Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine: 1). Utilitarian Value an affects on customer satisfaction, 2). Hedonic Value has an effect on customer satisfaction. 3) To find out whether Utilitarian Value and hedonic value affect on customer satisfaction. 4) To measure how much influence the Utilitarian Value and hedonic value have on customer satisfaction. This research is quantitative descriptive. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The population in this study were the customers of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) in Batam. The sampling method using the Slovin formula, then taken as many as 423 respondents. The results of this study were obtained: the results of the t test variable Utilitarian Value (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y) obtained t value of 5.905 which is greater than the t table (5.905 > 1.9719) with a significance of less than 0.05 ( 0.000 <0.05). In the hedonic variable value (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y), the value of t arithmetic 136,479 which is greater than t table (136,479 > 1.9719) with a significance of less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The Multiple linear regression equation Y = (-1.351) + 0.413 (X1) + 0.674 (X2) + e. The conclusion of this study is it is known that the Utilitarian Value and Hedonic Value variabels that influence customer satisfaction of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) in Batam.

Abstract

The LPD Desa Temesi is one of the village credit institutions that aims to provide decent financial services for village manners (customers), encourage the development of UMKM in Pakraman village manners, and create technology-based and targeted innovations. To realize this goal, the LPD Desa Temesi must be able to adapt information technology to the times. This study aims to find out how governance on a desktop-based system has been implemented by LPD Desa Temesi and to know the maturity level of IT governance so that it can provide recommendations in improving IT governance. This research method was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. Data was collected by means of interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data obtained will be analyzed by ISO/IEC 15504 from IT governance, so that the level of capability of IT governance can be known. Based on the results of the analysis, the average capability level in the domains EDM04, APO01, APO06, APO07, APO12, BAI09, DSS03, MEA01 is established and the level of maturity expected by LPD Desa Temesi is at level 4 (predictable) so that the results can be used as a reference in improvement of IT governance processes in the LPD Desa Temesi

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the tax burden and tax planning on earnings management in the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2015. The sample selection method used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 32 companies. The data processing in this study uses panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 8 program. The results of this study show that deferred tax expense and tax planning have a positive effect on earnings management.

Abstract

In accordance with Government Regulation Number 82 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, in carrying out the duties and functions of the Batam City Transportation Service, it is necessary to receive support and attention from the community in order to evaluate performance through the services provided by the Transportation Service as expected by all parties. The research method uses the stages: planning, analysis, design, and implementation. Currently, Laravel is the most widely used framework. This PHP framework is becoming a trend for web programmers today. It is hoped that the various features in Laravel can make it easier to make this application. Features such as: Composer, Routing which will determine what response must be done to reply to requests, Artisan which facilitates database migration, manages application namespaces, interacts through applications through Tinker. Migration has the advantage of simply creating a class, this class is usually used to create databases for various RDBMS and all changes that we make to the database are recorded in a separate database table.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the end of covid-19 in Indonesia, by applying several methods from the prediction Support Vector Machine, Neural Network and Deep Learning concepts. Research conducted at the time the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia was still increasing, this was seen based on the data on the spread that occurred very quickly, it was noted that in October 2020 there were daily cases and the community had carried out a lot of tests. So that in February 2020 there was a decrease in those exposed to Covid-19, but in July 2021 the daily cases continued to increase, there were 100,000 people exposed and the daily cases were also very high, at 60,000 people exposed to COVID-19. Based on this data, it is difficult to predict when the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia will end, so this study aims to predict the increase in Covid-19 in Indonesia using three machine learning algorithms. The results show that the neural network can make predictions with an accuracy rate of 81.70%, precision of 88.70%, recall of 83.96%, while deep learning positional accuracy reaches 80%, and SVM level of 78.95%, precision of 88.39%, recall 78.87 %. so it can be concluded that covid-19 is still there and has not ended, while in 2022, it has decreased slightly, because people are starting to understand and follow the applicable Health protocols and the impact of Covid-19 in this study is that there will be an economic recession, health crisis and decrease in people's purchasing power

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of compensation, discipline, and motivation on the performance of cargo company employees in Batam City. This study uses a questionnaire distributed to employees of cargo companies in Batam City with a questionnaire of 120 respondents. This research uses individual level analysis. The object of research is the employee of the Batam City cargo company. This study uses multiple linear regression test which includes validity, reliability, normality, and r-square tests. The results showed that the results of the validity test showed that all indicators showed validity results that could lead to the next stage, and also the reliability results that all data collected were reliable. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.850, meaning that this variable can be explained by the competence, discipline and motivation variables of 85%, while 15% is influenced by other factors outside of the measured variables

Abstract

Activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that have a dominant existence in supporting the welfare of the community. Related to the importance of special attention to MSMEs in supporting the economy, the government issued PP No. 46 of 2013 for businesses with income below Rp 4.8 billion. With the enactment of this rule, it is hoped that it can help the community in paying their business taxes, namely 1% final tax of the turnover they get. From the analysis conducted by the researcher, in general, these two regulations have many similarities. However, what is significantly different is the latest rate that came into effect on July 1 2018 that the rate of corporate income tax with gross income has a rate of 0.5% which was originally 1% which has been in effect since 2013. So the government revised the tax rate rules for MSMEs from PP No. .46 of 2013 became Government No. 23 of 2018 with the latest tariff of 0.5%. Both of these rules are final, meaning they are calculated based on the gross amount directly. And the payment can be made via Electronic Deposit Letter. And if you have made a payment, it is considered to have been reported and there is no need to report it to the tax office or via other applications. With a rate of 0.5%, it is expected that taxpayers will always be obedient in reporting their taxes, including PT Bisnis Teknologi Manajemen as a taxpayer.

Abstract

The economy is said to experience growth if the level of economic activity achieved is now higher than that achieved in the previous period. Growth is achieved if the physical quantity of goods and services produced in the economy increases from the previous years. The purpose of this study is to examine and further examine the effect of Investment and Regional Original Income (PAD) on economic growth. The population of this study is Investment and Regional Original Revenue (PAD) found in BP Batam in 2016-2021. The sample selection technique in this study used Purposive sampling with certain criteria within 6 years. The data in this study are secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained through BP Batam and BP Batam's official website. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that partially Investment and Regional Original Income (PAD) does not affect economic growth. The results of the F test show that the Regional Original Investment and Accountability variables have no effect on economic growth.

Abstract

Style of leadership is the norm of behavior used by a person when the person is trying to influence the behavior of others as he sees. The term competence lies in part in every human being and forever exist in a person's personality can predict the behavior and performance broadly in all situations and work tasks or jobs task. Meanwhile, pengerak Increased productivity is a motor of economic progress and benefit the company or organization. Productivity is also important to increase wages and individual acceptance. A country that is unable to increase its productivity will decline in the standard of life. Methods: Total population in this study is 564 people and the amount of sample in this study is 234 people, with the Data Collection Techniques questionnaire, sampling technique stratified Sampling.Analisis research using the technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis that has a purpose to determine the magnitude of the regression coefficients which will show the level of influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. T test results showed that leadership style variable (X1) significantly affects the Work Productivity (Y) and Employee Competency variables (X2) significantly affects the Work Productivity (Y). F-test results showed that the Leadership Style (X1) and Employee Competence (X2) effect simultaneously on Work Productivity (Y) at PT Pos Indonesia in Batam.

This is more or less a factor of cultural change in everyday life. In this information age era, electronic media has become an intermediary tool for doing business and communication. Starting from small to large entrepreneurs, many take advantage of the advancement of internet technology as a means of competing for their business. Many new business applications are present due to the internet. The world of electronic commerce (E-Commerce) has a wider scope than ordinary buying and selling transactions. When managing their business, companies usually use the internet as a tool to find information and promote the company. In addition, it can be used as a means of information and promotion, the internet can also be used as a process of buying and selling products, services and information online. The development of electronic commerce has also brought many changes in terms of business activities that have been carried out in the real world. This change is marked by the existence of several business activities that previously could only be carried out in the real world. Judging from the characteristics of the problem, this research includes causal-comparative research because this research has a causal relationship between two or more variables consisting of Customer Perceived Value, Service quality, Trust, and Customer satisfaction which in this case plays a role. as independent and customer loyalty as the dependent variable
