Abstract

This study discusses the Philosophy of Problem Solving in Educational Management. The purpose of this study is to find out how to deal with problems, stages of problem solving, strategies and solutions carried out in solving Educational Management Problems. This study is a qualitative study with data described descriptively regarding the use of libraries known as library research studies. The results obtained in this study are professional educational management, a manager is required to always be required to make changes towards being more dynamic. They must have a continuous spirit to seek new breakthroughs in order to produce changes that are developmental and perfecting, from conditions that are tense and worrying to conditions that are more dynamic, both physically and academically such as changes in the spirit of science, learning atmosphere and improving Islamic education management strategies.

Abstract

The implementation of education cannot be separated from facilities and infrastructure. Facilities and infrastructure are important supporting elements in the education process to achieve educational goals. Therefore, Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Chapter XII, Article 45, educational units are required to fulfill educational facilities and infrastructure. Educational institutions with a pesantren style have certain advantages but also have their own weaknesses. The method used in this article is a type of qualitative research with library research, namely research whose subjects are library literature. The results of this research are that the process of managing educational facilities and infrastructure that runs well will be one of the efforts to overcome the weaknesses that are generally experienced in the world of pesantren, so that pesantren can develop further by implementing good management.

Abstract

In an organization, resources are needed to achieve the specified goals, this is an important factor. A successful organization has a strong organizational culture so that it is able to attract, maintain and reward anyone who fulfills obligations and achieves targets. This study focuses on the study of the Basics of Organization, Culture and Organizational Behavior in an Islamic Perspective. The method in this study uses literature studies. The technique used in collecting data in this study is documentation. The technique in analyzing this research data uses a descriptive analytical type. The results of this study are that this organizational culture theory is a theory that has an important influence on theory and research in the field of organizational communication. The behavior of each individual in the organization is directed at the desired goals. So a behavior in the organization and the ability of leaders to lead an organization, especially in educational institutions.

Abstract

Organizational Behavior is a discipline that studies individual and group-level behavior in an organization and its impact on performance (both individual, group, and organizational performance). Organizational behavior is also known as the study of organizations. As social beings, every human being always interacts with other humans, even tends to live in groups or organizations to achieve common goals that are impossible to achieve if he is alone. The method in this study uses literature studies. The technique used in collecting data in this study is documentation. The stages passed in this technique are searching, collecting, and exploring all information from journals and books that are closely related to the basic concepts, culture and behavior of organizations in developing good institutions. The substance or roots of organizational culture are core characteristics that indicate the traits, properties, elements, or elements inherent in organizational culture. Organizational culture represents a shared perception of members of the organization or in other words, culture is a system of shared meaning. Therefore, the hope that is built from here is that individuals who have different backgrounds or are at different levels in the organization will understand organizational culture with a similar understanding.

Abstract

Humans are social beings. Cannot stand alone without the help of others. Social beings in their lives need other people. This study discusses group behavior in organizations, organizations are groups of people who are working towards common goals under leadership. Every human being in any activity will be involved in group activities. The purpose of this study is to determine various group behaviors in organizations. The method used in this study is the study and analysis of data, especially from journals and books that are related to the topic of writing, data is analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of this study are There are so many benefits from the existence of groups in an organization, both benefits for individuals as part or members of the group and for the effectiveness of the work of an ongoing organization. Individual behavior must be directed towards the interests of the organization in order to achieve organizational goals so that in further developments group behavior develops into organizational behavior.

Abstract

The importance of parents knowing good parenting for the development and growth of a child, especially in the formation of early childhood character. Because in the formation of a child's character, the first person who provides character education for their child is the parent. With the development of the times, the parenting pattern of parents towards children has decreased and decreased, most parents are busy with work so that they cannot accompany the growth and development of their children optimally. In addition, many parents do not understand about parenting, how to raise children well, which is in accordance with religious values and socio-moral values of life, most parents see that children, after entering adolescence, are considered capable of managing and taking care of their own lives so that many children have bad relationships due to lack of parental control in the growth and development of children and character education of children. Based on these problems, a work program on Good Parenting was planned which was held in the Jayamulya Village Hall. The purpose of implementing the program is to provide information and further direction for the Community and parents on how to educate children based on character education with and efforts to implement character education programs for children. Provide insight into great parents with character. Activities are carried out using the caramah method and discussion. In the implementation of this activity, it was delivered through a Seminar, where the implementation brought in experienced speakers who had broad insights related to character education. The target in the work program is the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) group. This study uses a qualitative method because this study intends to provide information about the importance of Parenting. The expected output target from the work program that will be carried out is that the community or parents can feel the presence and benefits of these programs. As well as good changes from the community, especially parents who have children to become better after activity.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the existence of a website is one of the key elements for the development and promotion of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in a village. A website is the main tool for explaining the products and services offered by village UMKM and finding information related to the business. A website can be created by UMKM themselves or by using website creation services from third parties. A website is a digital platform that presents information about UMKM in the form of text, images, and other multimedia that can be accessed online by anyone, anytime. The information presented on the UMKM website covers various important aspects such as the type of product or service offered, price, contact that can be contacted, and the story behind the UMKM. This description of the product and service is manifested in the form of digital information or data which can be in the form of product descriptions, product photos, customer testimonials, and others. The website provides information on the location of UMKM correctly according to the address and digital map sourced from online mapping services. In creating this website, a comprehensive data analysis was carried out on UMKM. This is done by collecting information directly from UMKM actors and the village government. The purpose of this program is to help village UMKM expand their marketing reach, increase visibility, and attract potential customers from various regions.

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out at the Jayamulya Village Office, Kroya District, Indramayu Regency. The village office is a government institution at the village level that is tasked with serving the administrative needs and interests of the village community. The total number of village officials is 13 people. Based on initial observations made by the implementing team to the Jayamulya Village Head and Village Secretary, they still have difficulty understanding correspondence, especially letters. This is due to educational factors, the background of village officials is predominantly high school/vocational school education. Therefore, the implementing team has the initiative to provide a solution to this problem, namely by providing an understanding through a Correspondence Development Seminar regarding correspondence to village officials. In organizing a correspondence seminar for village officials, several methods can be used to ensure that the activity runs effectively and efficiently, namely inviting speakers to explain the basic concepts, rules, and procedures for good and correct correspondence, providing examples of good and bad letters to be analyzed by seminar participants who are then asked to provide suggestions for improvement and rewrite the letter, and a question and answer session where participants can ask the resource person directly about the problems or difficulties they face in correspondence. Data collection from this activity, namely the author created pre-test and post-test questions via google form to find out to what extent the seminar has been useful and what needs to be improved for the next activity. The obstacles in implementing this program are the control experienced by village officials, namely not all village officials have adequate educational backgrounds or experience in official correspondence, making it difficult to understand the material presented, then the use of technical terms or language that is too formal can be an obstacle for participants who are not used to it, especially in areas that use local languages ​​​​everyday. The purpose of this service is that it is hoped that the correspondence seminar can provide a comprehensive and practical understanding to village officials, so that they can improve their skills in official correspondence. The result of this activity is that by carrying out this seminar activity program, seen from the filling of the pre-test and post-test carried out, the seminar participants experienced quite good improvement. Therefore, the program we carried out achieved success. Furthermore, the results of this supporting program are expected to be useful for the compiler in particular, and seminar participants in general.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this community service program (PkM) is to find out the implementation of the Al-Quran reading and writing training method in the Nurul Hikmah prayer room, Bulak village, Kandanghaur district, Indramayu regency. Based on the initial and final field observations that the PkM team in Bulak village conducted, they recognized the village's potential that children studying at the Al-Hikmah Prayer Room, Bulak Village did not yet understand the importance of learning to read and write the Al-Quran, and children lacked active training in the Al-Quran reading and writing learning method. This community service program uses the lecture method because it adjusts children to understand and memorize what readings have been delivered during the learning process, but in it, Q&A with students is still included so that the class remains lively, the material is delivered and learning is in accordance with the target. Thus, efforts to increase students' interest in learning using the lecture method have been deemed effective. The results of this activity are that this program is quite effective and good to be done in other places, this program can be used as learning in improving the ability and interest in reading and writing the Qur'an for children in Bulak Village and realizing children who are civil, faithful, pious and have good morals. This program is expected to provide new knowledge for children and make children excel in religious knowledge.

Abstract

The role of students is very important in changing various aspects of society. Therefore, students are expected not only to focus on learning in college, but also to be active in contributing to society. One way to carry out this contribution is through community service activities which are part of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Sidadadi Village in Haurgeulis District, Indramayu Regency, was chosen as the location for PkM. We aim to provide education on financial management, how to manage finances from an early age for children in Sidadadi Village. Socialization is one of the means of the learning and teaching process. The purpose of socialization is to provide an understanding of something to individuals and community groups. Saving is important in terms of financial management. Saving is an activity of setting aside money for a certain period of time that can be used in the future. Knowledge about finance is not only intended for adults or parents, but early childhood needs to be given an understanding and good habits that can be useful in the future. Elementary School located in Sidadadi Village, Haurgeulis, Indramayu became the destination for community service activities where the participants of this activity were children of Sidadadi Village with an age range of 7 to 12 years. The main strategy in this activity is to provide knowledge about saving to early childhood children and in this learning activity we use intermediary media as a means to train children's knowledge and creativity. Providing knowledge about saving which also trains children's creativity is expected to be easier to understand by children in Sidadadi Village. The importance of introducing money and the concept of saving through the Education Activity on the Importance of Saving from an Early Age aims to explain and provide an understanding of achieving ideals, providing knowledge to participants about the introduction of money. The level of awareness, understanding and thinking of children regarding the importance of living frugally and saving should be known from an early age. This aims to prepare themselves and their understanding to be more disciplined in managing and managing finances and wise in using the amount of their savings in the future with various needs.
