Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Dividend Policy and Company Size on the Value of Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used is Descriptive. A sample of 6 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official website www.idx.co.id or through the website of the company being studied. The data collection method used is documentation analysis. The analysis technique used is quantitative. Then a statistical analysis was carried out using Financial Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing which includes the F Test and t Test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of capital structure, dividend policy and company size simultaneously on company value, there is a partial influence of capital structure and company size on company value.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of work environment and workload on employees' turnover intention at PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Using a quantitative approach, data were gathered through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees selected via purposive sampling. The analysis employed multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The findings indicate that the work environment has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, while workload has a significant negative effect. Jointly, both variables significantly influence turnover intention, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 64.8%, suggesting a strong contribution to employees’ intention to leave. The research is limited by its focus on a single company and a relatively small sample, affecting generalizability. Nonetheless, the study offers practical insights for improving employee retention through better work environments and manageable workloads. It also highlights the broader social importance of reducing turnover to enhance job stability and employee well-being. This research contributes valuable empirical evidence on the dual influence of organizational factors on turnover intention within the Indonesian FMCG sector.

Abstract

Abstract Shredded bread rolls are examples of some original culinary products from Eastern Indonesia, especially in the region of West Papua. This product can also be made by tourists visiting West Papua and it is possible to buy it for daily consumption whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. The purpose of establishing the business is to preserve the cultural values in the region and improve the regional economy, so that it is therefore necessary to have a technique or method in determining the maximum profit. The simplex method is the method used in this study and utilizes information technologyuse of POM-QM tools to calculate the estimated cost of selling and shipping the product.

Abstract

Digital marketing has revolutionized the way businesses operate, influencing consumer behavior, corporate structure, marketing approaches, and competitive capacity. It has also significantly affected the way information is accessed and interactions are determined, leading to the birth of new marketing technologies. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explore the impact of digital marketing strategies and the use of QRIS among MSMEs in Cibiru District. The findings suggest that digital marketing significantly influences consumer purchasing behavior and business accessibility. Furthermore, the adoption of QRIS as a digital payment system has enhanced transaction convenience and operational efficiency for MSME actors.. The rapid development of technology, not far from everything related to the internet and the digital world, with the existence of a digital marketing strategy applied to a business allows interest to arise in people's purchasing behavior. What was initially unknown, with this digital technology a business can be accessed and conveyed to potential customers through cyberspace. The majority of business actors (around 84.6) stated that they agreed/strongly agreed that social media is used to promote products by MSME actors in Cibiru.
