Cancer is a public health problem in the world. Cancer can threaten health both physically and psychologically and can even cause death. One of the cancers that most often causes death in women is cervical cancer. Efforts to prevent cervical cancer with the cervical cancer screening program in 2018 found estimated data on the number of cervical cancer cases in East Java Province of 27,837 which has the largest number of cervical cancer sufferers compared to other provinces. Meanwhile, 2020 experienced obstacles due to the co-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on cervical cancer screening. Based on the data results from the 2022 Dasuk Health Center Performance Assessment Report, the total target of WUS (Women of Reproductive Age) in the Dasuk Health Center Work Area is 6. 672 targets. While the number of WUS (Women of Reproductive Age) who carried out early detection of cervical cancer through the IVA method was 438 targets (0.06%). This shows that the awareness of women of childbearing age in conducting early screening for cervical cancer is still low. Identification of factors that influence the low coverage of early detection of cervical cancer in the Working Area of the Dasuk Health Center with fishbone diagram analysis and identification of priority problems with ultrasound analysis shows that the problems that need to be prioritized for resolution are campaign discontinuity, people are afraid to check IVA tests, lack of public understanding of the importance IVA test examination.

Pharmaceutical service is a direct service that is responsible for patients regarding pharmaceutical preparations to achieve definite results in order to improve the patient's quality of life. Pharmacists must understand and be aware of the possibility of errors occurring in the service process and even in medication (medication errors). Medication errors are events that cause harm to patients due to the use of medication while being treated by health workers that could have been prevented. Therefore, pharmacists in carrying out their practices must comply with existing standards to avoid this happening. Pharmacists must be able to communicate with other health professionals in determining therapy to support rational drug use. In the residency assignment, the author has written about various strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the quality of pharmacological services at the Jasem Sidoarjo General Hospital. In this study there are several strategies to improve the handling of health services for pregnant women and toddlers. Based on the conditions above, the author wants to implement a strategy to improve the quality of pharmacological services at the Jasem Sidoarjo General Hospital. This activity begins by collecting data on drugs that run out quickly and those that are slow, as well as creating a return/compensation system for unused drugs, and recommending to management to spend the majority of the budget to replenish drug stocks at the pharmacy depot to make things easier for patients. Create standard operating procedures down to every little thing and distribute them to every room, even to the pharmacy depot. Updating the integrated computer system using the latest SIM-RS to synchronize data. Conduct training for all employees in stages. And evaluate patient satisfaction once a month. It is hoped that health workers will routinely supervise and monitor the reliability and ability of staff in the quality of pharmacological services at the Jasem Sidoarjo General Hospital so that the quality of service at the hospital can be sustainable and increase patient satisfaction.

Stunting is a major problem for babies and children under two years of age. Therefore, this condition must be addressed immediately because it can hinder the momentum of Indonesia's Golden Generation in 2045. To realize the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Program from the upstream, the BKKBN launched the "ELSIMIL" (Electronic Ready for Marriage and Pregnancy) application. A useful application to find out in advance the prospective bride and groom's preparations for the potential baby to be born by looking at the health condition of the prospective bride and groom. The aim is to increase (optimize) the use of the "ELSIMIL" application in preventing stunting through pocket book media at the Balowerti Health Center, Kediri City. The data collection technique uses observational techniques and the instrument used is a questionnaire. Then analyze the problem using SWOT and Fishbone. Based on the results of residency activities in the working area of the Balowerti Community Health Center, there are still toddlers with stunting found in the 2023 projection starting from January-March 2023, namely 118 toddlers from 5 sub-districts accompanied by the lack of optimal use of the "ELSIMIL" application in the working area of the Balowerti Community Health Center, Kediri City. So it can be concluded that the use of the "ELSIMIL" application is still not optimal in preventing stunting. The proposed use of pocket book media is one strategy that aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of mothers and their families in preventing stunting from an early age.

Stunting is a condition where human height is less than normal according to gender and age. The effects of stunting last a lifetime and even have an impact on the next generation and hampered development in terms of motor, verbal and cognitive. To prevent stunting, you can do socialization on the dangers of early marriage. The target of this activity is students who are in junior high school. The purpose of holding this activity is to increase students' understanding of the risks of the dangers of early marriage which is one of the factors causing stunting. The method used in this activity is counseling or socialization with data collection techniques in the form of observation and pre-test with the aim of determining whether or not socialization activities are necessary. Data analysis was carried out on the results of the pre-test and post-test to determine whether there was a change in understanding of the dangers of early marriage and stunting. In addition, the data was also analyzed to determine students' interest in engaging in early marriage.
