The method used was a literature review of various scientific articles and research findings, including guidance actions in guidance and counseling and correlational studies focusing on peer relationships at the high school level. The results showed that group guidance interventions proved significant in various aspects, ranging from communication skills and learning motivation to social etiquette and reducing deviant behavior such as bullying. The correlational study also confirmed the relationship between interpersonal communication and student trust. The conclusion of this review is that every student needs group guidance assistance, which is an effective and practical strategy for guidance and counseling teachers to create a healthy, cooperative, and constructive interaction environment in schools.

Abstract

This study examines the role of digital literacy in strengthening national resilience amid the growing circulation of hoaxes among Generation Z in Indonesia. The vulnerability of Gen Z to misinformation is primarily linked to their limited ability to verify and evaluate digital content, which poses risks to social cohesion and national stability. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, this research analyzes academic publications from 2019-2025 concerning digital literacy, misinformation, and information security. The synthesis of the literature indicates that higher levels of digital literacy, particularly skills in accessing, evaluating, and producing information, significantly reduce the spread of hoaxes and enhance public resilience against information disorders. This study highlights the importance of strengthening digital literacy education and implementing public policies that support responsible digital engagement. Digital literacy is therefore positioned as a crucial foundation for national resilience, especially in maintaining stability and unity in an increasingly digital society.

Abstract

As the basic ideology of the Indonesian state, Pancasila serves as a philosophical and moral guideline for running a just, civilized, and honest government. However, due to the prevalence of corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN) in the Indonesian government system, the values of Pancasila are often neglected. Challenges posed by the KKN phenomenon include reducing bureaucratic integrity, disrupting the rule of law, and reducing public trust in government institutions. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between KKN practices and the crisis in the implementation of Pancasila values in the Indonesian government from 2020 to 2025. To investigate the root causes, empirical evidence, and efforts to revitalize Pancasila values in realizing clean and accountable governance, this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach based on a literature review. The research shows that public officials have not truly adopted the moral principles of Pancasila, despite various efforts to reduce corruption, such as increasing the power of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and implementing a digital government system. To build an ethical and just government, the values of Pancasila must be incorporated into the education system, bureaucracy, and law enforcement.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the contribution of Generation Z in maintaining and enhancing tolerance in the digital world amid the rapid development of information technology. Generation Z, as a group born and raised in a digital environment, holds an important position in shaping patterns of social interaction on the internet. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method to examine Generation Z’s tolerant behavior, perspectives on tolerance from an Islamic viewpoint, various practices of tolerance, the challenges faced, and strategies for strengthening tolerance based on Islamic values. The findings show that Generation Z tends to be open to various differences, yet is also vulnerable to negative impacts from content such as hate speech and misinformation. From an Islamic perspective, tolerance is an essential element of the concept of rahmatan lil ‘alamin, which emphasizes the importance of mutual respect in diversity. The implementation of tolerance among Generation Z in the digital sphere can be seen in various forms, including the dissemination of counter-hate narratives, the application of value-based digital literacy, inter-identity collaboration, reporting intolerant content, and the use of more inclusive language. However, several challenges persist, such as the phenomenon of echo chambers, user anonymity, and low levels of digital literacy. To address these issues, strengthening efforts are needed through the integration of religious education and digital literacy, the optimization of moderate public figures’ roles, the creation of open digital communities, and the application of moderation principles in religious practices. In this way, Generation Z has great potential to act as agents of peace in creating a harmonious, inclusive, and ethical digital space.
