Abstract

Every agency must have a goal to make each process effective and efficient. The Bsinsi process is one aspect that can influence the level of effectiveness and efficiency in an agency. The Surabaya Religious Court is one of three special courts in Indonesia which is located in Surabaya. There are several business processes at the Surabaya Religious Court including the registration process, payment process, inheritance registration process, divorce registration process, joint property case registration process, process minor marriage registration, mediation process, and trial process. The purpose of this research is to test and simulate the effectiveness and efficiency of business procedures used in the Surabaya Religious Courts. Analysis of the Surabaya Religious Court Business Process Using MethodsBusiness Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). Many difficulties were discovered during the study and modeling of business processes that might hinder the operation of each process, and the researcher then presented business process suggestions with various factors for decision making. The Surabaya Religious Court becomes more effective and efficient with the business process ideas proposed by the author.

Abstract

The development of film technology has also encouraged cinema to develop even more broadly with the presence of video streaming platforms which are now increasing, even involving entertainment industry players. Platform names such as Netflix, Video.com, Hooq, and Amazon Prime are certainly no strangers to movie lovers. The Vidio application is a video-sharing application founded by Adi Sariatmadja in October 2014 and managed by PT Kreatif Media Karya, a subsidiary of Emtek. The Vidio application allows users to upload, watch and share videos. The Vidio application has more than 50 million users on the PlayStore with a rating of 3.9/5.0 and 499 thousand reviews. With the several advantages provided by the Vidio Application, there are still problems that often occur such as a limited choice of films, especially the latest films, some find some films with slow sound and are rather difficult to watch on a cellphone. These problems will affect user satisfaction. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Pieces Framework methods to determine user satisfaction with the Vidio application. The factors discussed in the TAM method include Perceived usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use. While the factors used in the Pieces Framework method include Performances, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 people. Based on the data analysis that was carried out using the SmartPLS software, it was found that 93.75% of the Vidio application users were in the very satisfied category.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang bertumbuh secara pesat dan canggih mempengaruhi perusahaan dalam mempertahankan bisnisnya. Saat ini, ada berbagai macam sistem yang dapat dijumpai dan digunakan oleh perusahaan. Salah satunya aplikasi appsheet pada Perusahaan XYZ yang dapat digunakan untuk serangkaian kasus penggunaan bisnis yang luas seperti manajemen aset. Namun aplikasi appsheet tersebut ternyata juga mengalami hambatan dan kendala seperti ketidaksesuai sistem dengan keadaan diperusahaan cabang, administrasi cabang yang menganggap sistem kurang fleksibel dan sulit dimengerti. Sehingga berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut diperlukan evaluasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna terhadap niat perilaku penggunaan aplikasi appsheet. Model yang digunakna dalam penelitian ini adalah model UTAUT 2 dan EUCS yang terdiri dari 15 hipotesis dan 13 variabel yaitu accuracy, behavioral intention, content, easy of use, effort expectancy, facilitating condition, format, habit, perceived value, performance expectancy, social influence, timeliness, user satisfaction dan use behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei kuisioner dalam bentuk google form, dengan analisa data SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi appsheet dan faktor-faktor yang dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna terhadap niat perilaku penggunaan aplikasi appsheet dan juga sebagai saran pengembangan sistem selanjutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap niat perilaku penggunaan aplikasi appsheet secara keseluruhan berada pada tingkat puas. Dengan hasil ini diharapkan aplikasi appsheet dapat mempertahankan atau meningkatkan kembali terkait kepuasan pengguna terhadap niat perilaku penggunanya terutama pada variabel seperti accuracy, facilitating condition, format, habit, perceived value, performance expectancy, social influence, dan timeliness.

Abstract

Plavon Dukcapil is an online service website for population administration and civil registration developed by Disdukcapil Sidoarjo. There are 10 types of residence documents that can be taken care of through this website. The existence of this website is expected to facilitate the community in managing population documents independently. As time goes by, development will continue to be carried out. One important aspect that needs to be considered is the ease of use or usability factor. Therefore, there is a need for a usability evaluation to determine the level of website usability so that it can help Plavon Dukcapil develop according to user needs. The purpose of this study is to identify website usability problems and find out the results of the evaluation. Webuse is a method used to evaluate the usability of the Dukcapil Platform website with the help of a questionnaire that will be filled out by general respondents of website users. The Webuse method consists of 4 variables, namely content, organization and readability, navigation and links, user interface design and performance and effectiveness. Based on the evaluation results using the webuse method, it shows that 2 variables get a "Good" usability level, namely navigation and links and user interface design. While the other 2 variables namely content, organization and readability and performance and effectiveness get a usability level of "Moderate". In addition, 16 improvement recommendations were also produced as input for the development of the Dukcapil Plavon website in a better direction.

Abstract

PT Sasmito merupakan sebuah perusahaan dibidang jasa konstruksi bangunan khususnya gedung yang berpusat di Surabaya. PT Sasmito saat ini sudah melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan metode manual menggunakan kertas yang dibagikan oleh HRD kepada site manager. PT Sasmito memiliki empat indikator yang digunakan sebagai penilaian kinerja karyawan. Indikator yang dimiliki yaitu kemampuan, keinginan berkembang, kedisiplinan, dan kerjasama tim. Site manager melakukan penilaian dengan menulis nilai bawahannya dengan standar masing-masing site manager sesuai dengan keempat indikator tersebut. Bentuk nilai yang digunakan seperti nilai A diperoleh dari angka antara 90-100. Site manager mengembalikan form yang sudah diisi kepada HRD untuk diolah dengan program Microsoft Excel. Oleh karena itu, penilaian dengan model tersebut memiliki masalah subjektifitas seperti saat penilaian dari dua site manager kepada bawahan yang sama, pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode personal balanced scorecard (PBSC) dengan menentukan key performance indicator yang sesuai dengan empat perspektif metode PBSC. Terdapat 11 indikator penilaian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kesetiaan, tanggung jawab, ketaatan, kepemimpinan, kejujuran, disiplin, komunikasi, sesuai instruksi, kerjasama, kompetensi, dan kesejahteraan. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa Dian Eka, S.T. mendapatkan nilai tertinggi dari 10 pegawai lainya. Penggunaan metode PBSC dinilai sangat cocok untuk diterapkan pada PT Sasmito karena PBSC dapat melakukan penentuan KPI pada cakupan karyawan atau personal.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology, especially in the industrial sector and the widespread use of the internet in Indonesia, effective data storage media is needed. Like MySQL, database management systems (DBMS) have become an effective solution for managing and processing data. As a type of DBMS, MySQL has demonstrated the ability to support application development by both experienced and novice users. On the other hand, in the ever-evolving digital era, web and mobile applications have become important, and Node.js and REST APIs have become the basis for creating effective web applications. Technological advances have also produced an alternative to relationless data storage, known as NoSQL. MongoDB, for example, offers flexibility and fast performance when storing data in JSON document format. Load testing performance analysis between MySQL and MongoDB on Node.js applications is very important because they have different data models and workload types. This is an important technique for measuring and evaluating application performance. Search speed, data storage, and query complexity are influenced by the MySQL and MongoDB NoSQL relational data models. The goal of this load testing performance analysis is to gain an understanding of how MySQL and MongoDB perform when faced with different workloads, particularly in the context of Node.js applications. The results of this analysis are expected to provide a clear picture of the advantages and disadvantages of each database when used with Node.js applications, so that developers and system architects can make wise, data-driven decisions when they use Node.js applications.

Abstract

Usaha Bersama (UB) Makmur Surabaya merupakan toko sembako modern yang baru saja di buka pada tahun 2022. Untuk dapat mengoptimalkan sumber daya dan anggaran untuk strategi pemasaran yang efektif maka penting untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan omzet, di antaranya jumlah transaksi per bulan dan nilai penjualan yang meliputi penjualan beras, gula, telur, minyak goreng, susu dan tepung. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan informasi historis penjualan setahun kebelakang. Model regresi linier berganda dapat diungkapkan melalui representasi perkalian determinan matriks. Proses selanjutnya melibatkan perhitungan koefisien regresi dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier. Kemudian, mencari nilai korelasi sehingga memperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel X1, X2 dengan variabel Y. Berdasarkan hasil analisa regresi linier didapatkan nilai koefisien regresi variabel X1 bernilai negatif, sedangkan variabel X2 bernilai positif. Hasil uji t mengindikasikan bahwa setiap variabel memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap total penjualan. Hasil uji F diperoleh bahwa variabel X1 dan X2 secara simultan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap total penjualan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel jumlah transaksi per bulan dan nilai penjualan berkontribusi sebesar 56,8% terhadap total penjualan, sementara sebanyak 43,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.

Abstract

A Work Request is a document (digital or paper) in which there is a request for assistance from internal or external business partners for a task that must be completed. With a work request, all data information related to the needs and planning of a job can be fulfilled. The application that has this technology in it is CFM (Cloud-based Facilities Management). This research uses the Task Technology Fit model combined with the perceived usefulness variable from the Technology Accepiance Model (TAM).This research aims to determine the suitability of work request technology tasks for Trillium Office & Residence employees who use the CFM application. Data collection for the research was carried out by distributing an online questionnaire to 33 respondents. These respondents are Trillium Office & Residence employees who use the CFM application. In this study, data analysis used PLS-SEM. The results of the research are that there are 7 hypotheses which have been proven to have a positive and significant influence on all respondents who use the CFM application.
