Abstract

Abstract This paper discusses the relationship between SPIP policies in 4 district, that are Aceh Besar District, Aceh Tamiang District, Pidie District, and Pidie Jaya District with the findings in BPK Inspection Report (LHP). This study was conducted by summarizing the findings in the second book of the BPK Inspection Report (LHP) for each district and reviewing the causes for these findings, then analyzing their relationship with SPIP policies. Local governments have the authority to regulate and make their own policies in carrying out their authority. Each Regent has made a Regent Regulation regarding SPIP. With the SPIP policy, government activities are expected to run well. All government activities are reported in the Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD) which is then audited by BPK. The effectiveness of SPI is one of the criteria used by BPK in examining the fairness of financial information. The result of these inspections are reported in the BPK Inspection Report (LHP). However, the result of BPK Inspection report (LHP) of internal control system in the form of findings can be understood that the SPIP policy has not been implemented optimally by the government so that many government budget targets have not been achieved.therefore, BPK recommends matters related to rhese findings as a settlement as stated in the Inspection Report (LHP). Abstract

The E-Kinerja system is the impact of progress that has occurred, to accelerate the development of more advanced communications and technology in the current era. This research aims to identify, analyze and evaluate new technology in increasing ASN/PNS work productivity through the use of E-Kinerja. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. This research attempts to present descriptive data on sources or informants, field observations and document research related to the research subject. The implementation of electronic performance in the Simeulue Regency Bappeda has been maximized as an effort to increase ASN/PNS work productivity. This is characterized by new policies being implemented which have a positive impact on increasing employee productivity. The implementation of E-Kinerja at BAPPEDA Simeulue Regency is running smoothly, recording work activity plans is better and reporting is on time. However, there are also employees who often face problems with the system, frequent server errors/downs. Therefore, it is recommended to ensure socialization in the use of E-Kinerja in stages, increasing the bandwidth capacity of the E-Kinerja server so that server errors/server down problems do not occur again.

Abstract

AbstrakThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions of Moris Bakery and Cake in Langsa City. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique with a sample size of 97 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study show Y= -0.104 + 0.615X1 – 0.240X2 – 0.050X3 + 0, 247X4 + 0.430X5. The results of the t test stated that the tangible, assurance and empathy variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the reliability and responsiveness variables had no significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Moris Bakery and Cake in Langsa City. The results of the F test indicate that the variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Moris Bakery and Cake in Langsa City. The results of the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2) obtained a value of 0.749 or 74.9% tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables can explain the purchasing decision variables.Keywords: Service Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research aims to analyze product marketing strategies with low and high levels of involvement in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Meulaboh City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a deep interview approach. The main focus of this research is to understand how in Meulaboh develop and implement marketing strategies based on six main indicators: (1) low emotional involvement, (2) level of brand awareness, (3) purchasing involvement, (4) high emotional involvement, ( 5) brand and image influence, and (6) financial involvement. The research results show that with low involvement products tend to focus more on efforts to increase brand awareness and provide information that is easily accessible to consumers. The strategies used include promotions via sosial media and giving discounts. In contrast, with high involvement products place more emphasis on developing a strong brand image and increasing consumer emotional involvement through a personalized purchasing experience and adequate after-sales service. In terms of purchasing and financial involvement, high involvement products require a more complex strategy and greater investment in marketing compared to low involvement products. This research provides insight for in Meulaboh to design effective marketing strategies according to the characteristics of their products, both low and high involvement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan dan locus of control terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau.  Saat ini  mahasiswa sudah mempelajari bagaimana pengetahuan keuangan dan locus of control yang sudah dipelajari dan pada penilitian ini apakah variable mempengaruhi perilaku keuangan mahasiswa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah random sampling. Uji coba instrumen dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dan menggunaka IBM SPSS Statistic 20, sebelum menguji hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji instrumen, kemudai melaksanakan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas Dari hasil yang telah dilakukan pada pengetahuan keuangan dan locus of control terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa  menjunjukkan hasil signifikan positif.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of Bank Indonesia's interest rate and inflation on Return On Assets (ROA) at Islamic Banks in Indonesia from 2019 to 2023. Although Islamic Banks do not use an interest-based system, interest rates and inflation can still influence their performance, particularly in terms of financing and fund distribution. The research method employed is descriptive quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both interest rates and inflation, either individually or together, have a significant positive impact on the ROA of Islamic Banks.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences in perceptions of accounting students based on gender and the cumulative predicate index on technology knowledge for accountants. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire sent to 100 male and female students from a population of 737 students in the 2018 2019 and 2020 accounting study programs. The data used is raw data (primary) obtained through a survey by distributing questionnaires. . The data analysis technique used in this research is normality test, independent sample and One Way Anova. Results of this study indicate that there is no difference in the perception of students in the accounting study program based on gender and the cumulative predicate index on information and communication technology knowledge that accountants must master.Keywords: Gender, Cumulative Predicate Index, Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology

Abstract

Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap brand image dari BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Meulaboh dan bagaimana pandapat masyarakat tentang nama PT Jamsostek yang berganti nama menjadi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Adapun metode yang dipakai ialah kualitatif. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif karena setiap pendapat dari orang-orang pasti berbeda-beda. Teknik utama dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap Brand Image dari kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yang belum diketahui oleh banyak masyarakat yang ada di kompleks perumahan Crs desa Leuhan, masyarakat di kompleks perumahan Crs lebih mengenal PT Jamsostek (Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja). Sedangkan masyarakat yang sudah menjadi peserta dari BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sudah mengenal BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sejak berubah nama pada tanggal 1 Januari 2014, yaitu dari PT Jamsostek (Persero) berubah menjadi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.Kata kunci: Brand Image, Masyarakat, Pengetahuan,BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Abstract

Kendala dalam penagihan piutang pajak di KPP Pratama tepak tuan saat ini sudah lumayan baik namun masih ada beberapa kendala yang sering timbul dalam penagihan piutang pajak, kendala yang sering saat penagihan piutang pajak itu ketika menyampaikan surat paksa ke alamat wajib pajak tidak lengkap, kemudian wajib pajak juga tidak memahami dengan seutuhnya tentang kewajiban perpajakan dan sanksi yang diterima akibat kewajiban perjakan yang tidak terlaksana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan mengetahui apa saja kendala dalam proses penagihan piutang pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana peneliti berperan sebagai kunci atau instrumen penting dalam mencari informasi yang kemudian mendapatkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata atau tulisan dari pelaku atau orang yang amati. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan ialah seperti wawancara secara mendalam dan mengambil informasi dari studi pustaka, studi pustaka ialah mengambil dari referenssi yang mendukung penelitian ini berasal dari buku, whatshapp atau artikel yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan penelitian. Masyarakat Kabupaten Aceh Selatan (Tapak Tuan) harus memahami dan mematuhi peraturan wajib pajak agar tidak terjadi piutang pajak dan dikenakan sanksi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Accountability of Business Travel money in SETDAKAB Nagan Raya and whether it has been prepared by Minister of Finance Regulation No. 07/PMK.05/2008 concerning the Second Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 45/PMK. 05/2007, which contains official domestic travel for state officials, civil servants, and non-permanent employees. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method by observing work practices at research locations to obtain primary and secondary data. The data was recorded and collected using interview techniques with Expenditure Treasurers, Assistant Treasurers, and SPPD operators to see the mechanism of the administration process for official travel money accountability. The results of this study also show that the budget for travel in the Nagan Raya region from 2018 to 2020 has experienced an increase in funding, and in 2021 there was a decrease in the budget due to budget cuts. The budget has been allocated to help residents affected by the pandemic. It has been effective and efficient in carrying out the payment of official travel money at SETDAKAB Nagan Raya.
