Abstract

Stock returns are a key way for investors to check how well their investments are doing in the stock market. Consumer goods companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange saw changes in their stock prices over the three years from 2022 to 2025, with some going up and others going down. This situation requires looking at the main things that affect how much stock prices go up, like dividends, cash flow from operations, and how profitable a company is. This study uses a numerical method and relies on data collected from financial reports and information from the capital market. The sample was chosen on purpose, including 32 companies and making a total of 128 observations over four years. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression, and the SPSS software was used to help with this process. The results show a strong connection, showing that dividends and operating cash flow greatly affect stock returns.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the financial accounting system in the recording and financial reporting process at PT Afan Logam Lestari and assesses its conformity with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). A descriptive qualitative approach was applied. Data were obtained from three purposively selected informants through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis involved reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. Data credibility was strengthened through source, technique, and time triangulation and member checking. The findings show that the company operates a semi-manual accounting system supported by Microsoft Excel. Transaction evidence, recapitulation, journalizing, an income statement, and a statement of financial position are available. Nevertheless, the process is not fully integrated, accounting SOPs have not been formally documented, segregation of duties is not yet fully established, and several financial statement components are not presented separately. The study concludes that SAK implementation remains partial. Improvement should prioritize workflow standardization, clearer responsibilities, written SOPs, human resource competence, internal control, and gradual system development according to company needs.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pengguna dan transaksi QRIS di Indonesia meningkat signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, namun peningkatan adopsi tersebut belum sepenuhnya diiringi dengan keberlanjutan penggunaan, mengingat masih ditemukan keluhan pengguna terkait kendala transaksi dan resistensi sebagian pelaku usaha terhadap QRIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap continuance intention dengan user satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna QRIS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu generasi Z yang berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek, berusia 17 sampai 27 tahun, dan pernah menggunakan QRIS sebagai metode pembayaran. Sebanyak 130 data responden yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan program SmartPLS 4.0 melalui pendekatan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, meliputi evaluasi outer model yang mencakup convergent validity, discriminant validity, dan reliabilitas, serta inner model yang mencakup R-Square, Q-Square, dan uji signifikansi path coefficient. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap user satisfaction, serta perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan user satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention pengguna QRIS, sehingga user satisfaction terkonfirmasi berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan tersebut.
