Jurnal Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial or Journal of Social Welfare (JIKS) is an academic journal on social welfare issues. JIKS invites academia and practitioners to send their articles to contribute their research and experiences in social welfare. A research article should be from original research and assess its contribution to social welfare. The conceptual study focuses on the empirical development of theory or concept in social welfare issues. The article can discuss theories and concepts based on themes and intervention levels. Articles should discuss one of the following themes: Labour and Corporate Social Responsibility Empowerment and Poverty Alleviation Child and Family Welfare Health and Social Welfare Disability and Social Welfare Social Welfare for Ageing People Policy, Social Planning and Social Development Human Organization Management Program Evaluation Social Welfare and Environment Issues Otherwise, articles can discuss various topics based on intervention level: Policy Community Organization Group Individual and Family

Abstract

Nowadays the land use problem couldn’t be solved as we expected. However, it becomes more complicated in line to the increasing of various development and community activities. These activities require some efforts in managing human settlement in the case of land ownership. The very significant limitation and fundamental in executing settlement of authority and ownership of land is there’s no factual and actual data, either from object and subject land reform aspect. According to this study, poverty alleviation through land reform pattern is much assisted with exploiting a SIG technology because the analysis of capacities and ability the data in the amount is almost infinite. By overlap both thematic map types (object and subject potential), hence obtained the potency indication object-subject land reform in Kalimantan Tengah province in "set of countryside"
