Breastfeeding is the optimal way to meet nutritional needs for infant growth, and is an ideal source of nutrition containing antibody substances to protect babies from various infections, viruses and fungi. Many failures in breastfeeding are caused by several factors, one of which is lack of breast milk production, maternal psychology and nutritional factors. Thus, it requires a method of knowledge about supporting techniques to facilitate breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. One of alternatives to facilitate breastfeeding is to do breast care using a method of combining neck massage and pectoralis major muscle massage. This study to determine the effect of combination of neck and pectoralis major muscle massage on the production of breast milk in postpartum mothers 1-3 days conducted at the Mandah Community Health Center. This Quasy experimental study used pre test and post design with control group. The population was all postpartum mothers at Mandah Community Health Center with a sample size of 20 taken by purposive sampling technique. The instrument was an observation on breast milk production. Data analysis using Mann Whitney testwith ap value of 0.003 <α 0.05, meaning that there was the effect of neck massage and pectoralis major muscle massage on the production of breast milk. There was the effect of the combination of neck massage and pectoralis major muscle massage on the production of breast milk in postpartum mothers 1-3 days. Midwives are expected to be able to disseminate and apply the combination method of neck massage and pectoralis major muscle massage as an alternative option to facilitate breastfeeding for postpartum mothers 1-3 days.

The prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding tends to decrease in general due to the desire of parents for rapid growth of their baby's weight, especially the promotion of formula milk which is increasingly intensive. Breast milk is the single best source of nutrition for babies because it contains Fats, Carbohydrates, proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, Water and natural protective substances that can protect babies against various diseases. Green beans are one of the lagtogogum plants that contain vitamin tiamin and polyphenols that can increase breast milk production. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving green bean juice on infant weight gain in breastfeeding mothers exclusively breastfed. Quasy experimental type of research with pretest and post test design with nonequivalent control group design. The study was conducted from September to November 2020 in the Working Area of UPT Puskesmas Sebangar Bengkalis Regency with a population of 189 mothers having babies aged (0-6) months with a total sample of 32 people, purposive sampling technique. Giving green bean juice is done once a day as much as 300 ml for 14 consecutive days. Data processing using an independent sample t test. From the results of the study, the average weight gain of babies in the experimental group was 468.74 grams while the average weight gain of the control group babies was only 290.62 grams. In the independent test of the t-test sample, a p value = 0.021 was obtained, where the p value of ≤ 0.05 Ha was received, meaning that there was an effect of giving mung bean juice on infant weight gain in breastfeeding mothers exclusively in the Working Area of UPT Sebangar Health Center, Bengkalis Regency. It is recommended that breastfeeding mothers can consume Green Bean Juice to help smooth milk production, so as to increase baby weight gain in exclusive breastfeeding mothers.

There are many reasons why they don’t immunize their babies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between parents perceptions and the completeness of basic immunizations in infants aged 12-24. The research is a type of korelasional analytic design. The population in this study were parent who had babies aged 12-24 months. The sampling technique uses total sampling where the number of samples is the same as the population which later the population that enter is the same as the number of samples needed, namely as many as 33 people. Data were collected using questionnaires and basic immunization completeness assessment sheets, and then analyzed using chi-square statistical analysis with p < 0,05. The results of the analysis most of the respondents (60,6%) had positive perceptions, and 18 respondents (54,5%) or most of them had babies with complete immunization. The results of the statistical test using che-square show the results of the value X2 – 18,992a and p = 0,000 the value of p < α where p < 0,05 means that the results showed that parent had a positive perception of basic immunization in infants aged 12-24 months. Researches hope that health workers will continue to increase their motivation, ability, and knowledge related to complete basic immunization. In addition, it can increase education about complete basic immunization and the importance of completeness of basic immunization for Posyandu cadres, parents and families so that it can increase immunization coverage and change negative parental perceptions of immunization for infants.

Adolescent girls will lose blood which can cause a decrease in hemoglobin levels during menstruation. The function of iron is needed by the body to produce blood. Consumption of foods containing vitamin C plays a role in accelerating the absorption of iron so that it can increase hemoglobin levels during menstruation. Red guava (Psidium guajava l.) has a high vitamin C content of 87 mg/100 grams. This study aims to determine the effect of giving red guava juice on hemoglobin levels during menstruation in adolescent girls at Lirboyo Al-Mahrusiyyah Islamic Boarding School's female dormitory, Kediri, East Java. This research is a true experiment with a randomized pretest-posttest control group design with a sampling technique using simple random sampling. The samples were divided into 4 groups, namely 1 control group (no treatment), and 3 treatment groups with 200 mL/person/day of red guava juice, 250 mL/person/day), and 300 mL/person/day of guava juice. given for 5 days of menstruation. Hemoglobin levels were measured using the Ouik-Check Hemoglobin testing system. The results of the study stated that there was an effect of red guava juice on hemoglobin levels during menstruation (p=0.000). The results of the Tukey HSD test proved that there were differences in hemoglobin levels between groups, namely for the control group with P1 (p=0.004), the control group with P2 (p=0.000), the control group with P3 (p=0.000), P1 and P2 (p = 0.000), and P1 with P3 (p = 0.000). So it can be concluded that giving red guava juice can affect hemoglobin levels during menstruation in adolescent girls.

The research method used is experiment/intervention, pre- experimental design. The population in this study were all participants who were at risk of congestive heart failure in the work area of Upt.Galang District Health Center Tolitoli. The sampling used was purposive sampling so that the sample in this study was based on certain characteristics which were considered to have a relationship with previously known population characteristics. The results showed that after being given health education, p-value = 0,00≥α=0,05 means that there is a significant effect on changes in the level of knowledge after health education is carried out. The conclusion is that there is a significant effect on changes in the level of knowledge after being given health education.
