Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of profitability, liquidity, and activity ratios on the stock prices of healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2025 period. This study employs a quantitative method with a causal-associative approach, analyzing the relationship between Return on Assets (ROA) as a profitability indicator, Current Ratio (CR) as a liquidity indicator, and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) as an activity indicator, which serve as independent variables, against stock price as the dependent variable. The results indicate that profitability ratio (ROA), liquidity ratio (CR), and activity ratio (TATO) each partially have no significant effect on stock price. Furthermore, all three variables simultaneously also show no significant effect on the stock price of healthcare sector companies listed on the IDX during the observed period. These findings suggest that stock price movements in the healthcare sector during the 2021-2025 transitional period may be driven by factors beyond fundamental financial ratios, warranting further investigation into non-financial and macroeconomic determinants.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy on entrepreneurial intention with entrepreneurial creativity as an intervening variable among students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research sample consisted of 397 active students from eight faculties at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, selected using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS. The results indicate that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Digital literacy also has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial creativity. In addition, entrepreneurial creativity is proven to have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. The indirect effect test shows that entrepreneurial creativity is able to partially mediate the effect of digital literacy on students entrepreneurial intention. These findings indicate that increasing students entrepreneurial intention can be achieved not only by strengthening digital literacy skills, but also by developing entrepreneurial creativity so that students are able to transform their digital abilities into innovative and valuable business ideas. This study implies that higher education institutions need to design digital entrepreneurship programs that focus not only on technological mastery, but also on fostering creativity, innovation, and students readiness to establish businesses.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of brand image, scarcity messaging, and store atmosphere on impulsive purchasing among consumers at Miniso Summarecon Mall Bekasi. A quantitative approach was employed using questionnaires distributed to 105 respondents who had previously shopped at the store. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that brand image had a positive but insignificant effect on impulsive purchasing (Sig. = 0.271), while scarcity messaging had a positive and significant effect (Sig. < 0.001) and emerged as the strongest predictor of impulse buying. Store atmosphere had a negative and insignificant effect (Sig. = 0.787). Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influenced impulsive purchasing (Sig. < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.360) indicated that the variables explained 36.0% of the variance in impulsive purchasing, while the remaining 64.0% was influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These findings suggest that scarcity messaging is an effective marketing strategy for encouraging impulse buying by creating a sense of urgency and limited availability. The study provides practical insights for retailers seeking to enhance consumer.

Abstract

This study examines the causal relationship between fossil energy consumption, economic growth, and foreign direct investment (FDI) in six ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines) over the period 2005-2024. Using panel data with 120 observations, this research employs the Panel Vector Error Correction Model (PVECM) framework with ARDL Pooled Mean Group (PMG) estimation and Dumitrescu-Hurlin causality test integrated within the Toda-Yamamoto approach. The findings reveal unidirectional causality running from economic growth to fossil energy consumption at the 5% significance level, supporting the Conservation Hypothesis. Furthermore, unidirectional causality is found from fossil energy consumption to FDI and from economic growth to FDI at the 1% significance level, indicating that FDI acts as a pure recipient in the ASEAN causal system. In the long run, fossil energy consumption has a positive and significant effect on economic growth with an elasticity of 1.011 at the 1% level, while FDI shows a significant positive effect on fossil energy consumption with a coefficient of 0.039 at the 1% level. The Error Correction Term (ECT) is negative and significant at the 10% level in the energy equation, confirming a long-term equilibrium adjustment mechanism. These findings imply that economic growth is the primary driver in the ASEAN energy-investment system, while FDI does not provide significant feedback to either economic growth or energy consumption, suggesting the need for green investment attraction and energy diversification policies to achieve sustainable development in the region.

Abstract

This quantitative correlational study with a cross-sectional approach analyzes the phenomenon of high demand for K-Pop concert tickets in Jakarta despite financial barriers such as price spikes and limited income. Conducted from June 11 to 13, 2026, the study aims to examine the relationships among variables within the NCTzen population, which constitutes the target market for the Dream Show 4 concert in Jakarta. The sample was determined using “purposive sampling”; primary data was collected via an online questionnaire, while secondary data was obtained from official publications by the BPS, and news media. All respondents were women of working age in the Greater Jakarta area employed as lower-middle-class workers. Data analysis utilized descriptive statistics, instrument validation, and tests of classical assumptions. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed that the influence of the Bandwagon Effect was classified as low, while the level of ticket demand fell into the high category. This study concludes that price has a significant and direct effect on demand due to the Veblen Effect. Conversely, the income variable and the Bandwagon Effect do not have a significant impact. Ticket-purchasing decisions are driven by strong individual internal motivations for social status rather than environmental trends or income levels.
