Using digital signature in a document, especially in work from home situation, becomes crucial to misuse. The digital signature is a schema to identify somebody uniquely and to prove the originality of a document. The development of information technology allows digital signatures as a tool to ensure the originality of information. The aim of the study is to develop an application that uses Quick Response (QR) Code as a digital signature. So QR Code can work as a tool to authenticate the leader’s signature or document verification. After the application was built and applied, users’ evaluation was performed through questionnaires. The result shows that 44% of users state that the application has been well used and beneficial. There are some suggestions for application revision from 34% of users, whereas 22% have no comment.

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia since March 2020, especially with the entry of the Delta variant in mid-2021, creates extraordinary challenges for all business people. Culinary businesses have started implementing sales with the concept of e-commerce through marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and BukaLapak, as well as selling directly via Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram or other social communication media. This study examines the factors in online promotion through Digital Marketing techniques specifically through Instagram that influence online culinary purchasing decisions since the Covid-19 pandemic. Primary data collection performed through online questionnaires and received 106 responses, the results of which were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables were valid and reliable. Multiple linear regression analysis for 5 models with the dependent variable being the type of Instagram post content with an alpha of 0.005 shows that there are 4 significant models and 1 insignificant model in the simultaneous effects on the dependent variable studied. The significant models are for Single-Post, Carousel Post, Reels, and Video, with the best R square in the Video independent variable model. The model with the dependent variable story that is not significant.

Fig is a fruit that comes from the Middle East. However, there are several figs that can be found in Indonesia, such as Green Jordan Fig. A lot of people like this fruit because of its sweet taste and has many benefits to be used as medicine. The classification of fig ripeness generally uses subjective human eye so that it can cause errors due to the insignificant characteristics of fig ripeness when ripe and inripe, when ripe it is light green, slightly yellowish, while when inripe the fruit is green. Therefore, the author got the idea to make an application for classification of fig ripeness via image based on Android using the Convolutional Neural Network algorithm. In this study, the results obtained accuracy of 94%.

Enterprise architecture is a proactive and holistic way to describe a company as a whole about responding to opportunities or problems by identifying and analyse changes that occur in the company in accordance with the company's vision and the results to be achieved. Enterprise architecture has several frameworks that can be implemented, one of which is TOGAF 9.1. An university in Bandung has many systems implemented for its operational continuity, one of which is the Academic System. The development of enterprise architecture with an academic system scope that has been carried out previously is by analysing the preliminary phase, phase A Architecture Vision, phase B Business Architecture, phase C Information System Architecture, and phase D Technology Architecture. To be able to achieve the target architecture, further development is carried out in phase E Opportunities and Solutions. To achieve this goal, data collection related to the outputs of the previous phases was carried out, then carried out the steps in phase E. Then it was compiled into an enterprise architecture document using the TOGAF 9.1 framework by conducting a gap analysis review, maturity level systems, solutions tailored to the target architecture and the results of gap analysis and maturity level and system migration planning.

By implementing good education, a country can build people's mindsets for more skills and make the country seen and considered by others. The main purpose of writing this paper is to find out how far the benefits of using a balanced scorecard in a university in Indonesia are. Systematic Literature Review is the method used in this study. As time goes by, more and more universities are implementing this balanced scorecard strategy. This balanced scorecard is used as an instrument in measuring the performance of related tertiary institutions. Of the 23 universities discussed in this paper, 82,61% of them use the 4 balanced scorecard perspectives simultaneously. Meanwhile, the rest of the universities only use 3 or even 1 perspective. This is because each tertiary institution has its own concept or arrangement. In addition, there has been a lot of literature showing that the balanced scorecard has various useful values, especially in achieving strategy and improving organizational performance. Based on several studies, the status of the implementation of the balanced scorecard also shows a minimal failure rate and a relatively high success rate. The use of the balanced scorecard is also beneficial for tertiary institutions in knowing their operational performance, with the results of the balanced scorecard, if the score is still not sufficient then the tertiary institution can further improve its quality, which focuses on aspects of value that are not sufficient.

Final Project is generally regarded as mandatory for university students to graduate. This holds true in the Faculty of Information Technology in Maranatha Christian University Bandung, Indonesia. As a continuation of previous research which discusses the process of submitting student final project topics, this research will focus on documenting requests for final project guidance. In the final project process, after a student submits a final assignment topic and the topic is accepted to be worked on as a final assignment, students must then carry out the guidance process with their final assignment supervisor. This process includes the student requesting an audience with the aforementioned supervisor. This process holds several problems, one of which is that the content of the discussion between the supervisor and the student tends to be lost or misunderstood. This research will assist the process of supervising student final assignments so that students can apply for guidance with supervisors through this application and lecturers can confirm the content of the discussion for the student. This application is a web-based application so it can be used anytime and anywhere.

Every newly married couple will usually document whatever events they experienced to be remembered in the future. Especially when the process of giving birth will be a very happy moment. Documentation activities can be through photos or videos, sometimes also parents who save birth data by tearing up the calendar on the day of their child's birth and saving it in an album. Saving some of this data looks like can't be a complete of information, and often in a long time they won't pay attention to what they have stored, so data like piece of calendar will look outdated. In this research will develop the system and documentation of baby. The system will record every baby data that is born. In addition to birth data, photo documentation of the baby will also be stored. Furthermore, from all the data stored, a system will be created that can make a complete of documentation containing photos and details of the baby's birth data. The system that will be built is expected to increase value and satisfaction for patients, especially parents of babies with the services that the hospital provides, so that it can become a promotional for Kebonjati Hospital in establishing good relationships with patients

As one of the institutions that often deal directly with the interests of the community, the village government requires good information technology management to support the work of village government. The village government whose mission is to improve village governance in the field of information technology is Sungai Rengas Village, Sungai Kakap Sub-District, Kubu Raya Regency, so research on enterprise architecture design was carried out in the Sungai Rengas Village Government. The goal of this study is to design an enterprise architecture that is suitable for village government systems and can be the first step in forming an electronic-based village government system. This study uses the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework which provides a detailed method for designing enterprise architecture. The design is carried out starting from the preliminary phase to the migration planning phase, each stage will be designed with the enterprise baseline and target architecture and then gap analysis will be carried out. The results of this study are the design of enterprise architecture starting from business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture.Tests were carried out on the results of the enterprise architecture design using the enterprise architecture scorecard. The test results stated that the enterprise architecture designed for the government of Sungai Rengas Village was valid or the design was in conformance with the baseline conditions and targets for the government of Sungai Rengas Village because the results of the percentage of testing had surpassed 50%, that is 82.95%.

Sales is the most important component in and industrial company. This is because, income comes into the company if sales is running, therefore it is important to do an analysis of the products sold so that the company can prepare earlier before the demand for these products come, in order to produce better income. This study uses ARIMA, SVR, FFT and Prophet to forecast and with MAPE and RMSPE as the measure level of accuracy, also to see if there is any seasonality in the product that is being analyzed, seasonal_decompose is used. The results of the analysis show that ARIMA and Prophet are the best forecasting methods, this is because both methods have the lowest MAPE and RMSPE value. After being analyzed using seasonal_decompose, it was found that all of the products studied have a pattern that repeats itself at a certain time every quarter. For more further analysis, it was done by head-to-head comparison, where 20 product samples of each category was used. By this analysis it was clear that products in Category 1 are better to use ARIMA and products in Category 2 are better to use Prophet.

The need for a computer-based system for Chinese language course institutions that still carry out the payment administration process manually, by writing payment details on receipts and student payment cards. The manual system makes the payment process longer and less efficient and requires more time to make financial reports. The problem is how to make the payment process more manageable, practical, efficient, and well-controlled. The computer-based payment management information system will solve this problem. In addition, there are additional benefits, good data management of students, and more detailed financial statements than manually. This research is develop a course payment system for the controlled management of student finances. The purpose is to prevent financial abuse and financial reporting more efficiently and accurately. The software engineering method used is Waterfall with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) development model which is able to build the system in stages. It is hoped that with this system new student registration, payment processes and financial reports will be better for this course institution.The MandarinPro Course Payment System has been tested and used by Feng Huang Mandarin Course Bali to support student registration, course payments and financial reports. This system can be applied to similar courses.
