Abstract

Indonesia according to BKKBN in 2019 there were around 68 active participants in KB MOW, in 2021 there were 3 active participants in KB MOW, and in 2020 there were 57 active participants in KB MOW. According to the Papua Provincial BKKBN, the percentage of users of the MOW family planning method in Papua Province in 2021 was 4,530 participants, in 2021 there were 4493 participants, and in 2022 there were 4660 active family planning participants. For the Merauke region itself, there were 57 mow participants within 1 year. The use of family planning MOW at the hospital itself has 57 participants within 1 year. To determine the relationship between interpersonal communication between married couples and decision making to participate in MOW in the Ponek Room of Merauke Hospital. This study uses a cross-sectional research method , which is a study where the variables that include the effect are observed at the same time. The sample technique used was a total sampling of 30 people. The data techniques were included in univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using statistical calculations of the SPSS 23 program. The results of this study show that the value of p = 0,0.03<0.005, this means that there is a relationship between the Interpersonal Communication Relationship of Married Couples and the Decision Making of Mow Participation in the Ponek Room of Merauke Hospital. Abstract

Toddlers aged 0-6 months need energy and nutrition starting to exceed what is provided by breast milk as a complementary food. In Indonesia, stunting has increased dramatically in 6 month old babies where providing appropriate MPASI can prevent disease and provide good care for babies. MPASI can also help optimal growth and development and prevent stunting or micronutrient deficiencies. This study aims to determine the effect of education about early MPASI using video media on attitudes towards giving early complementary foods to mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months. The research method is pre-experimental design research. The research design uses One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample used was 30 mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months who came to the Al Kautsar Prambon Sidoarjo Clinic. The sample was determined using the Accidental Sampling technique. The instrument is using a questionnaire. The data collection technique in this research is using the t test. The results of this research are that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted if tcount > ttable or 16.936 > 1.699 or 0.000 < 0.05. So there is an influence of providing education about early MPASI using video media on the attitude of giving complementary breast milk to mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months. For the results of the questionnaire to determine the respondents' attitudes, there is an overall percentage of 80%, so it can be categorized as good. From the results of this research, it can be used as knowledge for mothers who have toddlers aged 0-6 months that early MPASI is very important for the growth and development of toddlers.

Abstract

Based on data profile health DKI Jakarta on year 2020 found 985 LBW in DKI Jakarta. The high incidence of LBW is caused by several factors, one of which is anemia during pregnancy. This study aims to determine the correlation between anemia and the incidence of LBW in term pregnancies at the Harapan Clinic, West Jakarta. This study used a retrospective cohort study design . Samples in study This as much as 72 Mother give birth to in Clinic Hope West Jakarta in 2022 with total sampling technique . This study uses secondary data Which taken from book register Mother pregnant in Clinic Hope Jakarta West Java period January – December 2022. Data analysis in this study used the chi square test. The results of the study showed that most respondents experienced anemia during pregnancy, as many as 43 respondents or 59.7%, with most respondents giving birth to babies who were not LBW, as many as 48 babies or 66.7%. There were 33.3% of pregnant women with anemia giving birth to LBW babies. Analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test obtained a result of p 0.000 (p value <0.05), meaning that there was connection Which significant between anemia pregnancy with incident LBW at Harapan Clinic, West Jakarta. Anemia during pregnancy can cause adverse effects on the mother and the baby she will give birth to. Anemia can reduce the oxygen supply to the mother's metabolism because hemoglobin functions to bind oxygen. The hope of this research for the community is to increase knowledge about the incidence of LBW and anemia during pregnancy.

Abstract

Low compliance of pregnant women in carrying out integrated antenatal care results in low early detection of pregnancy complications. The purpose of this study was to analyze the positive affirmation of midwives towards compliance with integrated antenatal care at the Tambak Bawean Gresik Health Center. This uses a design pre experiment Intact-Group Comparison . The population in this study amounted to 30 respondents. The sample in this study were all pregnant women who did not undergo integrated ANC at the Tambak Bawean Gresik Health Center using accidental sampling techniques . Data collection used questionnaires and SOPs and were analyzed using the independent t-statistical test with a significance level of α = 0.05. Most of the respondents in the intervention group were compliant in performing ANC, namely 8 (53.3%) respondents. Most of the respondents in the control group were compliant in performing ANC, namely 8 (53.3%) respondents. The results of the T-test obtained a significant p-value: 0.040 <α=0.05, meaning that there is an effect of providing positive affirmation on ANC compliance at the Tambak Bawean Health Center. Affirmation positive midwife can give calm And comfort for Mother pregnant, through the method of releasing negative energy and channeling positive suggestions to the patient, so that the pregnant woman feels comfortable and ready to face pregnancy and childbirth.

Abstract

One of the healing processes for post-cesarean wounds is through improving nutrition by consuming foods high in calories and protein, such as fish, eggs, meat, shrimp, shellfish, cheese, liver, milk, peanuts, red beans, green beans, soybeans, tempeh and tofu. . This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of administering snakehead fish and chicken breast in healing post-Caesarean section wounds. This research uses a quasi-experimental research design with a two group post test design with control groups approach. The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth by caesarean section at Kuala Pembuang Regional Hospital. Using a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 30 respondents was obtained. The independent variable was consumption of snakehead fish and chicken breast using SOP and the dependent variable was wound healing using observation, using the Mann Withney statistical test. The results of the research from 10 respondents, the majority of respondents who consumed snakehead fish, 6 (60%) respondents had post-operative wounds not yet closed, from 10 respondents it was found that most respondents consumed chicken breast, 6 (60%) respondents had post-operative wounds not yet closed, while 10 respondents Most of the control group, namely 6 (60%) respondents, had their post-operative wounds closed on the 7th day. Mann Witney's statistical test results showed ap value of 0.383 > 0.005, so H0 was accepted, and H1 was rejected, meaning snakehead fish and chicken breast were not effective in the healing process. post caesarean wound. Snakehead fish and chicken breast contain quite high levels of protein so they can speed up the healing of post-cesarean section wounds, so it is hoped that post-cesarean mothers consume high protein sources. Abstract

Pregnant women's classes are one form of activity carried out by health workers to improve mothers' knowledge and understanding of pregnancy and childbirth preparation. Pregnant women's class activities in the Gela Health Center Work Area, North Taliabu District are still very low due to several factors, namely the low level of maternal education, support from husbands or families which is lacking and also because of the family economy or a small family income that causes mothers to be less prepared to face childbirth. This type of research uses an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study approach, the population in this study was 79 pregnant women, with a sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling , 66 respondents were obtained. Data collection was carried out by direct interviews using questionnaires. By using the Chi-Square statistical test to determine the relationship between the two Independent and Dependent variables. The results of the study from 66 Respondents obtained Most of the respondents who participated were quite follow class Mother pregnant And Ready For face labor as much as 23 Respondents (34.8%) while respondents who did not participate and were not ready to face childbirth were as many as (65.2%).Results analysis use test statistics Chi-Square obtained results P=0.00 < 0.05, so Hey in reject And Ha accepted Which means There is connection between Class Mother pregnant with readiness Mother face labor in Region Work Health Center Gela Subdistrict Taliabu North. It is expected to always be active in attending pregnancy classes because in this pregnancy class mothers can learn about pregnancy, signs and dangers of pregnancy and how the labor process is good so that mothers are ready to face labor without any doubt.

Abstract

Based on Riskesdas data in 2018, the prevalence of chronic energy deficiency cases in Indonesia in pregnant women was 17.3%. Then in the province of East Nusa Tenggara, the prevalence was 36.8%. While in Alor district, the prevalence was 41.15%. Data from the Kenaril Health Center in September 2023 showed that 23 pregnant women experienced chronic energy deficiency. Meanwhile, a preliminary study in the Kenaril Health Center Work Area also showed a lack of knowledge of pregnant women about Chronic Energy Deficiency. The purpose of the study was to analyze Influence Education Health Using Video Media Against Knowledge Mother Pregnant About Lack Energy Chronicle. This research design is one group pre test post test . The sample is some pregnant women in the Kenarilang Health Center Working Area, Alor Regency, as many as 30 people. Respondents were taken with technique accidental sampling . Analysis using the Wilcoxon Test. Most of the mothers' knowledge before health education was in the poor category as much as 56.7%. Most of the mothers' knowledge after education was in the good category as much as 70%. The Effect of Health Education Using Video Media on Pregnant Women's Knowledge About Chronic Energy Deficiency in the Kenarilang Health Center Work Area, Alor Regency in 2024 with a p-value of 0.000. Health education has been shown to increase mothers' knowledge about Chronic Energy Deficiency, so it is hoped that the risk of chronic energy deficiency in the Kenarilang Health Center Work area, Alor Regency can be reduced.

Abstract

Imminent abortion is vaginal bleeding at less than 20 weeks of gestation. The incidence of imminens abortion in the Indonesian Health Profile Information reached 1280 cases which were caused by reproductive health problems, one of which was vaginal discharge and vaginal discharge was also caused by poor personal hygiene in women or pregnant women. This study aims to determine the relationship between Albus Fluoride in Pregnant Women in the 1st Trimester and the occurrence of Imminent Abortion. The research design used in this study was analytical Correlation with Retrospective Study, sampling in this study used a simple random sampling method by taking 38 patients from 1st trimester pregnant women who experienced Imminent Abortion from January to December. Based on the analysis carried out using cross tabulation from the Spearman Test, it can be shown that a significant value of 0.000 is obtained, meaning that there is a significant relationship between Albus Fluoride in Pregnant Women in the 1st Trimester and the occurrence of Imminent Abortion at Wava Husada Kesamben Hospital. From the results of this research and calculations, it is hoped that midwives can be more active in providing knowledge regarding good personal hygiene and also how to prevent vaginal discharge in pregnant women.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data angka kejadian resiko tinggi pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kuala Pembuang I pada tahun 2023 sejumlah 86 ibu hamil dengan resiko tinggi, sedangkan pada tahun 2022 sejumlah 74 ibu hamil dengan resiko tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan pada ibu hamil resiko tinggi di Puskesmas Kuala Pembuang I Seruyan. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu ibu hamil dengan risiko tinggi berjumlah 5 orang yang diperoleh,Pengambilan data dari informan dengan cara wawancara mendalam (Indept Interview) dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan uji keabsahan data yaitu Credibility, transferability, dependability, dan Confirmability didapatkan bahwa hampir keseluruhan informan memberikan informasi bahwa menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental selama kehamilan merupakan prioritas utama bagi mereka. Selain itu puskesmas telah memberikan edukasi yang cukup kepada para calon ibu mengenai tanda dan gejala bahaya yang perlu diwaspadai selama kehamilan. Dengan penerapan asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan yang diberikan oleh tenaga medis, diharapkan kualitas perawatan dan kesehatan ibu hamil resiko tinggi di Puskesmas Kuala Pembuang I Seruyan dapat terjaga dengan baik.

Abstract

Problem which often occurs in postpartum mother where is breast milk production so little that it is unable to meet needs baby nutrition. This is because due to lack of knowledge about breast care, oxytocin massage and marmet technique. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the BOM method ( Breastcare, Oxytocin Massage, Marmet Technique ) on breast milk production. in postpartum mothers at the Mitra Bunda General Clinic, Palu City, Central Sulawesi.The design of this study was a posttest without control group design with a quasi-experimental approach . Respondents were taken using a purposive sampling technique that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria with a sample of 30 people. The independent variable is the BOM method ( Breastcare, Oxytocin Massage, Marmet Technique ) and the dependent variable is breast milk production in postpartum mothers. The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test . The results of the study showed that breast milk production in postpartum mothers before the BOM method ( Breastcare, Oxytocin Massage, Marmet Technique ) was known to almost all respondents, 26 (87%) in the category of no increase in breast milk production. and after treatment it was known that almost all respondents 28 (93%) were in the category of increased breast milk production. The results of the data analysis show that the significance level is 0.000 < α = 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus the BOM method ( breastcare, oxytocin massage, marmet technique ) effective for breast milk production in postpartum mothers. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that oxytocin massage, breast care and marmet techniques are alternatives to increase breast milk production. It is hoped that midwives will always socialize breast massage, oxytocin massage and marmet techniques to mothers during pregnancy so that they can increase mothers' knowledge in increasing breast milk production.
