Abstract

Wanita tentunya menginginkan kulit wajah yang sehat dan cantik jika dipandang, kulit merupakan aset terpenting sehingga perlu perawatan khusus. Salah satu perawatannya bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan MS Glow Skin Care. Namun kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi dari rangkaian produk MS Glow Skin Care membuat pembeli harus lebih teliti dalam memilih rangkaian Skin Care yang tepat untuk permasalahan kulit wajah, namun membutuhkan pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menggunakan MS Glow Skin Care. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan rekomendasi dalam memilih Skin Care yang tepat untuk kulit wajah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and development/R&D). Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui pemilik dan observasi kepada pelanggan ms glow. Pada penelitian ini berhasil dikembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Skin Care ms glow sesuai jenis kulit wajah. Dengan menggunakan metode Decision Tree, penulis berhasil menerapkan sistem untuk memberikan rekomendasi terbaik dari beberapa alternatif pilihan produk Skin Care yang ada dengan hasil perhitungan uji kelayakan sebesar 84,7%. Metode Decision Tree ini mampu membantu pengguna untuk mengambil keputusan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

PKH merupakan program pengentasan kemiskinan yang melibatkan beberapa sektor yang memerlukan kontribusi dan komitmen instansi/instansi terkait antara lain: Kementerian Kesehatan, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Kementerian Agama, BPS, dan PT Pos Indonesia serta keuangan perbankan. lembaga dalam menyalurkan bantuan kepada peserta. PKH. Pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) sampai saat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam upaya memutus mata rantai kemiskinan bagi RTSM dimana kepesertaan PKH tidak hanya dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat penerima PKH, tetapi juga perubahan gaya hidup dan perilaku terkait terhadap peningkatan pendidikan dan kesehatan. dapat memberikan dampak yang luas bagi masyarakat di wilayah pelaksanaan program PKH. Untuk itu, orang yang wajib dan berhak mengambil pembayaran adalah orang yang namanya tercantum pada Kartu PKH. Calon penerima yang terpilih harus menandatangani perjanjian bahwa selama menerima bantuan, mereka akan: 7-15 tahun dan anak-anak berusia 16-18 tahun tetapi belum menyelesaikan pendidikan dasar wajib belajar 9 tahun; Membawa anak usia 0-6 tahun ke fasilitas kesehatan sesuai prosedur PKH kesehatan anak; dan Bagi ibu hamil wajib memeriksakan kesehatan diri dan janinnya ke fasilitas kesehatan sesuai dengan prosedur kesehatan PKH ibu hamil. Sistem ini mampu menganalisis masyarakat yang layak mendapatkan program keluarga harapan berdasarkan kriteria ibu hamil, anak usia dini, lansia, anak sekolah, hasil uji kelayakan Software Testing Questionnaire Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk Penerima Bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan oleh 13 responden menunjukkan kelayakan aspek Uji Komunikasi sebesar 86%, pada Aspek Uji Graphical User Interface - Aksesibilitas sebesar 87,01%, pada Aspek Uji Graphical User Interface - Responsiveness sebesar 85,25%, Untuk Aspek Uji Graphical User Interface - Efficiency sebesar 87,18 %, dan untuk Aspek Uji Gruaphical User Interface - Comprehensibility sebesar 85%.

Abstract

Saat ini, proses seleksi penerima beasiswa strata 1 (S1) jenius di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Bojonegoro membutuhkan waktu lama untuk menentukan hasil penerima beasiswa. Dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes sebagai pedoman pemilihan penerima beasiswa dengan beberapa kriteria yaitu berdomisili dan berkuliah di kabupaten Bojonegoro, dari keluarga kurang mampu rata-rata IPK mahasiswa 3,0, dan sekolah mahasiswa aktif baik dalam perkuliahan maupun organisasi. . Metode ini akan lebih efektif dalam perhitungan yang akan diinput oleh operator dan diketahui oleh WAKA 1 BAZNAS. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasis online dengan menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai penyimpanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses seleksi dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang dibuat untuk membantu operator dalam penginputan data dan mendapatkan hasil dari seleksi calon penerima beasiswa, setelah itu langsung mendapatkan status lulus atau tidak lulus penerima beasiswa sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. data yang telah diinput dan dari nilai bobot yang diberikan. diperoleh calon penerima beasiswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu dalam menghitung hasil akhir dari penerima beasiswa tersebut. Hasil uji kelayakan perangkat lunak sistem pendukung beasiswa jenius penerima beasiswa strata 1 (S1) di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Bojonegoro sebanyak 21 responden menunjukkan Uji Aspek Komunikasi 98,75 %, pada Untuk Aspek Uji Graphical User Interface - Aksesibilitas sebesar 96,6%, pada Aspek Uji Graphical User Interface - Responsiveness sebesar 97,9%, Aspek Uji Graphical User Interface - Efisiensi sebesar 96,25 %, dan untuk Aspek Uji Gruaphical User Interface – Keterpahaman 97,25%

Abstract

CV. Sadam Art saat ini mengalami kendala dalam memprediksi angka penjualan usahanya yang tidak pasti sejak merebaknya virus corona atau Covid-19 (M.Guntur), sehingga pemilik usaha kesulitan untuk mengetahui jumlah volume penjualan yang akan datang. yang akan menghasilkan pelayanan yang kurang optimal. Untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan sistem peramalan untuk memprediksi volume penjualan furniture pada periode selanjutnya, sehingga diperoleh hasil yang optimal. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing sebagai metode untuk memprediksi lonjakan volume penjualan. Data yang digunakan adalah data jumlah volume penjualan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu pada bulan Maret 2020 – Juni 2021, perhitungan akurasi peramalan menggunakan metode MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) untuk memilih nilai konstanta pemulusan peramalan (alpha) terbaik. Sehingga hasil peramalan volume penjualan furniture bulan juni 2021 untuk kategori Kursi adalah hasil peramalan 57 menggunakan alpha 0.8 dengan MAPE 8.21%, kategori Tabel mendapatkan hasil peramalan 17 menggunakan alpha 0.8 dengan MAPE 19.42% dan kategori Lemari mendapatkan 9 hasil peramalan menggunakan alpha 0.1 dengan MAPE 27.86%.

Abstract

Employees are very important for an agency. It can be said that employees are the driving force of the institution. For this reason, the good and bad performance of employees can affect the progress of the business. Likewise with the Naila store, employee performance is an important thing considering employees will always be in direct contact with customers. However, the process of evaluating employee performance which is carried out manually is deemed ineffective, causing decisions that require employee performance appraisal as a reference to be less precise. Therefore, this study aims to create a decision support system for evaluating employee performance that can be taken into consideration for decision making related to employees. This web-based system will use the multi attribute utility theory method in calculating employee performance. This system will calculate employee performance based on several criteria, namely attendance, quality, quantity, discipline and attitude. These criteria will have a weight according to the importance of the criteria. The value of the employee data on each of the criteria entered will be searched for the utility value by calculating the normalization of the matrix, which is then multiplied by the weights per criterion and ends by adding up all the results. Abstract

Currently the development of information technology is increasingly sophisticated and increasing. All fields ineveryday life can not be separated from technology, especially laptops. Almost all fields use a laptop to get work done. This can cause problems when using a laptop, namely if one of the devices / components suffered damage. When these problems arise, sometimes ordinary users did not understand and had to take it to a technician, where the workmanship and cost was more expensive. Not that’s all, access to the laptop service is quite far which will take time and a fairly long time, only for problems that should be solved on their own. For simplify and speed up the solution, we need and application that can provide solutions that are precise, accurate and efficient. An expert system is a system that harnessing human-to-computer knowledge. One of the methods used in expert system is the certainty factor method, where this method helps overcome the problem of uncertainty, and know the level of user confidence in the problem at hand. Based on the research results, the results of program testing carried out with experts, and this has an accuracy rate of 90% on 10 types of damage tested.

Abstract

Home renovation is a succor given by the government for poor people to relieve their economics burden. Of CV Garuda Metta Consultant have team work there are with Dinas Cipta Karya and Dinas Bina Marga In Tambakrejo, Bojonegoro City, there is succor that coming from the region and the institution itself. The succor can be obtained if the candidates are suitable with the requirements and the criteria, such as land floor, bamboo wall, and unsafe roof condition. In addition, the criteria also specified on family income, land area of the house, and number of families. To select the candidates who get a chance of house renovation. This study will make a decision support system to help the get of home renovation receivers by the government in Sambirejo that using Naïve Bayes method. The purpose of this research is to provide suggestion for the priority of receivers of home renovation and to help the selectors in order that the receivers of home renovation in the Tambakrejo, Bojonegoro City in line with the target. This result of this research is a decision support system for the determination of the home renovation recipients based on defined criteria.

Abstract

Subsidized fertilizer is a form of the government's commitment to increasing agricultural productivity, increasing food production and sustainable food security, now the price of fertilizer in Bojonegoro district is getting more expensive, this encourages researchers to raise it as the title of the thesis. The purpose of the K-Means Clustering method is to increase knowledge and understanding of computer-based systems. The K-Means algorithm is an iterative clustering algorithm that partitions datasets into a number of K Clusters that have been set at the beginning. The K-Means algorithm is simple to implement and execute, relatively fast, adaptable, commonly used in practice. From the problem of clustering subsidized fertilizers in Bojonegoro Regency, it can be solved using the ¬K-Means method. The K-Means algorithm can precisely group large amounts of data. The determination of the central point (centroid) in the initial process of the K-Means algorithm has a significant influence on the cluster yield. Based on the research conducted, the authors tested the best cluster grouping using the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). It was found that the results of 3 clusters were the best with a DBI value of 0.527 while 4 clusters with a DBI value of 0.649 and 5 clusters with a DBI value of 0.677. The smaller the resulting value in the test, the better the result will be. Meanwhile, the Mean Square Error (MSE) produced in fertilizer clustering is 0.588 and RMSE is 0.962.

Abstract

Nowadays, web developers are required to choose between Single-Page Application (SPA) or Server-Side Rendering (SSR). Both types of web applications have their own advantages and disadvantages. Currently, most developers use Javascript to be able to perform computations on the client side even though the web application built is SSR. Scripts in Javascript are compiled by the web browser before the functions in the script can be used by the user. These functions will be executed on the client side so that computation does not need to be done on the server side. Since the use of Javascript is by sending source code to the client to be compiled and executed, WebAssembly (Wasm) allows the server to send those functions in precompiled binary files. The functions contained in the binary can be used by web applications and will be executed on the client side, so the browser doesn't need to compile it first to use existing functions. In this paper, we utilize Wasm to perform data processing on the client side of the SSR web application by performing some queries to preserved data.

Abstract

In this era of a company, inventory is an important factor because a company's inventory will continuously be acquired, changed, and resold Tb. Rejo Mulyo is a company engaged in the business of buying and selling building materials. Which materials and building goods sold consist of various types of goods at different prices. Therefore it is important to plan stock inventory so that there is no stock buildup or delay. Based on the problems above, we need a stock prediction system that is in accordance with demand. Based on these problems, the researchers designed a web-based inventory system using the Naïve Bayes method. The Naïve Bayes method itself is an effective method for predicting inventory based on existing past data. so that it can produce predictive indicators correctly. After processing the prediction accuracy data using the confusion matrix, it produces an accuracy value of 61%, precision of 66% and recall of 50%, which means that the prediction is said to be successful. With this the naïve Bayes method can help us in predicting the determination of the stock of building goods in Tb. Rejo Mulyo
