Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in Integrated thematic Learning using Discovery Learning model in class IV SDN 05 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam. This research used a qualitative and quantitative approach. This type of research i.e. Research Action class (PTK). The subject of research is the grade IV SDN 05 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam Feed as many as 20 students. Research conducted two cycles. The design of the research include, (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) and (4) observation of the reflection. The results showed an increase in: a) the RPP cycle I (C)77,77 % Cycle II (SB) 94,44% (SB) b) implementation on aspect of teacher cycle I82,81% (B), a cycle II 93,75% (SB) c) Implementation on aspect students cycle I 71,79,68 % (C) and Cycle II93,75 % (SB) d) student learning outcomes Cycle I 71,97 (B), cycle II 86,10 (A). Thus the model of Discovery Learning can improve the learning results of integrated thematic grade IV SDN 05 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam.

Abstract

The study in the background is that integrated thematic learning has not been appropriate. Hopefully, the aim of this study is to describe the progress of the process simultaneous thematic learning with the model problem based learning at country’s fourth grade elementary school 01 Tan Malaka Kota Padamg. His type of research is a class action study using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subject in this study is the teacher (researches) and student of 34. Research is conducted in two cycles. The results of cycle research on RPP meeting one earn a percentage value of 81,25% (B) increasing 90,63% (SB) at meeting two and increased 94,44% (SB) on cycle two. At teacher of the cycle release one earn a percentage value of  82,14% (B) increasing 89,28% (B) at meeting two and increasing 92,85% (SB) in cycle two. Whereas at the activities of student cycle one a percentage of 78,57% (C) increased 85,71% (B) at two and increased 92,85% (SB) at the cycle two.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning model in integrated thematic learning in class IV SDN 01 Campago Ipuh, Bukittinggi City. This type of research is classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this study were the teacher and 22 fourth grade students. Therefore, the Problem Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes from integrated thematic learning. The result of observing the learning plan in cycle 1 were 83,33% and the second cycle was 97,22%. Teaher observation in cycle 1 was 82,81 and cycle II was 93,75. While the improvement of aspects of students in cycle I was 82,81 and cycle II was 93,75. While the average student learning outcomes in the aspects of knowledge are 81,25 to 92,09, and in the aspect of skills on average get 83,71 to 93,06

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the planning, implementation and improvement learning outcomes of students using a Example Non Example model in integrated thematic learning in grade V Elementary School. In this study applying the type of PTK research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. Where this research was conducted on class V SDN 11 Campago Guguk Bulek Kota Bukittinggi totaling 26 people consisting of 9 male students and 17 female students. The results of the study in the first cycle of learning outcomes reached a percentage of completeness of 65,5%  (need guidance category) with an average value of 75 (enough category) increased in the second cycle percentage of completeness 92% (very good category) with an average achievement of 90 (very good category).

Abstract

This research purposed to describe the improvement of integrated thematic learnig process using cooperative learning model Talking Stick type in Elementary School. This research is a classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Subjects were teachers and 28 students. This research was consists of two cycles. The first cycle consists of two meetings and the second cycle consists of one meeting with stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection . The result of planning observation in cycle I  is 78%  and it increase to be in cycle II 94% . The result of teacher aspect observation in cycle I is 76,5%   and it increase to be 84% .  in cycle II. The result of student aspect observation in cycle I is 76,5 %   and it increase to be 84%. in cycle II. The research showed the cooperative learning model Talking Stick type can improve the integrated thematic learnig process in Elementary School.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the less optimal of integrated thematic learning which the students is not understanding the material, so that it impacts on learning outcomes. This research have purpose to describe the Improvement of Integrated Thematic Learning Outcomes which it isusing the Make A Macth Model Model for Grade IV Students at SDN 36 Cengkeh Padang City. This research use methodology PTK with qualitative and quantitative approaches. This Research get data in the form of observations, tests and non-tests. Theis reasearch is conducted in two cycles. The Research subjects are teachers and grade IV students. The results showed the average on cycle one 90.62%, it increased in the second cycle 100%, that is excellent . The implementation of learning aspects of the first cycle teacher got average 81.25% in good quality, it increased in the second cycle to be exelelent at 96.87%. Aspects of the first cycle students got average 76.56% in fair quality it increased in the second cycle to excellent at 96.87% . Learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average of 68.22 in fair quality, it increased in the second cycle with an average value of 88.33%, excellent.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe an integrated thematic learning process improvement to the model of problem based learning in fourth grade elementary school 15 Ulu Gadut Padang City. The approach used in this research is qualitative and quantitative. The research aspects of the teacher first cyclethe average value of 84% with good qualification, in the second cycle to 93% with excellent qualifications. Aspects of the students' first cycle the average value of 84% with good qualification,in the second cycle to 93%, with excellent qualifications. Thus the model of problem based learning can enhance the learning process and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research used a qualitative and quantitative approach. This type of research i.e. Research Action class (PTK). The subject of research is the grade IV SDN 03 Labuah Bukittinggi Feed as many as 16 students. Research conducted two cycles. The design of the research include, (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) and (4) observation of the reflection. The results showed an increase in: a) the RPP cycle I 85.93% Cycle II (B) 93,75% (SB) b) implementation on aspect of teacher cycle I 85.71% (B), a cycle II 96,42% (SB) c) Implementation on aspect students cycle I 85.71% (B) and Cycle II 96,42% (SB) d) student learning outcomes s iklus I 74,5 Cycle (B), II (B) 84,84. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe an integrated thematic learning process improvement to the model of problem based learning in fourth grade elementary school 15 Ampang Gadang Agam. In this study applying the type of PTK research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subject in this study is the teacher (researches) and student of totaling 27 people consisting of 15 male students and 12 female students. Results showed an increase in: a) RPP cycle I with an average of 74.99% (enough) and cycle II 94.44% (very good), B) Implementation on the teacher aspect of cycle I with an average of 85.71% (good) and cycle II 92.85% (very good), while the implementation of the student aspect of the cycle I with an average of 83.92% (good), and cycle II 92.85% (very good), c) The assessment of the learners in the improvement of learning outcomes on the I cycle was obtained with an average of 78.75% and cycle II by an average of 89.01%. Based on the results it can be concluded that with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve the integrated thematic learning process in grade IV.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the increase of students learning outcome on thematic integrated learning using PBL. This research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The participants of this research were teacher and 22 students of SDN 23 Marapalam Padang City. The results showed: 1. Lesson plan assessment in cycle I was 78.12% then increased to 93.75% in cycle II. Observation on teacher aspect in cycle I was 85.71% and went up to 96.42% in cycle II while on aspect of students in cycle I was 85.71% the increased to 96.42% in cycle II. Affective aspect of students, the were 5 student who showed caring, honestly in cycle I. It increased to 8 students in cycle II. Cognitive aspect, in cycle I was 77.27 then went up to 89.51 in cycle II. In psychomotor aspect in cycle I was 76.70 and increased 83.80 in cycle II. It can be increased the students learning outcomes on thematic integrated learning.
