Abstract

Latar Belakang : Informasi gizi yang kurang akan berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi makanan pasien, sehingga penting sekali anjuran makan bagi pasien. Konseling gizi diharapkan dapat menimbulkan kesadaran pasien terhadap asupan makanan Manfaat dari konseling gizi dapat membantu proses penyembuhan penyakit melalui perbaikan gizi, mencari alternatif pemecahan masalah dan memilih cara pemecahan masalah yang paling sesuai bagi pasien.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian konseling gizi terhadap sisa makanan diet rendah garam di ruang rawat inap penyakit dalam RSUD Prof. DR. W.Z. Johanes KupangMetode : Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah One-group pre test - post test (rancangan pre-pasca test dalam satu kelompok) dimana dilihat sisa makanan diet pasien sebelum mendapat konseling gizi dan sesudah diberikan konseling gizi.Subyek penelitian yang digunakan sejumlah 30 pasien diamati sisa asupannya dengan metode comstok. Analisis bivariat yang digunakan adalah paired t-test.Hasil : Persentase sisa asupan makanan pokok sebelum konseling rata-rata sebesar 29.50% sedangkan setelah konseling sebesar 19.72%. Persentase sisa asupan lauk hewani sebelum konseling rata-rata sebesar 26.33% sedangkan setelah konseling sebesar 20.17%. Persentase sisa asupan lauk nabati sebelum konseling rata-rata sebesar 30.67% sedangkan setelah konseling sebesar 23.00%. Persentase sisa asupan sayuran sebelum konseling rata-rata sebesar 30.83% sedangkan setelah konseling sebesar 15.28%. Persentase sisa asupan buah sebelum konseling rata-rata sebesar 27.42% sedangkan setelah konseling sebesar 17.33%Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh pemberian konseling gizi terhadap sisa asupan makanan pokok dengan p-value 0.000. Ada pengaruh pemberian konseling gizi terhadap sisa asupan gizi lauk hewani dengan p-value 0.003. Ada pengaruh pemberian konseling gizi terhadap sisa asupan gizi lauk nabati dengan p-value 0.004. Ada pengaruh pemberian konseling gizi terhadap sisa asupan gizi sayuran dengan p-value 0.000. Ada pengaruh pemberian konseling gizi terhadap sisa asupan gizi buah dengan p-value 0.000.

Abstract

Background : The toddler is one of the population groups that are vulnerable to nutritional problems. They are experiencing rapid growth and development in this period of time and thus require the supply of food and nutrition in sufficient quantities and adequate. Malnutrition in infancy can lead to impaired growth and development of the physical, mental, social, intellectual nature persist and continue to be carried into adulthood.Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supplemental feeding on infant malnutrition recovery to changes in nutritional status in the Puskesmas Kramat Tegal regency.Method : Research in using this type of analytical research, research design used in this study was a cohort study conducted in the design of non randomisassi. The research sample was 23 children who received food supplement to recovery and 23 infants who were not given food supplement to recovery that will be the control group. Analysis researchers used statistical tests to analyze the effect of food supplement recovery to changes in nutritional status using test Anacova Repeated Meansure with α 0.05.Results : The results showed that there was the influence of supplementary feeding on infant malnutrition recovery to changes in nutritional status (p value 0.012).Conclusion : The conclusion of this research is the nutritional status of the comparator group average Z score before -2.426, month-1 is -2.052, month-2 is -2.157 and -2.783 3rd month. The nutritional status nutritional status prior to treatment groups treatment was -2.504, -2.222 month 1, month 2 is -1.190 and three months to an average z score to -1.280. The author expects for the health department in order to improve the efficiency of the implemented processes packets food supplement to recovery. Food supplement to recovery mentoring program so that a given package is really right on target and acceptable to children under five goals.

Abstract

Background : Iron nutritional anemia is anemia that arises due to the absence of the body's ironreserves so that the supply of iron for the formation of erythropoesis is reduced, so that eventually the formation of hemoglobin will decrease. The anemia prevalence in adolescent girls in 2011 in Semarang city was 5%. Based on observations in February 2013 at Don Bosko High School, the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia was 20%. Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of protein intake, vitamin C, iron, and tea drinking habits with Hb levels. Method : This type of research is explanatory research with a case-control approach with a ratio of 1: 1 (matching age). The sample was 28 female students taken by simple random sampling. Primary data includes sample identity, anthropometric data, protein intake, vitamin C intake, iron intake, tea drinking habits, and Hb levels. Secondary data includes an overview of the location of the study. Protein, vitamin C, iron intake, and tea drinking habits were obtained using the Semi Quantitative Food Frequency form, while Hb levels were measured using the chyanomethoglobin method. Data analysis using Mc statistical test. Nemar. Result : The results showed that there were 67.89% samples of good protein intake, 64.29% of samples of vitamin C intake were good, 82.14% of samples of iron intake were not good, and 78.57% of samples of tea drinking habits were not good. There was no relationship between protein intake and Hb levels (p = 0.453, OR = 2.5). There is a relationship between vitamin C intake and Hb levels (p = 0.031). There was no association between iron intake and Hb levels (p = 1,000, OR = 1.5). There is no relationship between tea drinking habits and Hb levels (p = 0.500).

Abstract

Latar belakang : Masa batita (bawah tiga tahun) merupakan periode penting dalam proses tumbuh kembang manusia sehingga sering disebut golden age. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada usia ini menjadi penentu keberhasilan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak di periode selanjutnya. Salah satu gangguan kesehatan yang banyak dihadapi oleh anak usia ini adalah konstipasi. Penelitian di Amerika, Eropa dan Asia didapatkan angka prevalensi konstipasi pada anak mencapai 0.7 - 29.6 %Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola makan dan kejadian konstipasi pada anak usia 6-24 di Kelurahan Pedurungan Semarang.Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian descriptive yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola makan dan kejadian konstipasi pada anak usia 6-24 bulan di Kelurahan Pedurungan Tengah Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional dengan subjek penelitian anak usia 6-24 bulan berjumlah 41 yang diambil secara purposive random sampling. Pengambilan data meliputi recall 2x24 jam dan kuesioner kejadian konstipasi dilengkapi gambar Bristol Stool Chart.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar pola makan sampel berupa ASI+MP-ASI. Sebagian besar pola makan sampel belum sesuai dengan anjuran Kemenkes RI. Pola makan MP-ASI meliputi jenis, frekuensi dan porsi/jumlah pemberian MP-ASI. Kejadian konstipasi sampel sebesar 34.1% dengan tipe feses 1 dan 2. Sebanyak 57.1% sampel mengalami konstipasi dengan frekuensi 3x dalam satu bulan dari waktu penelitian.Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan masukan pada pihak pemerintahan Kelurahan dan Puskesmas untuk mengadakan penyuluhan mengenai pola pemberian MP-ASI yang sesuai dengan anjuran Kemenkes RI tentang MP-ASI tahun 2010 pada ibu-ibu balita khususnya ibu anak usia 6-24 bulan.

Abstract

Background : Kadarzi Program has been implemented since 2003. From the results of monitoring have yet to all be family conscious family nutrition. As for the Kadarzi product in the city of Tegal is 52,83% (76% of target in 2011), while in the West of the Palace Kelurahan Tegal Clinics recently reached 32.4%. In order to change health behavior in particular acquired Kadarzi, the granting of necessary information. Provision of the information would enhance public knowledge about it.Granting information by model pemberdayaan family knowledge, focusing on increased the attitudes and behavior counseling and kie kadarzi through development Conseling is a good interpersonnal communication, because in this model, relation between communicator or counselor and clients is happened. And the kind of research true experiment by providing treatment of Kadarzi counseling on the toddler in kelurahan Tegal Barat  next treated as group treat. The control group is mother fives in kelurahan palace which do not get treatment counseling.Objective :The purpose of the study is determined the effectiveness of counseling the mother to behavior Kadarzi in Kelurahan Kraton Kecamatan Tegal Barat. The population of study are 885 family. The samples are needed 37 mother who has toddler. Sample-taking is using propotional simple random sampling  technique. Test statistic with Kai quadrat with degree of significance α = 0,05 and counting great effectiveness.Method : This study was designed as an quasi experiment using  randomized pretest and posttest Control Group Design. Result : result of analysis shows there is no difference between the counseling Kadarzi before treatment group and cluster of control p value = 0,812. After counseling kadarzi behavior is different between treatment group dan cluster of control p value = 0,004.Conclusion : The effectiveness of counseling is 60 %.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Ampas tahu memiliki sifat yang cepat basi dan berbau tidak sedap (langu). Pemanfaatan tepung ampas tahu yang disubstitusikan ke dalam pembuatan brownies kukus adalah untuk mengganti sebagian tepung terigu dan digunakan untuk lebih meningkatkan kandungan gizi dari brownies.Tujuan: mengetahui nilai gizi brownies kukus dengan substitusi tepung ampas tahu serta daya terimanya.Metode: Penelitian dilakukan 3 tahap, yaitu: pembuatan tepung ampas tahu,  pembuatan brownies kukus, pengujian nilai gizi  serta daya terimanya. Pada penelitian ini dibuat brownies kukus dengan substitusi tepung ampas tahu  0%, 5%, 15%, 25%, 35%, 45%. Disain penelitian ini adalah eksperimen murni dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap 1 (satu) faktor, yaitu konsentrasi substitusi serta 6 (enam) taraf perlakuan, yaitu:  0%, 5%, 15%,25%,35%, 45%. Jumlah ulangan 2 kali. Variabel yang diukur adalah mutu gizi (proximate) dan daya terimanya. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA (Analysis of Varians) dan ANOVA Repetead Measure.Hasil: Pensubstitusian tepung ampas tahu kedalam pembuatan brownies kukus  meningkatkan mutu gizi dari brownies kukus, brownies kukus yang paling disukai dan bernilai gizi tinggi/baik adalah brownies dengan substitusi tepung ampas tahu 25%.Kesimpulan: tidak ada perbedaan mutu  gizi serta adanya perbedaan daya terima brownies kukus dengan substitusi tepung ampas tahu pada berbagai konsentrasi.Saran: perlu adanya perlakuan pendahuluan yang berupa pengukusan bahan baku tepung ampas tahu agar aroma langu yang ada pada produk dapat dikurangi.

Abstract

Background : According to the research results of Hernayanti (2006) the content of Cd heavy metals in waters and sendiments ranged between 0.14-1.03 ppm and 0.85-2.75 ppm, while the heavy metal content of Pb in water and successive metals ranging between 0.085-1.1 ppm and 11.3-18.5 ppm. Fish are creatures that are sensitive to pollution of heavy metals so they can be used as indicators of water pollution.Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the lead content in layur fish, three waja fish, anchovy, mullet, and keeper fish which are sold in the Donan River Pengepul Cilacap. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis that is to determine the description of lead levels in these fish. Lead levels were tested using the SSA method (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry).Result : The test results of lead levels using the SSA (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer) method showed that of 5 fish samples sold by 5 collectors in the Donan River Cilacap, lead was detected with layur content 0.143 mg / kg, mullet fish 0.271 mg / kg, anchovy 0.309 mg / kg, three waja fish 0.412 mg / kg, and goalkeeper 0.640 mg / kg.Conclution : The conclusion of this study was detected the content of timbale in layur fish, three waja fish, anchovy, mullet, and keeper fish. The highest lead content exceeds the threshold that has been determined by SNI, namely in three waja fish and keeper fish.
