Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya daya tahan VO2Max para pemain. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini, ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihan high intensity interval training (HIIT) terhadap peningkatan VO2Max atlet futsal UNDIKMA tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan sampel sebanyak 11 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen test lari Multystage Fitnes Test. Analisis data menggunakan Paired Sampel T-Test dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan high intensity interval training (HIIT) t memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan sbesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan high intensity interval training (HIIT) memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan VO2Max atlet futsal UNDIKMA tahun 2020. Abstract The problem in this study is that the players' VO2Max endurance is still low. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of high intensity interval training (HIIT) on increasing the VO2Max of UNDIKMA futsal athletes in 2020. The research method used was an experimental method with a sample of 11 people. The data collection technique used the Multistage Fitness Test running test instrument. Data analysis using Paired Sample T-Test with SPSS. The results showed that high intensity interval training (HIIT) t had a significant effect of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results of this study indicate that high intensity interval training (HIIT) has a significant effect on increasing the VO2Max of UNDIKMA futsal athletes in 2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan Problem-Focused Coping (PFC) dalam mengelola kecemasan pra-pertandingan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri atlet Petanque Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika (Undikma). Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pretest-posttest satu kelompok, sebanyak 25 atlet Petanque berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan PFC selama enam minggu. Pengukuran kecemasan dilakukan menggunakan Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 (CSAI-2), yang mencakup kecemasan kognitif, kecemasan somatik, dan kepercayaan diri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan penurunan signifikan pada kecemasan kognitif dan somatik, serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri setelah intervensi. Rata-rata kecemasan kognitif menurun sebesar 10,76 poin, kecemasan somatik menurun sebesar 11,12 poin, dan kepercayaan diri meningkat sebesar 9,44 poin. Uji Paired Sample T-Test menunjukkan hasil signifikan (p-value < 0,001) untuk ketiga dimensi tersebut, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan PFC efektif dalam mengurangi kecemasan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri atlet. Penelitian ini memperkuat pentingnya strategi coping berbasis pemecahan masalah dalam konteks olahraga kompetitif, terutama dalam olahraga yang membutuhkan konsentrasi dan ketenangan tinggi seperti Petanque. Effectiveness of Coping Strategy Training Based Problem-Focused Coping (PFC) on Pre-Match Anxiety Levels of UNDIKMA Petanque Athletes Abstract This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Problem-Focused Coping (PFC) training in managing pre-competition anxiety and enhancing self-confidence in Petanque athletes at Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika (Undikma). Using a pretest-posttest one-group design, 25 Petanque athletes participated in a six-week PFC training program. Anxiety levels were measured using the Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 (CSAI-2), covering cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, and self-confidence. The results showed a significant decrease in both cognitive and somatic anxiety, and an increase in self-confidence following the intervention. The average cognitive anxiety decreased by 10.76 points, somatic anxiety decreased by 11.12 points, and self-confidence increased by 9.44 points. Paired Sample T-Test results showed significant outcomes (p-value < 0.001) for all three dimensions, indicating that PFC training is effective in reducing anxiety and enhancing self-confidence. This study reinforces the importance of problem-focused coping strategies in competitive sports contexts, especially in sports requiring high levels of concentration and composure, such as Petanque.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu kurangnya kreativitas dalam latihan serta model latihan yang kurang bervariasi sehingga kemampuan menggiring bola tidak berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah variasi latihan dribbling zig-zag trajectory dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dribbling sepak bola pada pemain Bee Boy FC tahun 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan penilitian eksperimen yang digunakan yaitu one group pretest posttest design. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling sebanyak 20 pemain Bee Boy FC. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes menggiring bola yang telah valid dan reliable. Data penelitian dianalisis secara statistik parametrik menggunakan Paired Sampe T-Test dengan SPSS versi 23. hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat peningkatan keterampilan dribbling sepak bola setelah diberikan treatment berupa variasi latihan dribbling with zig zag trajectory pada pemain Bee Boy FC tahun 2020. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil Paired Sample T-Test dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Abstract The problems found are the lack of creativity in training and the training model that is less varied so that the ability to dribble does not develop. The purpose of this study was to determine whether variations of the zig-zag trajectory dribbling exercise can improve soccer dribbling skills in Bee Boy FC players in 2020. The method used in this study is an experimental method. The experimental research design used is one group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique used is a total sampling of 20 Bee Boy FC players. This study used a dribbling test instrument that was valid and reliable. The research data were analyzed statistically parametrically using Paired Sampe T-Test with SPSS version 23. The results of the research conducted showed an increase in soccer dribbling skills after being given treatment in the form of variations in dribbling exercises with zig zag trajectory on Bee Boy FC players in 2020. This is shown from Paired Sample T-Test results with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatih belum pernah melakukan analsisi biomekanika pada atlet renang kelompok umur III (usia 11-12 tahun) yang merupakan evaluasi terhadap hasil latihan ataupun pertandingan khususnya dalam melakukan grab start yang merupakan kelemahan dari atlet tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa jarak lompatan grab start ditinjau dari analisa gerak serta memperoleh sudut gerak dalam melakukan teknik grab start. Prosedur penelitian ini pengambilan video gerak grab start dengan diberikan 5 kali kesempatan tiap subjek sehingga dapat dilihat lompatan terbaik dari tiap percobaan dengan melihat jarak lompatan yang diperoleh. Kemudian dilakukan analisis menggunakan dartfish teampro 5.5 sehingga proses melakukan gerakan grab start dapat teridentifikasi. Pengolahan data mean, pengolahan data standard deviasi, uji normalitas data menggunakan Kormogorov-Smirnov Test yang terakhir uji statistik menggunakan uji korelasi pearson untuk data yang berdistribusi normal, dan uji korelasi spearman untuk data yang tidak berdistribusi normal, dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara tinggi lompatan, sudut tubuh saat block phase, sudut tungkai kanan saat block phase, sudut lengan kanan saat block phase, sudut tubuh saat flight phase, sudut tungkai kanan saat flight phase, sudut lengan kanan saat flight phase, sudut tubuh saat entry phas, sudut tungkai kanan saat entry phase, sudut lengan kanan saat entry phase, dan sudut tubuh terhadap air saat entry phase, terhadap jarak lompatan grab start renang atlet kelompok umur III (usia 11-12) Moyoshaki SC tahun 2020. Abstract The problem in this study is that the coach has never done a biomechanical analysis of swimming athletes in the age group III (11-12 years old) which is an evaluation of the results of training or matches, especially in doing grab starts which is a weakness of these athletes. This study aims to analyze the distance of the grab start jump in terms of motion analysis and obtain the angle of motion in carrying out the grab start technique. The procedure of this research is taking grab start motion videos by being given 5 opportunities for each subject so that the best jump can be seen from each experiment by looking at the distance of the jump obtained. Then an analysis was carried out using Dartfish TeamPro 5.5 so that the process of carrying out the grab start movement could be identified. Mean data processing, standard deviation data processing, data normality test using the Kormogorov-Smirnov test, the last statistical test using the Pearson correlation test for data that is normally distributed, and the Spearman correlation test for data that is not normally distributed, using SPSS version 23. Research results there is no significant correlation between jump height, body angle during block phase, right leg angle during block phase, right arm angle during block phase, body angle during flight phase, right leg angle during flight phase, right arm angle during flight phase, the angle of the body during the entry phase, the angle of the right leg during the entry phase, the angle of the right arm during the entry phase, and the angle of the body against the water during the entry phase, to the jump start distance for athletes of age group III (ages 11-12) Moyoshaki SC in 2020.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah ketuntasan hasil belajar senam lantai siswa kelas VIII SMP 2 Beur belum memnuhi Ktriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki proses dan meningkatkan hasil belajar senam lantai roll depan dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran tipe jigsaw pada peserta didik kelas VIII 1 SMPN 2 Buer . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tidakan kelas (class room acrtion research) dengan subjek penlitian sebanyak 25 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data dalam bentuk lembar observasi yaitu pengamtan dalam proses pembelajaran terhadap siswa; lembar observasi aspek afektif, aspek kognitif, dan psokomotor, serta poses pengajaran yang dilakukan guru; lembar oservasi Aktivitas Kegiatan Guru (AKG). Analisis data dengan mereduksi data dan memaparkan data dalam bentuk tabel, sehingga dapat dicari nilai rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan belajar. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada kondisi awal sebelum dilakukan tindakan, siswa yang tuntas belajar hanya 5 siswa atau 20%, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 18 siswa atau 72%, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 22 siswa atau 88%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran tipe jigaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar senam lantai roll depan pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Beur kabupaten Sumbawa Barat tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Abstract The problem in this study is that the completeness of the floor gymnastics learning outcomes for class VIII SMPN 2 Beur has not met the Minimum Completeness Criteria. The purpose of this study was to improve the process and improve learning outcomes of front roll floor gymnastics by applying the jigsaw type learning method to class VIII 1 SMPN 2 Buer students. This research is a class action research (class room action research) with research subjects as many as 25 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were data in the form of observation sheets, namely observations in the learning process of students; observation sheets for affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects, as well as the teaching process carried out by the teacher; Teacher Activities (AKG) observation sheet. Data analysis by reducing data and presenting data in tabular form, so that the average value and percentage of learning completeness can be found. The results obtained in the initial conditions before the action was taken, only 5 students or 20% completed learning, in the first cycle increased to 18 students or 72%, and in the second cycle increased to 22 students or 88%. So it can be concluded that the application of the jigaw type learning method can improve the learning outcomes of front roll floor gymnastics for class VIII students of SMPN 2 Beur, West Sumbawa district, for the 2019/2020.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan peneliti bahwa rata-rata dalam satu pertandingan tendangan ke gawang (shooting) yang dilakukan oleh para pemain lebih banyak yang melenceng dari pada yang mengarah tepat ke gawang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihan permainan target terhadap kemampuan shooting sepak bola pada siswa SSB Kembang Putra Aikmel tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pusposive sampling sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes menendang (shooting) bola ke sasaran. Analisis data menggunakan Paired Sampel T-Test dengan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan permainan target memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan permainan target memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan shooting sepak bola pada siswa SSB Kembang Putra Aikmel tahun 2020. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of target game practice on the soccer shooting ability of SSB Kembang Putra Aikmel students in 2020. The research method used was an experimental method with a sampling technique using purposive sampling as many as 20 people. The data collection technique used a test instrument to kick (shooting) the ball to the target. Data analysis used Paired Sample T-Test with SPSS version 23. The results showed that the target game exercise had a significant effect of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results of this study indicate that target game training has a significant effect on the soccer shooting ability of SSB Kembang Putra Aikmel students in 2020.
