Abstract

Diesel subsidies are very important for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the West Aceh Region. This area is a center of agriculture and industry which is experiencing difficulties where everything depends on income in terms of agriculture and fisheries. These two processes are currently very much underpinning production machines driven by diesel-powered e-engines. The purpose of this research is to see how far the perception of the recipient of the subsidy is in receiving the subsidy itself. The 63 samples for this study were taken from the database of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) receiving diesel subsidies owned by the West Aceh District Industry and Trade Agency. From the results of the dissemination it is known that the subsidies given are still considered insufficient and need to be increased and the subsidy recipients state the amount of their income as the basis of the benefits they received.

Abstract

Tempe-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the potentials in Purwodadi Village. The purpose of this study is to see the role of the village apparatus in the development, empowerment and development of MSMEs in Purwodadi village. The results of observations and interviews show that the problems generally lie in capital, facilities, rising raw material prices, the absence of SIUP and SITU, the absence of tempe-based innovative product development, and the low knowledge and ability of MSME actors regarding marketing strategies. The method applied is using the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) approach through the PALS (Participatory action learning System) method, Preliminary Survey, counseling or lectures. So that the implementation of the program was carried out well, such as socialization activities, FGD, Bimtek, SIUP and SITU management assistance, Phase I and Phase II Empowerment. In this case Purposive Sampling is the method used to determine the source. The conclusion of this study is that tempe-based business actors have obtained a form of legality of their business, naming a business label (Brand), able to process tempe innovation products such as: tempe nuggets, tempe meatballs, tempe broth and tempe chips. On the other hand, MSME groups have also been formed. creative under the supervision of BumDes.

Abstract

Companies that go public on average will definitely have financial reports, because to find out whether the company provides financial statement data tools that describe the company's performance in each period as a tool for making decisions and being accountable to related parties.  This report is made with the aim of making it easier for report users to see the total behind the consolidated figures to the individual components that make up the entity. One of the financial statements is a segment financial report. The segment financial report is a report that provides information data that is important enough to determine the company's performance in the form of profit contributions that grow in various geographic industrial areas. This research was taken from a sample of PT.Bayan Resources Tbk from the period 2018-2022 in accordance with PSAK number 5. PT.Bayan Resources Tbk has 2 segments, namely coal and non-coal segments. Data was collected through literal research techniques. Data analysis is done quantitatively.  The technique used is the Purposive Technique which is tested there is a revenue test, asset test and profit and loss test. The results of this study indicate that the segments at PT Bayan Resources Tbk in the profit and loss and asset tests have not met the 10% test in segment reporting.

Abstract

As the heirs of civilization, Generation Z exhibits interest in visiting historical tourist destinations, demonstrating that they still harbor a sense of nationalism that never forgets the history of heroes. As Bung Karno once said, "A great nation is a nation that can appreciate the services of its heroes." The interest of generation Z in visiting the historical tourism site of Teuku Umar's mausoleum in the West Aceh area is measured using the theory of planned behavior (TPB). In this study, which employs a quantitative methodology, a sample of 96 respondents provided the primary data. The findings of this study show that generation Z's attitude, subjective norm and  perceived behavioral control have direct positive effect on  generation Z's  behaviour intention to visit  Teuku Umar’s grave in the West Aceh district.

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain how Social Media Marketing (SMM) effects consumers decisions to buy Yamaha brand motorbikes at PT. Alfa Scorpii Meulaboh, West Aceh. The participants in this study are consumers of PT. Alfa Scorpii Meulaboh, West Aceh from August to October 2023. To find the sample size using random sampling techniques and selecting samples calculated with the Slovin formula. This study uses employs a quantitative methodology, collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. In this case, researchers used simple linear regression analysis to find out the results, namely 60.37% of variable Y was explained by variable Alfa Scorpii Meulaboh, West Aceh.

Abstract

Abstract Every transaction carried out in Aceh must be in accordance with sharia financial principles as stated in Aceh Qanun No. 11 of 2018, therefore it is very important for the people of Aceh, especially West Aceh to understand sharia financial literacy and it is very important to know the level of shari'ah financial literacy for millennials and gen-z because these generations are the future generations of the nation. The data collection method used a questionnaire (Hard Copy & Google Form). After that, using the Mann Whitney Test to determine the level of comparison of millennial and gen-z Islamic financial literacy significantly in West Aceh District. The object of this research was carried out in Aceh District. West. The result is that there is a significant difference between the financial literacy of the millennial generation and generation z in West Aceh Regency (the Asymp value. Significant in this study is 0.001 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Hadi is accepted). Keywords: Sharia Financial Literacy, Comparative Analysis

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explain the factors” that influence the interest of the younger generation to work in plantation companies. The population of this study is the entire young generation ranging from the age of 16-35 years. The sample in this study amounted to 172 respondents consisting of the younger generation with an age range of 16-35 years. The research shows that partially the independent variable, namely attitude (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Variable Intention (Y) of the younger generation to work in plantation companies which is seen from the t- count value of 2.220 and a significant value of 0.028. Then continued with the subjective norm variable (X2) which has a positive and significant effect on the intention variable (Y) of the younger generation to work in plantation companies, which is seen from the t-count value of 2.068 and a significant value of 0.040. Behavioral control variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the intention variable (Y) of the younger generation to work in plantation companies, which can be seen from the "t-count value" of 6.103 and a significant value of 0.000. The feasibility analysis of the model shows the value of adjusted R2 is 0.563 which is means that the independent variable is Attitude (X1) Subjective norm (X2) and behavioral control (X3) in this study is able to explain that the influence partially or simultaneously on the dependent variable, namely Intention (Y) The younger generation working in plantation companies is 56.3% and the rest 43.7% is influenced by factors outside these variables that are not examined. Abstract

Anggaran dikenal sebagai instrumen yang sangat penting, dalam mengelola sumber daya secara detail dan mengkoordinasikan berbagai departemen dalam suatu organisasi. Fungsinya untuk merencanakan dan mengendalikan pengeluaran biaya agar tidak terjadi perbedaan yang disebut varians. Varian ini terbagi menjadi dua (varian menguntungkan) dan (varian tidak menguntungkan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah perencanaan anggaran kegiatan tahunan pada organisasi XYZ sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik atau belum. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis dokumen dan wawancara pada organisasi XYZ bersama dengan 6 (enam) orang informan yang mengetahui dan berpengalaman mengenai cara pengelolaan anggaran. Pada Organisasi Dengan varians yang tidak menguntungkan maka dapat dikatakan bahwa perencanaan anggaran pada organisasi XYZ belum efisien. Kesimpulannya, diperlukan perbaikan di setiap bagian untuk mencegah terjadinya variansi yang tidak menguntungkan di kemudian hari. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian biaya melalui anggaran perencanaan yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of the sub-district office employee of Bubon District, this research was conducted in May-July 2021. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. . The results of this study the author can describe the influence of organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the sub- district office of Bubon. Informant retrieval in this study was carried out in two ways, namely Main Informants and Supporting Informants. The Main Informants (IU) are the Head of the Bubon Subdistrict and the Supporting Informants consisting of IP1 Secretary of the Camat, IP2 Head of Administration, IP3 Social Welfare Staff, and IP4 Freelance Daily Workers (THL). The results of this study indicate that from several indicators of organizational culture in the sub-district office of Bubon it is known that organizational culture can affect employee performance, seen from habits, regulations and values. (1) The habits of employees at the Bubon sub-district office are still not good where they have not been disciplined about their respective responsibilities and duties, (2) the regulations at the Bubon sub-district sub-district office have not been fully implemented optimally, (3) the values at the office The sub- district head of the Bubon sub-district is considered very important because it is closely related to the quality and quantity of performance. Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of human resources, but not all human resources are competent. People who are of working age are referred to as workers. Labor is every person who has the ability to do work that produces goods and services that are beneficial to society as a whole and to themselves. According to this understanding, the results of labor are not only enjoyed by workers, but also enjoyed by society as a whole. This shows how important labor is in people's lives and that many people enjoy its results. The absence of a competent workforce is one of the reasons why there is so much unemployment. One of the factors causing the increase in unemployment in Indonesia is a culture of laziness. This research aims to determine how foreign workers influence employment opportunities for local workers in Indonesia. This study uses a simple linear regression statistical model to test its hypothesis. The variables employment opportunities (y) and foreign workers (x) are used. Secondary data from time series was used in this study. H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.  Therefore, it can be concluded that the variable foreign workers has an insignificant and negative effect on job opportunities for local workers in Indonesia. The suggestions that can be given are: For the government, researchers suggest opening more job opportunities for the community, especially local communities, and reducing providing employment opportunities to workers outside the region
