The increasing use of technology in the industrial world has another significant impact on the occupational health and safety of workers. A work environment that is too noisy can lead to counter-productive, unhealthy, and upsetting situations. Based on the measurement results in the extruder machine area obtained with an average value of 96.62 dBA, this value exceeds the standardized Threshold Value (NAV) of 85 dBA for 8 hours of work. From the results of interviews conducted with several workers, many workers complain of hearing loss such as ringing in the ears, decreased hearing resulting in lack of concentration of the interlocutor. This study aims to analyze the effect of noise on hearing loss of PT Volex Indonesia workers. The population used in this study is all operators who work in the extruder machine area during the PVC manufacturing process. The data analysis method in this study uses quantitative methods that are processed using computer technology, namely the SPSS 21 program. The result of the regression coefficient of 19.651 means that for every noise value plus 1, hearing loss will increase by 19.651. So this regression coefficient has a significant effect so that noise affects hearing disturbance and from the results of the sig (2-tailed) correlation test 0.009 < 0.05, there is a strong correlation with the pearson correlation value of 0.771. It was concluded that there is an influence of noise on hearing loss.

In the midst of the current manufacturing industry competition, companies are required to maintain the quality of their produced products. PT ABC is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in the production of electronic and medical products. In this study, issues were identified in the molding department, which had a high number of black dot defects in Housing Bottom products. The objective of this research is to determine the factors causing the decline in the quality of Housing Bottom products and to identify improvement efforts for the black dot defects. This study uses a fishbone diagram to analyze the factors causing black dot defects and the DMAIC method to determine improvement efforts for the causes of black dot defects. The research findings using the fishbone diagram identified that the cause of black dot defects is a machine factor related to nozzle temperature. Therefore, the improvement efforts conducted using Design of Experiment involve setting the nozzle temperature at 290°C and the metering section temperature at 290°C, resulting in low black dot defects.

Aplikasi Kios Air merupakan sebuah solusi inovatif yang dirancang untuk mempermudah proses manajemen dan penjualan air bersih. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode Firebase Cloud Computing, sebuah teknologi komputasi awan yang memungkinkan pengelolaan data secara efisien dan aman. Aplikasi Kios Air memanfaatkan layanan Firebase seperti Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase Authentication, dan Firebase Cloud Functions untuk menciptakan sistem yang handal dan responsif. Dalam aplikasi ini, pengguna dapat melakukan berbagai aktivitas seperti pencatatan meteran dan pembayaran yang sebelumnya menggunakan cara konvensional. Pengelola tidak perlu khawatir tentang catatan yang hilang untuk mencatat meteran setiap pelanggan. Metode Firebase Cloud Computing memungkinkan aplikasi Kios Air untuk mengelola data pelanggan, stok produk, dan transaksi secara real-time. Keuntungan utama dari penggunaan Firebase adalah kemampuannya untuk mengelola pertukaran data yang cepat dan akurat antara aplikasi dan server. Selain itu, pengguna juga dapat mengakses aplikasi melalui berbagai perangkat, termasuk smartphone, tablet, dan komputer, karena data disimpan secara cloud dan dapat diakses melalui koneksi internet. Hasil uji coba aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa pengguna merasa puas dengan kecepatan respon sistem dan kemudahan penggunaan. Pengguna juga mengapresiasi keandalan sistem dalam melacak pesanan, memproses pembayaran, dan mempermudah manajemen operasional pengelolaan kios air. Dengan adanya aplikasi Kios Air berbasis Firebase Cloud Computing, proses manajemen kios air menjadi lebih efisien, transparan, dan dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh pelanggan. Aplikasi ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam bisnis kios air bersih.

The high demand for manufactured products has grown rapidly, therefore, to be able to meet the demand for manufactured products, producers must think of ways to always be innovative so that quality products can be produced quickly. Design is an activity of defining things that are done using a variety of technical knowledge. PT XYZ, where in the lighting department the tinning process is carried out on the bobbin pin material for trigger coil products. The tinning process was carried out manually without tools. Problems occurred when the pin tinning process was carried out manually one by one by the operator with an average time of 7.82 seconds/piece, making the production target not achieved due to an increase in demand. By using the Design For Manufacturing and Assembly method for jig design. Based on DFMA analysis, the fabrication cost was IDR 537,580 and the fabrication time was 3.56 hours. The successful implementation of the jig reduced the tinning process per day, because the tinning process using the jig could be done directly in 10 pieces, previously 2,240 processes became 1,129 processes per day. In terms of output, the shift also increased, previously from 2,240 pieces to 11,290 pieces.

Being able to speak Japanese in this day and age is very promising social skill in this day and age. This is a result of the large number of Japanese businesses in Indonesia today. However, it can accelerate the career path, on the other hand, it is a communication skill. However, there are so many obstacles in learning it because one of the hardest languages in the world is Japanese that has writing using three different letters, namely hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji. Each elemen of the letter has a different function. Because of this difficulty, it is among the issue that is often experienced by people who want to learn Japanese. Therefore, Japanese Learning Design using Chatbot was created. The chatbot supports an effective and interactive self-learning, which is implemented using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. The outcome of the conducted testing, show that the performance of the application works as it should. Satisfaction evaluation from users shows a positive score, concluding that the application gets very good acceptance from users.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, termasuk dalam pengelolaan inventaris aset. PT. BPR Central Kepri yaitu sebuah perusahaan perbankan masih menggunakan pendekatan manual dalam pengelolaan aset yang mengakibatkan seringnya terjadi kesalahan manusia dan ketidaksesuaian data antar catatan. Dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi maka penelitian bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi pengolahan inventaris aset berbasis web. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode agile dengan tahapan planning, design, develop, test, deploy, evaluasi dan launch. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telah berhasil memudahkan pencatatan aset, pemeliharaan, dan pelaporan secara otomatis, mengurangi waktu dan tenaga yang diperlukan. Keunggulan aplikasi ini terletak pada kemampuannya untuk melacak aset secara real-time, memastikan kondisi aset dan lokasinya selalu terkini. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan blackbox testing menegaskan fungsionalitas yang baik dan hasil sesuai dengan harapan. Dengan diterapkannya aplikasi ini diharapkan PT. BPR Central Kepri dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan inventaris aset, menghindari kesalahan manusia, dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam berbagai aspek termasuk pengadaan aset, perbaikan, dan pencarian aset.

Research focuses on the design of an Android-based food ordering application, emphasizing the visualization of 3D menu objects using Augmented Reality (AR) technology. The primary objective is to enhance the user experience through immersive visualizations of menu items. The application intentionally excludes additional features such as online payment, restaurant menu management, or online purchasing integration, maintaining a streamlined focus on augmented reality-enhanced food ordering. The compatibility of the application spans from Android version 8.0 to version 13.0, ensuring accessibility to a wide range of Android users. The research targets a specific set of 9 food items and 4 beverage items in the menu. The implementation utilizes the C# programming language, providing a robust and versatile foundation for the application's development. EasyAR SDK serves as the chosen platform for markerless augmented reality development, ensuring efficient and dynamic visualizations of 3D menu items within the application.

Education according to the law concerning the National Education System No. 20 of 2003 Article 37 Paragraph 1 That the primary and secondary education curriculum must contain natural science (IPA). Natural science study materials are intended to develop students' knowledge, understanding and analytical skills of the natural environment and its surroundings. The scope of science includes aspects of living things, objects, energy, earth and nature. The RAD method is a method that focuses on developing applications quickly through iterative development and feedback, in accordance with the target of a shorter application development time. At present, with increasingly high and advanced technological developments, the use of Android smartphones in education is still less visible in the activities that students tend to do on social media and games so that the available time is not utilized properly, Some schools still use the old method, namely only using books, especially regarding the use of teaching materials and implementation of learning, teaching materials have an influence on students. With the problems that exist at this location, what is offered in this research is to build a system with research results in the form of an Android-based application for natural science subjects.

In this age of rapid technological development, everyone including children needs access to communication and information technology. One of the electronic devices that people use to communicate is gadgets. People also often use gadgets for business, social media, news, and human resources. It is true that we often see adults, the elderly (60 years old and above), and teenagers (12-21 years old) using multiple gadgets. More ironically, these devices are also often used and given to toddlers (1-5 years old), who should not have them yet, but are given by their parents to keep their children from crying. Therefore, we will use data mining techniques combined with the Naive Bayes approach to conduct this research. The Naive Bayes method is one of the strategies used in data mining to classify data. The results of the study are based on the amount of time students spend in using devices for learning that has been recorded and then analyzed using the RapidMiner application with the Naive Bayes method

The growth of technology and industry is growing rapidly in several Indonesian provinces, especially in Tanjung Sengkuang urban village of Batam City, where many factories are established around residential areas. Well water is the main source of water for the local community. However, the quality of the well water has not been accurately measured so that people do not know whether the water is safe to use. The designed water pH measuring system consists of a pH sensor as input, then the measurement results from the sensor will be sent through Arduino Uno to be displayed on the LCD, on the other hand, Arduino Uno also sends data from the measurement results to NodeMCU to be sent to the database, after which users can see the results of the water pH measurement through smart devices, anywhere and anytime. It is hoped that with this well water pH measuring system, people can monitor the quality of well water used and can immediately take appropriate action if problems are found in the quality of the water.
