Abstract

The use of electrical energy is currently less effective because many electronic equipment consumes electricity excessively. Almost all electronic devices use electricity to work. However, the situation that generally occurs is when someone uses electrical energy, it is often found that electrical energy used to turn on electronic devices is wasted due to the negligence of users who forget to turn off the device and still turn on even though it is not used. To achieve the expected goals, this study uses four stages in its development, namely: Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Testing, which can later support perfection in this research. Connectivity Not affected by weather, and very fast responsibility under 1 second at optimal distances. Testing on the Bluetooth module produces data that Bluetooth can run well as long as it is still within optimal range. System Testing produces data that the development of the Prototype with its various tests has been valid and runs according to what has been expected. In order for this prototype to function further, a device is needed to strengthen the Bluetooth signal. Make the application simpler to make it easier to use without unnecessary features, so the application will be lighter and more responsive. Provide alternative switches, so that if at any time the prototype requires maintenance will not hinder user activities.

Abstract

Sistem ini dirancang untuk mendeteksi pelanggaran lalu lintas berupa salip kiri menggunakan kamera dan algoritma YOLOv5. Sistem memanfaatkan ESP32 untuk mengontrol floodlight sebagai peringatan serta mengirim notifikasi otomatis ke Telegram. Pengujian menunjukkan deteksi real-time dapat dilakukan dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi dan respons cepat. Hasil implementasi juga menunjukkan sistem ini efisien, murah, serta mudah diadopsi di wilayah rawan kecelakaan. Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi teknologi dalam mendukung keselamatan jalan.

Abstract

This research discusses the design of a digital-based member management system using the Scrum framework at Sport44 Gym, a fitness center located in Bojonegoro. The problem arises from the manual management of member data, class schedules, financial transactions, and supplement sales, which often leads to inefficiencies and data errors. This study aims to provide an integrated and interactive solution through a system that supports online registration, membership renewal, schedule access, payments, and supplement purchases via mobile and web platforms. Using the Scrum method, development was carried out in several sprints, with continuous User feedback and improvements at each stage. The tools used in system design included UML, Figma for UI/UX design, and Useberry for usability testing. The final result is a functional prototype that enhances User experience and supports better operational efficiency at Sport44 Gym.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly transformed various sectors, including public services at the village level. Medan Mas Village, located in Batu Ampar Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency, still operates its administrative services manually, particularly in document submission and information dissemination. This condition leads to several issues such as delayed communication, long queues at the village office, and high risk of data loss due to conventional file management systems. This research aims to design a web-based public service information system as a solution to the problems faced by the Medan Mas Village Office. The methodology used in this study includes observation, interviews, system requirements analysis, and system design using modeling tools such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and database design. The proposed system includes main features such as village news updates, online letter submission, submission status tracking, and employee data management. The results of the design show that the system can provide convenience for residents to access administrative services without the need to visit the village office physically. Additionally, it helps village officials manage data more effectively, efficiently, and in a well-structured manner. Therefore, the system is expected to be an initial step toward digital transformation of village-level public services that are modern, transparent, and accessible.

Abstract

Discipline in the payment of tuition fees is an important aspect of school financial management, especially in private educational institutions. This research aims to optimize student grouping based on tuition payment discipline by applying the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm integrated with the Entropy method as a feature weighting technique. The data used is historical data of tuition payments of students of SMK Diponegoro with attributes such as gender, number of siblings, profession and salary of parents, and status of aid recipients. After going through the preprocessing and normalization stages, the K-NN algorithm is applied with a value of K = 10 and distance calculation using Euclidean Distance. Test results with confusion matrix show an accuracy of 75.86%, recall 80%, and precision 61.54%. This proves that the K-NN algorithm optimized with the Entropy method is quite effective in classifying students into the “Right” or “Late” category in paying tuition fees.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the property sector is essential due to the limitations of conventional marketing and ordering methods. PT. Singgah Artha Sejahtera still relies on manual systems that hinder service efficiency and reach. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based property marketing and ordering system using the Rapid Prototyping method. The method was chosen for its iterative nature and ability to quickly produce prototypes while involving users throughout the development process. The stages include needs assessment, interface design, initial system implementation, and usability testing. The result is a functional system that supports property data management, filtered property search, online booking, and transaction reporting. Usability testing indicates the system is user-friendly and enhances user experience. This study contributes to the application of Rapid Prototyping in property information system development and may serve as a reference for other property companies seeking business process digitalization.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the essential sectors in Indonesia that contributes to economic growth, fulfills food and industrial needs, and absorbs a large labor force. To support decision-making in the agricultural sector, production forecasting plays an important role. This study aims to implement the Triple Exponential Smoothing method in the agricultural production forecasting system of Bojonegoro Regency and to evaluate the accuracy of the method. The forecasting method used in this study is the Triple Exponential Smoothing with a multiplicative model, which was integrated into a PHP-based system. The results show that the developed system is capable of processing data and producing forecasts that align with manual calculations using Microsoft Excel. However, the accuracy test using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) resulted in a value of 126%, which is categorized as poor. The high MAPE value is caused by unstable data fluctuations and irregular seasonal patterns, especially in March, April, and June, which consistently show significant production spikes each year. Therefore, the Triple Exponential Smoothing method is considered less effective in modeling agricultural production data with unstable seasonal patterns

Abstract

Tujuan dari kipas pemadam api berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitaspenanganan kebakaran kecil di rumah dan tempat bisnis. Sistem ini memiliki sensor asap dan suhu yang dapat mendeteksikebakaran secara real-time dan kemudian mengaktifkan kipas pemadam api otomatis untuk meredam api pada tahap awal.Aplikasi mobile memungkinkan pengguna memantau dan mengontrol sistem dari jarak jauh, memungkinkan pemantauan danrespons cepat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat merespons kebakaran dalam hitungan detik dan berhasilmencegah penyebaran api dan memberikan notifikasi instan kepada pengguna, meningkatkan keamanan dan mengurangi risikokerugian.

Abstract

Sebuah prototype smartroom berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) telah dikembangkan untuk kamar kos dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan penghuni. Prototype ini menggunakan mikrokontroller Arduino Uno dan memungkinkan pengendalian dan jarak jauh perangkat elektronik melalui aplikasi smartphone. Sistem kontrol untuk lampu dan kipas angin dirancang dengan Arduino, ESP8266, modul relay, kabel jumper, kabel listrik, dan Breadboard. Saklar lampu dan kipas dapat dikontrol dari mana saja selama terhubung dengan internet. Fitur utama meliputi pengendalian lampu dan kipas berdasarkan kondisi lingkungan dan perintah pengguna. Implementasi ini sistem ke jaringan internet untuk memungkinkan kontrol jarak jauh. Pengujian menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan berdasarkan uji fungsi. Selain itu dalam pengujian jarak yang dilakukan mulai dari 5 hingga 50 meter, prototype tetap bisa dikendalikan dengan baik. Proyek ini menyoroti potensi besar penerapan teknologi IoT dalam menciptakan lingkungan tempat tinggal yang lebih pintar dan efisien, serta memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam skala yang lebih besar dan kompleks

Abstract

Salon and spa services are increasingly in demand, especially among women, as awareness of hygiene, appearance, and the need for relaxation grows. However, many businesses in this sector have yet to adopt digital systems, particularly for reservations and service management. One such example is Salon & Spa Beauty Devi, located in Pontianak, which still relies on manual records and bookings. This results in various operational issues, such as scheduling conflicts, data loss, and slow service processes. Previous studies have shown that mobile-based reservation systems can improve service efficiency and enhance customer experience. Therefore, this study aims to design an online reservation information system based on a mobile application for Salon & Spa Beauty Devi. The implementation of this system is expected to improve service management, streamline operations, and address the challenges of digitalization in the modern era
