Abstract

Udang pempek merupakan makanan khas Palembang. Pempek biasanya disajikan dengan saus cuka. Persaingan dalam bisnis pempek udang semakin merajalela karena semakin banyak kompetitor yang mengikuti bidang kuliner ini. UMKM Yuksum merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang pempek udang, untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan eksistensi perusahaan, namun perusahaan belum mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan dari pelanggan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan keluhan pelanggan yang tidak menyukai kemasan Pempek Udang Yuksum. Oleh karena itu, Yuksum membutuhkan evaluasi dan perbaikan desain kemasan produk sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang kemasan baru dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Pemilihan metode QFD didasarkan pada keterlibatan pelanggan dalam meningkatkan desain kemasan cuko yang dapat menjamin kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mewawancarai pelanggan, mengidentifikasi Voices of Customer (VOC), menyebarluaskan kuesioner, menentukan karakteristik teknis, membuat matriks House of Quality (HOQ), mengembangkan konsep desain, memasang spesifikasi kemasan, membuat matriks Part Deployment, dan membuat visualisasi desain. Desain kemasan yang lebih baik terbuat dari plastik PET/SPE food grade dan kemasan cuko yang dapat digunakan kembali, melengkapi label kemasan dengan informasi penting tentang cuko (Logo, Merek, Komposisi, Metode Penyajian, Tanggal Kedaluwarsa, Logo Halal, Nomor Layanan Pelanggan dan Penggunaan 3 warna pastel sehingga pelanggan dapat dengan mudah melihatnya.

Abstract

Implementation of association rules on Mini data is a method used to explore data and analyze transaction data at Lotte Mart. Purchase transactions made by consumers are analyzed using the a priori algorithm. In this study it is known that the data processed is data taken from a certain time span, but it is hoped that it can represent the entire population at Lotte Mart. The results of this study found that there are several transactions that can be used as a basis for promoting products sold at Lotte Mart, this information is taken based on the results of data processing using a support value of 30%. All the antecedents found in the priori algorithm that form association rules are like if a consumer buys plain bread and free-range chicken eggs at the same time then there is a 95% chance that the customer will buy a car and the frequency of this transaction is 55%. The association rule which is the most likely rule to occur is when a customer buys plain bread and Belfoods Fav in the same transaction, the customer will buy crab sticks. The author hopes that Lotte Mart management can use the recommendations of this research to increase sales and reduce goods being discarded or returned to suppliers

Abstract

The research entitled Analysis of Network Security in Internet Facilities (Wifi) Against System Failure Attacks at the Batam W-Electric Service Shop is expected to help analyze network protocols and review network security. The technique used in this study is a descriptive approach, where this strategy is used to parse information by describing the information that has been collected without making changes when conducting research at the Batam W-Electric Service Store. Based on directed research, this shows how research in the W-Electric Service Store can be intercepted using ettercap and can be easily attacked in the form of a trojan, which is a wiretapping cycle by sending packets. Therefore it is suggested to the W-Elektrik Service Shop to further develop network security so that it is not easily hacked and attacked like a trojan.

Abstract

In industrial companies to maintain company performance, smooth production is very important in every business, especially in manufacturing. The machine is one of the production factors that affect the smooth production process. The production process at PT KWONG FAI BATAM experienced a lot of machine downtime which resulted in the production process not running smoothly. This study aims to determine the machine maintenance scheduling intervals to minimize machine downtime. Reliability Centered Maintenance II with calculations of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, MTTF, and MTTR methods used in this study. This study uses downtime data starting from July 2021 to December 2020. The results of this study obtained that the FMEA on Serial Machine 01, Serial Machine 02, and Serial Machine 05 maintenance repair dirty mold activities are maintenance repair activities with the highest or most frequent frequency based on the calculation of the RPN. maintenance intervals on Serial Machines that have the highest downtime rate include Serial Machine No. 05 Preventive Maintenance activities are carried out with maintenance intervals of 3.24 hours, Machine Serial No. 02 maintenance intervals of 105.81 hours, and Machine Serial No. 01 Preventive Maintenance activities are carried out at intervals of 13.57 hours.

Abstract

Existence of online transportation provider that can be used by the community is diverse, but there are still many people who have not used this application-based online transportation service. The problem that arises among users or the public is how online transportation services are perceived by the community, technological developments and also competition for services carried out by service providers has led to different views on user satisfaction with services. In this study, the regression method will be used using the UTAUT model to examine how the actual influence of the variables owned by the community on people's interest in using application-based transportation. Testing the data to be used in this study using SPSS software where this research method uses the regression method. The research steps prior to the simple and multiple linear regression testing were carried out by testing the classical assumptions and also testing the validity and reliability of the respondent's data. In the end, hypothesis testing was carried out by producing several research results, namely all variables in UTAUT generate positive result and positive effect on attitude variable for community partially and simultaneously also all independent variables resulted positive and significant on the attitude of intention in using the application in community. Abstract

In this era of economic development, many activities are carried out easily by today's society, especially in the field of transportation. With advances in the field of information technology such as the internet, it can affect various aspects of human life. So that companies that provide online transportation services are competing to provide services and facilities for their users. Because user satisfaction greatly affects the success or failure of a company. One of them is the Grab and Gojek companies. They are competing to improve services in the application for the satisfaction of the people who use it. In this last project, the author is interested in conducting research on customer satisfaction using data mining techniques, namely K-Means clustering algorithm and linear regression simplicity. This method can help the author in grouping the effect of Service Quality on Service User Satisfaction and enthusiasts of Gojek Grab Online Transportation in Batam City which is in the Batam City sub-district based on data from community respondents on the distribution of questionnaires that have been carried out by the author. In the final results there will be 5 categories, namely strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, and strongly agree.

At this time it is full of the use of technology everywhere that makes it easier to do everything, tools that support things like that, such as cellphones, computers, the internet and so on. Through this technology someone can easily find the various information they need. In the world of shipping, many need navigation and communication tools for their ship's needs and for that they will go to places that sell these tools to find ship equipment, ship navigation and communication tools consist of several types, namely Navigation Equipment consisting of Radar, Echo Sounder, AIS (Automatic Identification System), Gps and others that must be owned by every ship because it is really needed to help the ship's journey as well as communication tools that must be owned by a ship consisting of VHF Radio, VHF Radio, Satellite Phone, Marine VHF Radio and others that are used to communicate with each other for use by ship people. So, to make it easier to find and buy ship equipment, a technology called a sales application is needed. In this scientific work, the aim is to design a system for customers based on Android, Android is an operation that runs on cellphones and has been widely used by teenagers to adults, but Android is more in demand by many users compared to IOS because the PlayStore application on Android has many application options. The software used in making this system uses the MDLC method, and the results in making this android-based application make the application easy to access for users as well as the application for selling ship navigation and communication tools designed with an attractive appearance and utilizing a media of images, videos that are will increase the level of knowledge of the shipyard. Abstract

ABSTRACT The workers at PT Pegatron experience the constraints in turning on and turning off the fan machine, which often disrupts their work because turning on and turning off the fan machine requires division facilities to turn it on, so a lot of time is wasted and the workforce is inefficient. Based on this, the researcher intends to conduct research on the design of the on/off button for this fan engine using Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA). This study aims to make a design and compare between the initial design and design alternative designs based on the evaluation results on the initial design using DFMA and the basis for making parameters so that the best design choice can be determined. Based on the initial design DFMA analysis, it was found that the material for the fan engine is a total of 58 components, an estimated cost of IDR 15,420,500. the time needed to turn on the fan engine is between 7 minutes – 8 minutes. The costs incurred for electricity from the initial design amounted to 152 million – 160 million. From the results of the evaluation of the initial fan engine design, an alternative fan engine design was obtained. Alternative designs that were designed entirely were analyzed using DFMA and the results obtained for the components making up the fan machine totaled 87 components with a total assembly time of 18 hours and a total cost of Rp. 16,285,000 and a new design electricity cost of 120 million and the time to turn on the fan engine is 2 sec.

Abstract

Data mining, also known as Knowledge Discovery in Databases, or KDD, is the process of attempting to extract valuable knowledge and information from very big databases. The A priori algorithm is one of the most often used algorithms in data mining approaches. Conversely, association rules are employed in the identification of combinations of associations between item-sets. Data mining has been used in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, education, and business or trade. Results from the application of data mining utilizing A priori algorithms, for instance, might assist businesses in making decisions regarding inventory policies. As an illustration, consider the value of an organization's inventory system and the top priorities for stocking up on to prevent product shortages. Because customers' opinions and a company's bottom line may be impacted by a shortage of inventory. As a result, a company's capacity to supply a variety of production product types is essential to ensuring that its customers receive their orders without delay and that its marketing efforts are successful. In addition to the aforementioned issues, data mining can develop a smart business environment to prepare the company for the future's fierce business competition.
