Abstract

It is impossible to separate the several digital platforms utilized in business marketing from the current environment. Tiktok, a digital platform that lets users upload videos, is one social media site that is seeing a sharp increase in users. According to data from the website data.goodstats.id, 112 million Indonesians use the Tiktok social media platform, ranking it second globally after 116 million users in the US. However, as part of the company's product marketing plan, Tiktok has not been utilized to its full potential in Indonesia. In light of these circumstances, the purpose of this study was to investigate and determine how Tiktok social media affects interest in purchasing cosmetics. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey methodology. In the meantime, 100 students from three universities in the Bekasi Regency were given questionnaires to complete in order to collect data. The examination of the processed data reveals that interest in purchasing cosmetic products is influenced by Tiktok social media marketing.

Abstract

Advertising on Pantene shampoo uses Youtube social media as a promotional medium. The phenomenon that occurred, based on data on the number of viewers on Pantene Bye #RambutCapek advertisements, increased by 22,955,186 million in less than a month at the beginning of the yearِ 2022.ِ Thisِ researchِ is entitledِ "Analysis of the Effectiveness of Pantene Bye #RambutCapek Ads withِ theِ AISAS method"ِ byِ usingِ theِ Descriptiveِ Quantitativeِ method andِ takingِ samples in this study using nonprobability sampling methods with purposive sampling techniques. The sample taken amounted to 100 respondents who were calculated using the slovin formula. The results of the analysis of the AISAS method (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share) the effectiveness of Pantene youtube advertising with the results of the average Attention score of 90.8% which is categorized as Excellent, Interest of 74.4%, Search of 61.3%, Action of 61.6% with Good cartegory and Share of 58.4% which is categorized as average

Abstract

Student organizations play an important role in developing student potential and facilitating productive student activities. However, in the course of their operations, student organizations often face various problems that can hinder their effectiveness and sustainability. Therefore, the implementation of appropriate problem-solving strategies is key in ensuring the smooth management of student organizations. This article aims to analyze the importance of problem-solving strategies in student organizations, identify the factors that influence the success of these strategies, and provide concrete examples of their implementation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Inflation and Firm Size on Profitability in Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis, which is to determine the effect of two independent variables on one dependent variable which is then carried out t hypothesis test and F hypothesis test to determine the significance level of the effect. The population of this study is the financial statements of Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and samples taken using purposive sampling techniques so that the samples taken start from the 2019-2023 period. Based on the results of the study, it shows that simultaneously and partially Inflation and Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on Profitability. The coefficient of determination is 36.3% and the remaining 63.7% is another variable that also affects profitability but is not examined. As for partial Inflation has a greater influence than Firm Size.

Abstract

The development of modern retail in Indonesia is so fast, this has an impact on the growth and development of various retailers in various regions. Nanostore as a micro business which is one of the traditional retailers which in Indonesia is known as a grocery shop is a business run by families in villages that support the daily needs of the surrounding community. In 2022 there will be 326 modern retailers which will result in competition leading to higher consumer expectations for service quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of services provided by nanostore owners, to determine the effect of service quality on nanostore consumer satisfaction in Bandar lampung. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to 230 nanostore respondents. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with correlation analysis techniques, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results have shown that service quality affects customer satisfaction by 46.6%.
