Abstract

Developments in the field of technology can be used to help work, one of which is by building a web-based information system at a used bookstore in the city of Batam. The sales system in this bookstore is still manual, where buyers have to come to the store to get the desired book. Limitations in terms of product marketing are one of the obstacles in the bookstore. The main problem at this bookstore is the difficulty of buyers when looking for books because of the low stock of books. The data collection method Used on this examine is to apply commentary and interview techniques, where researchers come to the location to make observations to see the existing system in the bookstore and interview the owner to find out the existing problems. The research technique utilized in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model. By making this online sales system, it can make its easier for sellers to market products, and for buyers to be able to see the available stock of books and choose and buy books without having to come to a bookstore

Abstract

Cv. Celcomindo is a company that relies on computer network technology to support office activities. Even though at the office of Cv. Celcomindo already relies on computer network technology, but the office has not yet designed a virtual private network that will be used to support the needs of the office so that the device in the office can be remotely located. The purpose of the research conducted at the office of Cv. Celcomindo to design a virtual private network in accordance with the expected needs of the office and look for problems that arise during the research process. The virtual private network design is carried out using the L2tp/IPsec protocol method, so that the vpn process that is carried out remains safe from outside attacks. The results of the research carried out in the design of a virtual private network have been successfully designed by testing VPN connections, remotely connecting mikrotik in the office area through the designed VPN network, remotely controlling the tp link wi-fi router configuration page that is used as an access point, ping testing on several devices that connected to the local office network, as well as performing remote desktop testing for file exchange.

Abstract

As the party that manages the Batam city flats, it is hoped that Disperkim will be able to provide good service and deliver information that is easy for residents to understand. One of the obstacles that exist in the Batam Authority Flats is the lack of information about the Batam Authority Flats rental process, it is also difficult for admins in managing the data that is collected. still a paper archive. So we need a system that functions to facilitate the rental process at the Batam Authority flats that uses the PHP programming language and the method used is the waterfall method and MySQL as the database. Where the purpose of this research is as follows to facilitate and assist the Admin in terms of data management of the Web-based Batam Authority Flats rental information system, as well as make it easier in terms of making reports on the Batam Authority Flats tenant information system, also facilitating the provision of information to parties parties who need the data on the rental of the Batam Authority Flats based on the Web, and using the new web-based information system as a substitute for the old system.

Abstract

Entertainment industry comes in many shapes and form. One example of such things are digital video games. Despite the controversies and bad news around it, the industry shows no progress of slowing down. Many people show interest of developing video games, yet the opportunity seems abysmal, at least in this nation. This research paper intended to draw more people to the positive of video game, and possibly encourage them to try develop their own video games. Content of this paper include the basic process of developing a 2D platformer games using Godot Engine. Assets are homemade, meaning the drawing are self-made, with the exception of fonts.

Abstract

PT Bank Negara Indonesia is one of the oldest banks in the history of the republic of Indonesia which is a state-owned bank. This BNI bank was established on July 5, 1946 and currently BNI already has 1,076 offices throughout Indonesia and several branch offices that are established overseas. Banking has a goal, namely to assist in the development and improvement of economic growth in improving the welfare of the people, which is the oldest in the Act of 1998 Number 10. Based on this purpose, banking in Indonesia must fulfill obligations and fulfill functionalities based on the principles of the people's economy. From this objective, banks in Indonesia must carry out their duties and functions properly and based on economic democracy. The problem that often occurs is if there are too many requests for goods from various outlets, resulting in a large number of request papers being stored and will be reported to the superior as a transaction for the release of goods in the warehouse which results in loss of information and data, thus affecting the final report With the Inventory Inventory Information System Application, the admin can control the entry and exit of goods easily, quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

Cloud computing has an important role for development of technology. Cloud computing is the use of internet network technology to become a central server for managing and storing data. Cloud computing is very useful, especially for large companies, because it saves more data storage space, data is also safer than those who still store data in conventional ways such as using a flash or hard disk. In addition, by using cloud storage, users such as employees in companies can send data to each other quickly, so they can save time and be more efficient in their performance. The problems that are transported are how users can store and exchange data, the process of designing cloud storage, and also utilizing cloud storage services. The purpose of this research is to design, implement, and evaluate private cloud storage. Based on the objectives, the result of this research is the system design is done using PHP to design the web interface. From the web interface it is connected to OwnCloud using the REST API protocol. After that, the private cloud storage system is implemented in a company and evaluated so that it gets a system that can run and function properly.

Abstract

MiniMall MSMEs is a business that is engaged in the sale of products, including: glassware, clothing, household items, accessories for fashion and electronic equipment in the city of Batam. MiniMall MSMEs take advantage of the e-commerce platform to sell their products. Based on product sales data from March 2020 to February 2021, there was a decrease in the level of sales and this condition is now a problem for MiniMall MSMEs because it can interfere with the continuity of its business. Seeing these problems, the authors want to analyze the consumer satisfaction of the MiniMall MSMEs because the level of product sales is basically related to customer satisfaction. The implementation of the analysis in the study was carried out using data mining techniques with the C4.5 algorithm. The analysis was carried out by performing manual calculations using the gain and entropy formula of the C4.5 algorithm and using the WEKA version 3.9.5 application to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the manual calculations. It is concluded that the customer satisfaction of the MiniMall MSMEs is proven to be analyzed using data mining with the algorithm from C4.5 and the results of the research can be used to help increase product sales. In addition, the decision tree and the results of calculations manually using the gain and entropy formula of the C4.5 algorithm have the same results as data testing using the WEKA application version 3.9.5, so it can be said that the results of research through the use of the WEKA application and manual calculations are the same. correct and accurate, making it easier for researchers when analyzing customer satisfaction data derived from questionnaires. The results showed that the indicators of product availability, product quality and delivery accuracy significantly affected consumer satisfaction of the MiniMall MSMEs.

Abstract

Method at calculating the cost of production is very important in manufacturing companies, one of them is a companies engaging in the furniture sector. This is because calculation the cost of production related to the determination the sells prices of the products. Technological developments also grow up very fast, so this some human work can be replaced by application system, such as calculation the cost of production. The method of calculating the costs of productions manually cannot optimally calculate the required cost. One of the good ideas is the applications of activity based costing in determining the selling price of furniture. With the implementation of activity based costing in calculate the cost of production, companies can get the maximum profit.

Abstract

A common tool or method for developing directly customer-driven products is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). From a customer's point of view, product quality is an important thing to have and it exists in products, especially clothing, because it has a long shelf life. For this, the main objective of this research is to understand what attributes of polo products customers want through Voice of Customer (VOC) questionnaire, so that the company can improve the quality of polo products. After obtaining the Voice of Customer (VOC) data, continue to use House of Quality (HOQ) for data processing. According to the calculations made by the House of Quality (HOQ), it can be seen that the quality standards with the highest priority value are non-bleaching colors, durable materials, comfortable leather materials, soft texture, unbreakable threads and clean pins. Value is 5 importance to the customer The highest technical importance rating value is 432.1, the absolute importance value is 229, and the relative importance value of using high-quality fabrics is 12.19%.
