Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Relationship Marketing and Mobile Banking service quality on Bank Syariah Indonesia customer loyalty through Corporate Social Responsibility. The methodology used in this research uses a quantitative approach with Nonprobability Sampling data collection techniques. The research results show that the Corporate Social Responsibility variable has no effect on Loyalty, Mobile Banking Service Quality has an effect on Corporate Social Responsibility, Mobile Banking Service Quality has an effect on Loyalty, Relationship Marketing has an effect on Corporate Social Responsibility, Relationship Marketing has an effect on Loyalty, Mobile Banking Service Quality has no effect influences loyalty through Corporate Social Responsibility, Relationship Marketing influences loyalty through Corporate Social Responsibility. This research only focuses on IMAPSI Sharia Banking students in the Yogyakarta region, therefore to produce comprehensive research for future researchers to expand the sample coverage to IMAPSI Sharia Banking students in the national region.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and understand the economic empowerment based on ecoprotection and the implementation of the ecoprotection economic system at the Tahfidz Baitul Qur'an Al Askar Kendari Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques through interview methods, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions collected by the author for the purpose of solving a problem or to answer research questions. The findings of this investigation show that the Tahfidz Baitul Quran Al Askar Kendari Pesantren has empowered the pesantren economy by creating several business units according to the needs of the students by implementing three types of economic empowerment patterns applied by the pesantren, namely economic efforts centered on kyai, economic efforts of the pesantren to strengthen operational costs and economic efforts for students. The implementation of the ecoprotection economic system in the business unit of the Tahfidz Baitul Quran AL Askar Kendari Pesantren by not allowing external institutions or communities outside the Pesantren to carry out economic activities in order to provide students with both religious instruction and entrepreneurship skills or knowledge, all business units inside the Pesantren are exclusively owned by the school and run by the students themselves. The Pesantren community's welfare and its own economy can both benefit from the installation of this ecoprotection system

Abstract

The growth of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) as an Islamic microfinance institution in Indonesia shows the increasing needs of the community for financing that is in line with Islamic principles. Behind this progress, questions arise about the extent to which the contracts used are truly in accordance with Islamic law, both legally-formally and substantively. This study aims to analyse the suitability of contracts in financing practices in BMTs with the principles of Islamic law and identify the implementative obstacles faced. This study uses a qualitative approach with a normative-empirical method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations of contract practices in several BMTs, with the main informants including financing managers, Sharia Supervisory Board, and customers. The results show that the most dominant type of contract is murabahah, followed by mudharabah, musyarakah, and ijarah. Although administratively they have been prepared in accordance with sharia guidelines, in practice there are discrepancies, especially in the implementation of murabaha, which has not fully fulfilled the principles of ownership and responsibility of goods. Profit-sharing agreements have also not been widely applied due to limited managerial capacity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between employee attendance rates and work productivity at BSI Bojonegoro, as well as to identify the underlying factors contributing to absenteeism and their impact on performance. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a survey method and simple linear regression analysis. Data were collected from 120 purposively selected respondents. The analysis revealed that the research instrument demonstrated high validity and reliability, with a Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.887. The key findings indicate a significant positive relationship between absenteeism and productivity, with a regression coefficient of 0.575 and a significance level of p < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 45.4%, suggesting that nearly half of the variation in productivity can be explained by absenteeism levels. The primary causes of absenteeism were identified as health-related issues, family responsibilities, and dissatisfaction with the working environment. These findings provide valuable insights for company management in implementing preventive health programs, adopting flexible work policies, and enhancing both the physical and psychological aspects of the workplace to reduce absenteeism and boost productivity. Moreover, this study contributes to the advancement of human resource management literature, particularly in the area of managing attendance and productivity within the manufacturing industry context.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative case study approach; data obtained through in-depth interviews and observations of customers and managers of BMT NU Barokah Blora Randublatung Branch. The main objective of the study was to evaluate the utilisation of mobile banking services in fulfilling customers' financial transaction needs, measuring the level of user satisfaction related to convenience, security, and speed of service. The results show that the mobile banking service has been effective, with a high level of user satisfaction especially in the aspects of ease of access and transaction security. In addition, the implementation of this service is in line with sharia values and supports the sustainability of the institution. However, there is still a need to improve digital literacy among customers to maximise service utilisation. This research makes an important contribution to the development of technology-based Islamic microfinance services.

Abstract

The acceleration of sustainable regional development is often hampered by theological construction bias and managerial inefficiencies that limit the potential of women's human capital. This research aims to reconstruct gender ideology in the perspective of Islamic law and analyze strategies for revitalizing the role of women in regional development management. Using a qualitative approach with a socio-legal case study design, data was collected through in-depth interviews and focused discussions with key informants from elements of the management of KOPRI PMII, local government development planners (Bappeda), and Islamic law scholars/experts. The findings of the study reveal that there is an epistemological stagnation where the cadre curriculum is still dominated by domestic fiqh narratives that fail to legitimize women's public leadership. In addition, a significant capability gap was found between the high level of ideological militancy and the low technocratic competence in the digital era, which resulted in women's participation in development planning deliberations (Musrenbang) being trapped in the practice of tokenism or merely symbolic formalities. This study concludes that the effectiveness of regional strategic management demands the transformation of the women's movement from a textualist paradigm to a Mubadalah (mutuality) approach, accompanied by mastery of data-driven policy analysis to ensure substantive involvement in regional budget politics.

Abstract

Teacher performance determination remains a central issue in improving the quality of national education, yet there is still a gap between enhanced compensation policies and actual teacher loyalty and performance in schools. This study aims to synthesize the literature on teacher performance determinants from the perspectives of compensation, loyalty, and work psychological factors through a systematic literature review with a thematic synthesis approach. Data were drawn from 35 scientific articles published in SINTA‑accredited national journals and reputable international journals from 2020 to 2026, accessed via Google Scholar, SINTA, DOAJ, Scopus, and Crossref, following the PRISMA protocol for article selection. Data analysis was conducted in three thematic synthesis stages: free coding, descriptive theme organization, and analytical theme development. The results highlight three main findings. First, compensation has a significant positive relationship with teacher loyalty, with an average correlation of , though the strength remains in the moderate range. Second, loyalty mediates the effect of compensation on teacher performance with an average effect of , but this mediation depends strongly on internal work motivation. Third, work psychological factors—especially self‑efficacy and work stress—show the strongest predictive effect on teacher performance, with an average correlation of , exceeding the direct influence of compensation. In conclusion, teacher performance is multidimensional and cannot be explained by economic variables alone; thus, policies to improve teacher welfare should be balanced with efforts to strengthen the psychosocial climate in schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the stagnation of the growth of Multipurpose Credit customers at BMT NU Blora Branch, allegedly due to a less than optimal position promotion system and low conversion of customer interest into loyalty. The research aims to analyze the influence of job promotion and customer interest on service quality with marketing strategy as a mediation variable. The study uses a causal explanatory quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. The sample consisted of 150 respondents (active customers of Multipurpose Credit and marketing employees who had been promoted) selected through purposive sampling based on inclusion criteria. Data analysis was carried out with PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that promotion had a significant positive effect on marketing strategy (path coefficient 0.452, p<0.01), customer interest had a significant positive effect on marketing strategy (0.387, p<0.01), and marketing strategy had a significant positive effect on service quality (0.561, p<0.01). Marketing strategies are proven to be a partial mediation both in the relationship between promotion and service quality (VAF = 38.7%) and customer interest in service quality (VAF = 42.3%). Research conclusion: Improving the quality of BMT NU Blora Multipurpose Credit services can be achieved through a marketing competency-based position promotion system and the use of customer interests as the basis for adaptive marketing strategies. Practical recommendations include post-promotion marketing training and periodic surveys of customer interest for targeted strategies

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing volume of digital transactions on the Shopee e-commerce platform which is not balanced with the stability of long-term consumer confidence, as well as the rampant mode of fraud and data leakage that strengthens the perception of risk among users. This research aims to test the mechanism of digital consumer trust through the integration of risk perception and ease of use on transaction continuity at Shopee. The type of research used is quantitative explanatory with a survey approach. The source of the research data is primary data obtained from 350 respondents of active Shopee users in Indonesia who have made at least three transactions in the last six months and have experience using the platform's security features. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The results of the study show that digital consumer trust has a positive and significant influence on transaction continuity with a path coefficient of 0.487. Risk perception has a negative and significant effect on transaction continuity with a path coefficient of -0.342, as well as acting as a moderation variable that weakens the influence of trust on transaction continuity. Ease of use has a positive effect on transaction continuity both directly (0.215) and indirectly through trust mediation (0.201). This study concludes that transaction continuity at Shopee is determined simultaneously by trust as the main driver, risk perception as an inhibitor, and ease of use as multiple driving factors.

Abstract

The low motivation to be entrepreneurial among private university graduates (PTS) is a serious challenge in Blora Regency, where the educated unemployment rate reaches 18.7% while only 7.2% of graduates choose to be self-employed. This study aims to describe the determinants of entrepreneurial motivation, identify dominant barriers, and formulate evidence-based policy recommendations. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Primary data sources were obtained from 45 private university graduates in Blora Regency who have graduated for at least one year with the status of job seekers, unemployed, or novice entrepreneurs, as well as key informants consisting of lecturers, student program managers, and community leaders. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, passive participant observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed using an interactive thematic model. The results showed that internal determinants included low self-efficacy (71.1%), low need for achievement (62.2%), and low risk tolerance (73.3%). External determinants include negative family support (62.2%), negative environmental subjective norms (68.9%), low access to capital (71.1%), and non-optimal role of educational institutions (80.0%). The dominant barrier is the systemic interaction between internal and external factors called  entrepreneurial double bind (77.8%). This study concludes that the entrepreneurial motivation of private university graduates in Blora is hampered by the complex interaction between individual psychological factors and socio-cultural pressures, so that an integrated intervention is needed that targets changes in social norms as well as strengthening individual capacity.
