Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, and institutional ownership on firm value. The population in this study are processed property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 – 2022 of 85 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 38 companies that met the criteria as samples. The data used in this study were obtained from financial report and annual report. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22. The results of this study indicate that return on asset have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and institutional ownership has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Investment and Firm Size on Firm Value. The population used is public companies in the Automotive and Automotive Components sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period and the sample in this study was 12 out of 15 companies. This research model uses multiple linear analysis which is processed using SPSS version 22. The results of this study show that simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Investment, and Firm Size have a significant effect on Firm Value. The results showed that Return on Investment partially has a positive effect on Firm Value, while Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Firm Size partially have no effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Firm Size dan Struktur Aktiva Terhadap Struktur Modal. Pada Perusahaan Subsektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 25 perusahaan dan sampel digunakan sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengujian hipotesis (Hypothesis Testing). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang lengkap selama periode 2018- 2022. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan diuji menggunakan program Statistical Package for the social science (SPSS) versi 2022 dan Microsoft Excel 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio, Struktur Aktiva berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal sedangkan Return On Asset, Firm Size tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal.

Abstract

The high interest in the culinary business in Indonesia can be seen from the many cafes, restaurants and F&B franchises. Mixue Ice Cream & Tea is growing rapidly in Indonesia along with the increasing demand for ice cream and tea at affordable prices. The more Mixue franchise businesses, means more markets to reach and more customers. This makes the Mixue brand top of mind without huge marketing costs. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perceptions and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. This study uses quantitative research methods through Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling techniques. The population used in this study are consumers who have or often come to Mixue Ice Cream and Tea Ciledug. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires to 100 Mixue Ice Cream and Tea consumers. Data analysis of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that product quality, price perceptions, and word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Konsumsi masyarakat adalah faktor untuk tolak ukur kesejahteraan dan mengetahui bagaimana kondisi perekonomian negara. Konsumsi yaitu kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, baik individu maupun kelompok, dan bertujuan mengurangi atau menghabiskan nilai guna barang atau jasa. Penelitian ini sebagai bentuk analisis pengaruh pendapatan, tabungan, pendidikan, inflasi, dan subsidi terhadap konsumsi masyarakat dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang dipublikasikan oleh badan-badan resmi pada 1993 hingga 2023. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: (1) pengaruh pendapatan terhadap konsumsi tidak signifikan yang diartikan sebagai kenaikan pendapatan tidak selalu menyebabkan tingkat konsumsi bertambah dan sebaliknya. (2) pengaruh tingkat tabungan terhadap konsumsi tidak signifikan yang dapat disimpulkan naik dan turunya tingkat tabungan tidak terlalu memengaruhi tingkat konsumsi. (3) pengaruh tingakat pendidikan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat konsumsi individu dimana hal ini menunjukkan konsumsi tetap berjalan seperti biasa, terlepas dari tingkat pendidikan yang dimiliki. (4) pengaruh inflasi terhadap konsumsi masyarakat tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konsumsi di Indonesia. (5) pengaruh subsidi pemerintah memiliki nilai positif atau memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap konsumsi yang dapat terjadi karena subsidi yang diberikan pemerintah terhadap masyarakat dapat berpengaruh terhadap penurunan harga barang dan jasa dan secara langsung akan meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership (X1), Work Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Work Loyalty of PT. Mata Air Persada. The research method used is a quantitative method and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample population in this study was 30 employees of PT. Mata Air Persada. In this study, non-probability sampling was used, namely a saturated sample. So the withdrawal sample is taken by the census. Data Analysis Techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. Research shows that (1) Leadership influences Employee Work Loyalty, (2) Work Culture influences Employee Work Loyalty, (3) Work Motivation influences Employee Work Loyalty. The results in this research show that work culture has a dominant influence on employee work loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic value added, net profit margin, free cash flow, and capital structure on stock returns. The population in this study is infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the financial statements for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method and was obtained by 41 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 22.0. The results of this study show that Economic Value Added, Net Profit Margin, and Free Cash Flow have a positive and significant influence on Stock Return, while Capital Structure has a negative and significant influence on Stock Return

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin, and total assets turnover on the value of tourism and recreation subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports of tourism and recreation subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method based on specific criteria, resulting in a sample of 11 out of 19 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and tested using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 25 program. The research results show that the variables current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and total assets turnover have a positive and significant effect on company value. Meanwhile, net profit margin does not have a significant influence on company value.

Abstract

The Fritto Chicken is a fast-food franchise located in Medan, known for its specialty in fried chicken. Amidst the rapid growth of the culinary industry and intense competition, the Fritto Chicken branch must strive to maintain customer loyalty. Key factors such as service quality, pricing, and brand trust are essential to evaluate in order to remain competitive and foster customer retention. This research was conducted to explore how service quality, pricing, and customer trust contribute to building loyalty among patrons of the Fritto Chicken branch. A quantitative method with a causal associative approach was employed, gathering data through questionnaires distributed to 100 customers. The study utilized theoretical frameworks surrounding service quality, pricing, and customer trust to assess their positive and significant influence on customer loyalty.
