Abstract

This study aims to examine the information content of a political event (Gerakan AksiDamai 212 and King Salman's Visit) on capital market activity especially in BEI. Using 42company data, divided into 9 industry sectors by using method of event study. GerakanAksi Damai 212 of one different sectors and the arrival of King Salman of two differentsectors. These results indicate that the events of Gerakan Aksi Damai 212 and the arrivalof King Salman influenced investments made by investors, but not all sectorsexperienced significant investment differences, due to unforeseen price fluctuations.

Abstract

Gadget sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan masyarakat terutama masyarakat yang tinggal di perkotaan. Gadget memiliki beberapa klasifikiasi jenis produk seperti, smartphone, laptop, tablet dan lain sebagainya. Penggunaan gadget di berbagai kelompok masyarakat beragam alasannya, untuk mendapatkan informasi dan menunjang kegiatan sehari – hari merupakan alasan utama dalam penggunaan gadget. Teori Hirarki Maslow menyatakan ada lima tingkatan dalam kebutuhan manusia, dimulai dari yang paling rendah yakni kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan rasa aman, kebutuhan social, kebutuhan ego dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri sebagai tingkatan paling tinggi. Purpose – Penelitian ini bertujukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling mempengaruhi bagi konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian merek gadget berdasarkan variabel kebutuhan yang disesuaikan dengan teori hirarki kebutuhan milik Abraham Maslow.Design/methodology – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah 350 responden yang tinggal di Kota Palembang.Findings - Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pada kelompok responden usia 23 – 28 tahun memilih kebutuhan sosial sebagai variabel yang paling mempengaruhi, sedangkan responden kelompok usia 29 – 35 tahun dan responden kelompok usia di atas 36 tahun memilih kebutuhan aktualisasi diri sebagai variabel yang paling mempengaruhi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan merek gadget.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, US dollar exchange rates, interest rates, and world oil prices on fluctuations in gold prices in Indonesia in 2014 - 2019. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data used are monthly time series data for 2014 - 2019 with a sample of 72 samples. The multiple linear regression model is used as an analysis technique in this study. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously (F test) inflation, USD exchange rates, interest rates, and world oil prices have a significant effect on gold price fluctuations in Indonesia. Partially (t-test) shows that the USD exchange rate has a significant positive effect on gold price fluctuations in Indonesia. Inflation and interest rates have a negative and insignificant effect on fluctuations in gold prices in Indonesia. Meanwhile, world oil prices have a positive and insignificant effect on gold price fluctuations in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the relationship between inventory turnover and profitability at Sakurakita Restaurant. Data collection methods and types used are secondary data. Secondary data in the form of financial statements in the form of balance sheet and profit/loss reports from 2014 to 2019. The results of the study show that the higher the value of inventory turnover, it is not possible to increase profitability (Net Profit Margin)

Abstract

Financial performance as a measuring tool to determine the process of implementing financial resources owned by the company. The Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on the banking sector, resulting in non-current financing due to debtor arrears as a result of many people losing their jobs and difficulties in paying financing. This study has the aim of conducting a comparative analysis of financial performance between BRI Syariah Banks and BNI Syariah Banks during the Covid-19 pandemic, using financial report notes for quarter 1, 2, 3 and 4 for 2019, quarter 1 for 2020 through independent testing. Sample T-Test. There is a difference between the financial performance of Bank BNI Syariah and Bank BRI Syariah from the aspect of ROA, NPF and BOPO, while from the aspect of CAR and ROE it shows that there is no significant difference between the financial performance of BRI Syariah Bank and BNI Syariah Bank. This paper recommends to BNI Syariah to pay attention to the ROE and NPF ratios, while to BRI Syariah Banks to pay attention to the CAR, ROA and BOPO ratios.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan administrasi keuangan khusus nya penyusunan laporan keuangan zakat fitrah dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi excel. Pendekatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Setelah diadakan pelatihan dengan metode ceramah, praktik dan diskusi terdapat perubahan yang cukup signifikan pada peserta. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan peserta untuk mulai mengenal dan mengidentifikasi. Selain itu, berdasarkan testimoni perwakilan peserta, pelatihan ini memberikan pencerahan kepada peserta dari yang sama sekali buta akuntansi menjadi paham proses pencatatan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan zakat fitrah.

Abstract

This study discusses the Internal Control System in an educational non-profit organization, namely the Al-Manar Islamic Education Foundation (YPIA) Muhammadiyah Kepayang Lempuing Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatra. The thing that is highlighted is the Internal Control System for Accounts Receivable for Education Development Contributions (SPP). This study took data from YPIA and analyzed it in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Internal Control System at YPIA has not been fully implemented in accordance with the applicable SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), this can be seen from the presence of arrears from student tuition fees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pusat Administrasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Desain penelitian asosiatif kausal berupaya memastikan bagaimana beberapa variabel terhubung. Disiplin kerja (X1), budaya organisasi (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3) merupakan tiga variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan kinerja karyawan (Y) merupakan variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Pusat Administrasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang yang berjumlah 117 orang. Teknik perhitungan Rumus Slovin digunakan untuk memilih sampel penelitian ini, sehingga menghasilkan seleksi akhir sebanyak 95 orang. Regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam analisis data penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, budaya perusahaan mempunyai dampak besar terhadap seberapa baik kinerja karyawan. Namun, kinerja pegawai tidak banyak dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Selain itu, pada Kantor Pusat Administrasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang (KPA UM Palembang), motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Institutional Ownership, Capital Structure, and Dividend Policy simultaneously and partially on Firm Value in the food and beverage sub-sector companies. The population in this study were all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The data sample was 45 observations selected through purposive sampling. The type of data in this study is secondary data. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, F-test, and t-test. The results of the analysis show that Institutional Ownership, Capital Structure, and Dividend Policy simultaneously have a significant effect on Firm Value in food and beverage sub-sector companies, Institutional Ownership partially has no significant effect on Firm Value, Capital Structure partially has a significant effect on Firm Value, and Dividend Policy partially has a significant effect to Firm Value. Abstract

Abstract Southern Sumatra consists of the provinces of South Sumatra, Lampung, Jambi, Bengkulu, and the Bangka-Belitung Islands. These five provinces have the fastest recovering economic growth compared to other regions in Indonesia and the highest economic growth recovery in Sumatra from 2020-2021.
