Abstract

Natural resources are an asset for life that is very valuable and must be managed properly in order to membeikan good life. This study is based on frequent occurrence of dead water and consumer complaints that are less responded by managers. This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on user satisfaction of clean water users from the community of Batam Community Health Center. The object of this research is water users. The purpose of research to determine whether there is partial and simultaneous influence between independent variables tehadap dependent variable. Sampling technique using non-probability sampling method, the number of research samples as much as 111 respondents. Technical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research on the results of t test, t arithmetic for price and service quality is greater than t table, it can be concluded there are some positive influence and significant price on customer satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect of service quality customer satisfaction. F test results are larger F table. Then it can be concluded that the variables price and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find answers about the level of Entertainment Tax Retribution collection in Batam City and its contribution to local tax revenue. This research uses a descriptive analysis method, focusing on Batam City. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, that is, the technique of determining the sample using certain considerations or using financial statements for the years 2017-2021. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis methods show that the Entertainment Tax Retribution collection and payment performance of Batam City Dispenda has a significant impact on Locally-generated revenue. Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate how the earnings of PT Infineon Technologies Batam were impacted by stock turnover and cash flow between 2018 and 2022. The R Square test findings indicate that 20.8% of the net profit margin can be attributed to the stock turnover and cash flow variables, while the remaining 29.2% is explained by other unexamined factors. The t-test results reveal that the number of inventories has a significant negative effect on the net profit margin, as evidenced by a value of less than -2.299 and a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05. Similarly, the cash flow variable had a significant negative effect on the net profit margin, as evidenced by a t-test value of 3.159 and a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk: (1) Menghasilkan kerajinan rotan dengan kualitas kreatif yang luar biasa; dan (2) emiliki keterampilan menjalankan usaha dan menstandarkan barang. Fokus kegiatan ini adalah pada kelompok-kelompok pengrajin yang telah terbentuk sebelumnya, khususnya kelompok-kelompok pengrajin Pengrajin Anyaman Rotan yang belum memiliki kemampuan untuk mengolah kerajinan rotan. Ceramah, percakapan, pembinaan, pendampingan, dan penilaian adalah teknik yang digunakan. Dengan melakukan kegiatan ini, peserta mendapatkan lebih banyak keahlian dalam manajemen perusahaan, standardisasi produk, dan pengolahan rotan menjadi berbagai kerajinan dalam upaya diversifikasi barang unggulan.

Abstract

Lebah Gougle adalah sebuah industry rumahan yang menyediakan layanan dalam berbagai bidang seperti mencetak, memotret, membuat video, mencetak sablon, mengurus dokumen, dan lain-lain. Saat ini, fokus utama mereka adalah di bidang percetakan, khususnya dalam memproduksi kaos, baju, topi, stiker, poster, mug, piring, dan barang-barang promosi lainnya.Terdapat permasalahan: kurangnya pengetahuan tentang tempat pembelian domain dan hosting, bagaimana membuat website yang disimpan di hosting, bagaimana mengisi konten dari website tersebut serta mengenai pemeliharan dari website. Solusi yang pengabdi tawarkan: mencoba memberi langkah dalam pemilihan nama domain, pelatihan dalam penyewaan hosting yang cocok kebutuhan, pemilihan CMS (Content Manajemen System) yang cocok dengan usaha ini, pemasangan CMS pada hosting yang sudah dipesan, pelatihan untuk merubah tampilan dari website. Tentang konten website dengan memperhatikan dengan tata bahasa formal dan baik dan yang sesuai dengan ejaan yang di sempurnakan. Pelatihan bagaimana cara mengelakukan backup data web dari sebuah hosting. Hasil dari pengabdian ini, pemilik usaha sablon ini memiliki kemampuan dalam pemilihan nama domain dan hosting. Pemilik usaha mampu dalam manajemen data dan dalam personalisasi website. Pelaku usaha mempunyai kemampuan dalam peletakan gambar dan teks, desain dam layout. Objek pembinaan dapat melakukan pemelihaaan website.

Abstract

Adanya ancaman-ancaman pengeluaran berlebihan akibat tidak seimbangnya arus kas masuk dan keluar yang diakibatkan manajemen keuangan yang tidak direncanakan dengan baik menjadi alasan mengapa literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan dan locus of control merupakan variabel yang penting dan diduga mempengaruhi perilaku manajemen keuangan seseorang khususnya mahasiswa dimana terdapat masa peralihan pengendali keuangan dari dipegang oleh orang tua kini dikendalikan oleh diri sendiri yang tentunya perlu dikendalikan dengan tanggung jawab. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh antar variabel literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan dan locus of control terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan dimana ruang lingkup penelitian ini mengukur literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan dan locus of control mahasiswa dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan simple random sampling rumus slovin dengan margin of error sebesar 10% sehingga diperoleh sampling sebanyak 99. Hasil penelitian setelah serangkaian pengujian yakni: berdasarkan (uji-t) dari literasi keuangan diperoleh nilai signifikasi 0,751 > 0,05 artinya variabel X1 tidak berpengaruh terhadap Variabel Y. Berdasarkan (uji-t) dari sikap keuangan diperoleh nilai signifikasi 0,041 < 0,05 artinya variabel X2 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Y. Berdasarkan (uji-t) dari locus of control diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,004 < 0,05 artinya varibel X3 berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi terhadap variabel Y. Literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan berkemungkinan karena seseorang yang berliterasi keuangan tidak serta merta artinya ia mampu memanajemen keuangannya dengan baik. Sikap keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan karena keyakinan seseorang terhadap hasil perilaku melalui sikap yang diaplikasikan pada perilakunya mendorongnya bersikap demikian, dan locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan karena seseorang yang mempunyai locus of control internal percaya bahwa hidupnya dibawah kendalinya sendiri sehingga apabila ia menginginkan sesuatu hal seperti kesejahteraan keuangan maka akan mengendalikan dirinya dalam membelanjakan keuangannya

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine 1. Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance in PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) partially; 2. Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance partially; and (3) Effect of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance Work simultaneously. Methods: Total population in this study was 138 employees and the amount of sample in this study was 138 employees, Data Collection Techniques by questionnaire, sampling technique research using sampling techniques saturated. Analysis method is Quantitative Analysis, Quantitative Analysis with Multiple Linear Regression, determination (R Square), to determine the factors that influence employee performance with the coefficient of determination in Partial (r2) and simultaneous (R2). To test the hypothesis with the t-Test (Partial) and F-Test (Simultaneously), with a significance level (α = 0.05). The results showed that the influence of the variable Work Discipline Employee Performance is equal to 0.537 (53.70%). Work Motivation variable amount of influence on employee performance is equal to 0.887 (88.70%). The magnitude of the effect of variable Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance Working simultaneously on PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) amounted to 4,065 (40.65%).

Abstract

Style of leadership is the norm of behavior used by a person when the person is trying to influence the behavior of others as he sees. The term competence lies in part in every human being and forever exist in a person's personality can predict the behavior and performance broadly in all situations and work tasks or jobs task. Meanwhile, pengerak Increased productivity is a motor of economic progress and benefit the company or organization. Productivity is also important to increase wages and individual acceptance. A country that is unable to increase its productivity will decline in the standard of life. Methods: Total population in this study is 564 people and the amount of sample in this study is 234 people, with the Data Collection Techniques questionnaire, sampling technique stratified Sampling.Analisis research using the technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis that has a purpose to determine the magnitude of the regression coefficients which will show the level of influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. T test results showed that leadership style variable (X1) significantly affects the Work Productivity (Y) and Employee Competency variables (X2) significantly affects the Work Productivity (Y). F-test results showed that the Leadership Style (X1) and Employee Competence (X2) effect simultaneously on Work Productivity (Y) at PT Pos Indonesia in Batam.

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out in the form of training and coaching on financial literacy for residents in RT 002 / RW 028 Buana Impian 2 Housing, Tembesi Village, Sagulung District, Batam City. Based on the results of interviews in the field, it was found that many residents still did not know about financial literacy, namely how to manage personal finances, save, invest, and manage debt properly. The methods used in the training and coaching provided are the survey method, the lecture method, the discussion method and the exercise method which are carried out in 5 meetings. The residents were very enthusiastic about participating in the training and coaching conducted by the Batam Putera University Lecturer Team. The sustainability of the results of training and coaching activities is that it is hoped that residents will be able to manage their finances well.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the results of research on accounting knowledge and business experience on business development as well as the use of accounting information as an intervening variable carried out on micro business actors in Batam City. The population is all micro business actors in Batam City who are registered with the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Batam City. While the sample was randomly selected and calculated using the slovin formula as many as 87 respondents. Primary data is used and obtained by sharing the Google form. Data analysis using Outer Model tests (Outer Loading, composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha and AVE) and Inner Model (Multicollinearity, linearity, endogeneity, direct and indirect hypothesis tests, R sqare test) with the help of the SmartPLS4 application. The research results show that direct business experience and accounting knowledge have a significant effect on business development. Accounting knowledge and business experience directly have a significant effect on the use of accounting information. Meanwhile, the direct use of accounting information has no significant effect on business development. Indirectly, the use of accounting information does not become intervening between the independent variables on the dependent variable.
