The results of the research show that foster parents BRSAMPK Handayani Jakarta provide social supports to children: emotional support in the form of giving affection, appreciation support in the form of giving positive sentences, instrumental support in the form of giving rewards, and informative support in the form of input and suggestions. The social support provided by foster parents can fill the absence of the family and help the child undergo the social rehabilitation process. The social support received by ABH makes them feel comfortable and open with their foster parents; the social rehabilitation process is smoother; and encourages changes in ABH behavior. The conclusion is that the social support provided by foster parents who are significant others has a very crucial role in the social rehabilitation process and fulfillment of ABH's rights. This article contributes to the study of social welfare by providing a more in-depth description of the role of social support for ABH in social rehabilitation process, facilitating behavioral change, and fulfilling the rights of ABH.

Abstract

In Indonesia, several types of HSOs include government organizations, private organizations, and non-profit organizations. Strategic planning is crucial for HSOs as it helps them to map their direction and goals, manage their resources, identify opportunities and challenges, coordinate their activities, and measure and evaluate their performance. To assist in strategic planning, various mapping models can be used. One of the models that can be used is Scenario- Based Road Mapping (SBRM). This research is a literature review that discusses different strategic planning models for HSOs, which can help organizations formulate more effective and adaptive strategies. These models can help HSOs better understand how strategic planning models such as SBRM, Balanced Scorecard, and ERM can be applied in an organizational context. This research aims to examine these various models, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and provide deeper insights into strategic planning models in HSO. Strategic planning is a crucial aspect of HSO safety and survival, and with a better understanding of various mapping models, organizations can better meet challenges and achieve their goals. It is important for HSOs to recognize the significance of good strategic planning. Therefore, strategic planning must be carried out by professional individuals who have a deep understanding of strategic design creation and sensitivity to changes and threats.

Abstract

Poverty is a condition where a person cannot fulfill their basic needs to achieve a more dignified life. This research aims to explain the program for handling the poor in Mulyasari Village which is directed at three things, namely: 1) managing social problems, 2) mechanisms for meeting needs, and 3) providing opportunities for advancement for the poor. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological tradition. Determining the research sample used purposive sampling technique. There were 6 research informants consisting of Mulyasari Village officials, poor families who received social welfare services, and Community Social Workers. The data collection techniques used are: 1) in-depth interviews, 2) observation, and 3) documentation studies. Data analysis techniques in this research were carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The social interaction of the people of Mulyasari Village looks very close to the spirit of mutual cooperation. This is in line with Talcott Parson's opinion regarding his functional structural theory. The research results show that the program for handling the poor in Mulyasari Village has been running well, but is not yet optimal. The handling of the poor in Mulyasari Village can be regulated with the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) document. Mulyasari Village does not yet have a Social Welfare Center service (PUSKESOS). Therefore, planning for future social service mechanisms will be carried out in accordance with the PUSKESOS and SLRT Banjar City mechanisms. Poor people in Mulyasari Village have been given opportunities to advance, namely 1) educational scholarships for children, 2) training activities, 3) access and business capital facilities, and 4) planning a forest educational tourism program.

Abstract

Sustainable livelihoods are key for communities to sustain their lives. However, limited access to and utilisation of natural resources, particularly customary forests, has led to a decline in the livelihoods of the Lekuk 50 Tumbi indigenous community. Difficulty in clearing land is a major obstacle for them in finding alternative income. This research aims to evaluate the quality of life of the Lekuk 50 Tumbi indigenous community with a focus on indigenous institutions' initiatives based on sustainable livelihoods, considering the five aspects of capital. Through in-depth interviews and qualitative analysis, natural capital, physical capital, human capital, financial capital and social capital in the study area were evaluated. The findings show that all five capitals are sustainable in the context of the Lekuk 50 Tumbi indigenous community. The role of customary institutions is recognised as a key factor in maintaining the sustainability of community livelihoods, despite constraints in access and utilisation of available natural resources. The research illustrates the urgency of supporting customary institutions in maintaining sustainable livelihoods and addressing the challenges faced by the Lekuk 50 Tumbi indigenous community.

Abstract

The community's dependence on the forest makes the community's position vulnerable when access to the forest is restricted. The restrictions on community access to forests impact on emerging social problems such as poverty, conflict, and illegal logging. Responding to this problem, the government rolled out a social forestry program to improve people's lives. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation to study in depth how the community development stages are implemented in the social forestry program in Burno Village. The results showed that there were community development efforts from CDK Lumajang to LMDH Wono Lestari and Pesanggem, especially in capacity building activities. This is intended so that Pesanggem who gets management rights to the forest can utilize the potential of forest resources in a planned and organized manner to create an increase in community welfare. The realization of the social forestry Burno Village doesn't only focus on managing the forest area (on-farm), but is also directed to developing business potential outside the forest area (off-farm).

Abstract

National Health Insurance (JKN) is one of the policies to support the implementation of social development programs in Indonesia. This is in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, where the state provided social protection to achieve social justice. One of the determining factors for the success of the JKN program participation aspect. The SJSN Law of 2004 binds citizens to participate in this program without exception. JKN was first implemented in 2014 with coverage target is 95% of population until 2019. But in its development, up to 2020 the coverage of membership is 82.7%. This study aims to determine the dynamics in JKN program policy planning from the aspect of participation. This research used a qualitative method to analyse the dynamics of policy planning from stakeholders related to JKN in the Bappenas. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews with relevant officials in Bappenas and do some documentation studies. Documentation study data sourced from various planning documents from 2014 to 2019. The results showed that there were very optimistic targets related to participation, this target directly affected the quality of the JKN program, one of which was the current deficit condition. It is necessary to re-calculate the Universal Health Coverage target in Indonesia. Some obstacles that occur include differences in understanding of the program, institutional and funding problems, inconsistencies of participants and data.
