Abstract

Medical record is a file containing notes and documents regarding patient identity, examination, treatment, actions, and other services to patients at health care facilities. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2008 in Article 1, medical records are files containing notes and documents regarding patient identity, examination, treatment, actions, and other services which have been provided to patients. In the development of the medical record system, the waterfall method is used which is a method which takes a systematic approach from the level of system requirements to the analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance stages. Many methods are used in system development such as the prototyping method, waterfall, and others. In this study, only the waterfall development method is used because each stage will be carried out sequentially from System Design, System Analysis, Coding, System Implementation, and System Maintenance. Based on the results of the study of research progress, analysis, design, and implementation of the design of a mobile web-based barcode medical record system at Bhakti Keluarga Husada Clinic, it can be concluded that the system design was carried out using the PHP programming language, MySQL database processing, and the application of a web mobile-based barcode medical record system at Bhakti Keluarga Husada Clinic.

Abstract

Bonuses is one method that is widely used as a form of tribute to workers whose performance so far can be considered satisfactory by the company. So is the case with STMIK Pringsewu that rewards Her staff as a token of appreciation for its performance over the years. However, the annual bonus is only given to employees who are considered berprestasit. It required a decision support system (DSS) or decesion support system that can take into account all the criteria that support and to help facilitate the decision making process. This decision support system using Simple Additive Wighting (SAW). The issue of decision support is basically a form of election of the various alternative actions that may be selected include discipline or the number of absences in a year, length of employment, crafts, and work in a year that the process through specific mechanisms, in hopes of generating a best decision. Employees who got the votes of 100% working receive an annual bonus that is the departure of the hajj, work evaluation 87.5% earn an annual bonus that is the departure of Umrah, and the assessment work 75% earn an annual bonus that is the departure of the general allowance.

Abstract

This study examines the design of an IoT-based SCOWAS (Smart Coop Warming System) control system for broiler chicken coops using Arduino Mega, DHT 22 sensor, thermocouple, ThingSpeak platform, and Telegram bot. The main goal of this system is to automate the control of temperature and humidity in broiler chicken coops, thereby improving maintenance efficiency and chicken welfare. Arduino Mega serves as the main controller, collecting data from the DHT 22 sensor to measure temperature and humidity, as well as from the thermocouple for more accurate temperature monitoring. The collected data is then sent to the ThingSpeak platform for real-time monitoring and analysis. Additionally, this system is integrated with a Telegram bot that notifies farmers about the environmental conditions of the coop, such as temperature and humidity that do not meet the set thresholds. The implementation of this system allows for more responsive and measured control of coop environmental conditions, minimizing manual interventions that could disrupt productivity. Testing results show that this system is capable of providing accurate and real-time information and control in both measurement and communication with IoT, thus supporting the improvement of broiler chicken maintenance quality and efficiency, and offering an effective and innovative solution in the modern livestock industry.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, educational institutions increasingly rely on information technology to manage data. However, information security is a critical issue because institutional data is an asset that is vulnerable to threats. This research aims to analyse how the OUR Index Method works in evaluating and measuring the level of information security at UPTIK. The methods used in this research include literature study to understand the concept of information security, primary data collection through interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data from policy documents and audit reports. Data analysis was conducted to compare the condition of information security at UPTIK with the standards set by OUR Index, which is based on SNI ISO/IEC 27001. The expected result of this research is a deeper understanding of the maturity level of information security at UPTIK, as well as the identification of weaknesses and potential risks. With this evaluation, it is expected that institutions can improve their information security posture, prepare for threats, and ensure that the security system implemented is in accordance with applicable standards. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the management of information security in the educational environment, as well as a reference for other institutions that want to conduct similar evaluations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity and halal literacy on consumer decisions in purchasing halal food through online platforms. This research applies a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The population consists of millennial generation high school students in Pringsewu Regency, with a sample of 150 respondents selected randomly. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the multiple linear regression test indicate that religiosity and halal literacy have a positive and significant influence on online halal food purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.539, indicating that 53.9% of purchasing decisions are explained by religiosity and halal literacy, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. These findings emphasize the importance of halal education and the strengthening of religious values in shaping halal consumption behavior among the younger generation.

Abstract

The Pijar Sekolah application is an application created to help the learning and teaching process. Pijar Sekolah has several features, such as attendance, assignments, exams, and grades. The feature that is widely accessed by users is the exam feature. Therefore, when many users use the application simultaneously, it is important to conduct performance test on the Pijar Sekolah application. This study purpose is to conduct performance test with the Load Testing method using Locust. Test was carried out with a gradually increasing number of users, the number of users as testers were 50, 100, 200, 400, and 800 with a ramp-up period of 1 second. The testing will be carried out in accordance with the examination process carried out using the Pijar Sekolah application by accessing Login, Login Status, Exam List, Start Exam, Question List, Exam Questions, and Submit Answers.  The results of the test show that the performance in terms of response time is stable when testing from 50 to 400, but in RPS (Request Per Second) the average value increases with the number of 800 users getting an average value of 33.83 RPS. However, the test with the number of 400 users get an error in submitting answers. When test with the number of users 800, the response time increases and there are several errors by getting responses of 502 and 422 for 0.033%. The results of this study can be used to determine which processes need to be improved in performance. So that the Pijar Sekolah application can be used by many schools in carrying out the exam process simultaneously.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has influenced changes in people's online shopping behaviour. Shopee and TikTok Shop are two popular e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, each offering unique features and shopping experiences. This research aims to analyse and compare user sentiment towards the two platforms by applying Naïve Bayes algorithm. User review data was obtained from Google Play Store through web scraping technique, then processed using Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) approach, which includes data collection, preprocessing, transformation, modelling, and evaluation stages. Naïve Bayes algorithm was used to classify the sentiment of the reviews into positive or negative categories. The results show that the majority of reviews for both platforms are positive, with Shopee having a higher proportion of positive sentiment than TikTok Shop. The model used shows good accuracy in classifying sentiment, although there is still a tendency to bias towards positive sentiment. The findings are expected to provide insights for e-commerce platform managers in improving service quality and better understanding user preferences.

Abstract

The emergence of social media as a digital public sphere has opened significant opportunities to capture public opinion directly, including on social programs such as the Koperasi Desa Merah Putih. This program has attracted considerable attention on Twitter; however, public perception remains mixed, ranging from support and skepticism to criticism. This study aims to understand public sentiment through text analysis using two classification algorithms: Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The results show that Naive Bayes performs better in balancing predictions, achieving an AUC of 0.71 and an F1-score of 0.62. In contrast, SVM, despite a slightly higher accuracy (0.69), was only effective in identifying the neutral class. This tendency indicates that Naive Bayes is more capable of capturing opinion variations in short and unstructured texts such as tweets. Furthermore, the sentiment distribution reveals a dominance of neutral opinions, suggesting the public's inclination to share factual information without explicit emotional expression.

Abstract

In a library, the ability to process data is very necessary, from the data that has been processed can be obtained information related to borrowing patterns from visitors. Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Bengkulu is a public library that has a collection of 34,559 which is divided into various types of collections. Due to the large number of collections, visitors have difficulty in finding the desired book. Therefore, this research will apply the association rule method using the a priori algorithm to find borrowing patterns from visitors so that it can become a benchmark in compiling collections at the Bengkulu Province Library and Archives Office. The apriori algorithm is an algorithm that can find a frequency in data. By using this algorithm, it can find borrowing patterns from visitors.

Abstract

The background of this research is children who have difficulty learning folk songs, only by being facilitated by books containing song lyrics makes children often forget the tone of the song being sung. Regional songs are a form of culture that have distinctive characteristics that distinguish one region from another both in terms of language, instruments and the values contained in the song itself[1]. Folk songs are one of the arts that must be preserved by children. Based on this problem, the researcher created a mobile-based folk song application using the Flutter framework to make it easier to learn and keep abreast of developments in an era that depends on technology.
