.

Abstract

This research focuses on the selection of facilities at Ranoh Island, a tourist destination at Jembatan 6, Jl. Trans Barelang, Galang, Batam City, Riau Islands, which has experienced an increase in visits every year. Despite having ample facilities, Ranoh Island aims to ensure a gratifying tourist experience. However, a lack of clear guidance in facility selection can lead to inefficient decisions, negatively impacting the overall tourist experience. The research employs multi-criteria decision-making methods, specifically comparing Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Data from tourist visits over the past three months, including visitor satisfaction with facilities, were analyzed. Results indicate that the SAW method yields a higher final score than TOPSIS, each having its own strengths and weaknesses. The study emphasizes the importance of choosing an appropriate decision-making method; SAW is suitable for situations where preference weights can be flexibly set, while TOPSIS is preferable for finding the best solution from alternatives. The findings offer valuable insights for decision-makers on Ranoh Island to enhance facilities, improve the tourist experience, and foster tourism growth.

Abstract

With the rapid development technology network, management of a management network system be appropriate and correct. The number of users in accessing a network causes the network to be busy so that it will disrupt the smooth system of a network. Settings in managing network quality make data network access better and more optimal and support the smooth process of data transfer when accessing the internet. However, as the number of customers and partners increases, there must be additional value applied by the company. Constraints that will be found when a provider does not implement a network quality management system properly will cause an imbalance in the user's capacity to use internet services from the provider, thereby disrupting traffic stability and causing congestion on the internet network flow so that the bandwidth quality mechanism will be disrupted when accessing the network in real time. This also causes the network of uplinks that are delivered to customers to be unstable, where smooth access to upload and download data is needed by customers.

Abstract

Internet networking is a basic requirement for smart devices. The high demand for internet services is a challenge for network administrators. Monitoring of dedicated nodes is often neglected as administrators perform configuration and troubleshooting for customers. Disruptions are often not detected in time resulting in late repairs. Consistent network monitoring is important, but if you are constantly in front of the monitor, work efficiency suffers. Therefore, the author designed a monitoring system to facilitate the job desk of network admins, using the PPPDIO method in the design, where The DUDe can give an alarm when there is a problem, and Bot Telegram sends notifications regarding network continuity, security, and daily data bandwidth.

Abstract

The use of AR technology has transformed how we engage with the outside world, combining 2D and 3D objects and visualizing them into the reality. Utilizing this technology can give consumers a new and unique view of a product. The rise of online purchases, including clothing, and the challenge of online shopping is that consumers cannot try on the goods physically. However, there is a solution, using AR technology. Due to intense competition in business, they strive hard to provide new and impressive innovations to consumers. The objective of this study is to introduce new ideas into the shoe industry without eliminating existing components by adding AR to an Android-based shoe sales application. The waterfall approach, which comprises five stages, will be employed in this study, requirements analysis, design, implementation, unit testing and maintenance, while the technique used is markerless based tracking. The result is an image of the system display designed using Unity to implement an augmented reality shoe catalog on the system. The application makes it easier to choose shoe variants using an Android-based application, and provide new innovations for buyers and get detailed information regarding the shoes they are interested in.

Abstract

This research focuses on optimizing sales and inventory management for "Gudang Computer" company through the implementation of the FP-Growth method in data mining. Despite operating since October 2020, the company faces challenges in managing sales transactions and inventory. Analysis of transaction data from January to December 2022 resulted in two itemsets, namely TV4G and MWK, meeting the minimum requirements of 20% support and 70% confidence. With these findings, the research demonstrates that if customers purchase TV4G, there is a high likelihood they will also purchase a Mouse Wireless Keyboard. This discovery is expected to assist "Gudang Computer" in operating more efficiently by formulating more targeted sales strategies.

Abstract

The design of an automatic humidity and temperature control device in a plant environment using the Arduino Uno R3 system is designed to make it easier to take care of plants. Plants are a source of human life, especially in agriculture. Things that are still less of a concern when caring for plants are the lack of attention to the humidity and temperature of the environment in plants because it can have an impact on the soil that becomes dry or arid and can have an impact on plants to wither or even die. In carrying out plant care, it is done by only watering twice a day manually and can even forget to water and also not pay attention to the temperature in the plant environment. So that in doing maintenance is very less effective and efficient, because it takes a lot of time. Furthermore, in facilitating the process of plant care, without having to water manually or carry out treatment directly to the plant. So the soil moisture sensor is used to measure the level of soil moisture and the LM35 sensor which functions to read the temperature around the environment around the plant, after the measurement results will be displayed on the LCD. So this research examines how to design automatic control of humidity and temperature in plants.

Abstract

LPG gas is one of the most needed fuel sources today, especially for household cooking needs. The need for this type of fuel increases every day, month, even year in accordance with the addition of members in the family itself. The increasing consumption of LPG gas in the community cannot be separated from the need for LPG gas which is expected to continue to increase, as well as the country's population which is growing at a rate of 1.49% annually. PT Dinamika Purnakarya Persada is an authorized agent of non-subsidized LPG gas in Batam City. Where this PT is engaged in the distribution and sale of Bright Gas Non Subsidized. From the results of a survey conducted previously, the problem so far is when the LPG gas situation is scarce, making it difficult to meet customer demand. As a result, sales at PT Dinamika Purnakarya Persada decreased, causing disappointment to customers. To overcome the above problems, the authors will apply the Least Square Method as a strategy commonly used to predict sales. This approach is a system in the form of periodic or time series data, in which some historical sales data is needed to estimate sales results in the following years. By looking at historical data, sales transactions are in the months of January to December 2024 for 50KG gas cylinders, as well as 12KG cylinders, while for 5.5KG gas cylinders are in January 2024.
