Abstract

The articles in this research aims to know the influence of career development and performance assessment against job satisfaction through a work commitment. The study categorized as research description (explanatory research).This research is done in cooperative Agribusiness Tarutama Nusantara Jember. The population in this research is the employees remain in the Cooperative Agribusiness Tarutama Nusantara Jember as much as 159 employees. Large samples in this study using multivariate statistics 115 IE rules sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study includes test instruments, test the classical assumptions, test , and an analysis of the Path. The results of the research there is a partial influence and simultaneous development of performance assessment and career I to wards job satisfaction through employee commitment. This suggests that the performance appraisal,job satisfaction and commitment of work has a positive influence to wards the development of a career. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of damage and identify factors causing damage AMDK 220ml that occurred on March 13 to 11 April 2017 at PT. Tujuh Impian Bersama. The company is engaged in bottled drinking water industry (AMDK) with Al Qodiri brand. This research uses descriptive statistical research model. The analysis used is Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Kaizen. The results of the analysis show that the quality control of the product is beyond the control limits set. The most damage type is dent pack as much as 239pcs. From the causal diagram can be known factors causing damage from the most dominant include machinery, raw materials, humans, and methods. Based on the kaizen implementation tools, the recommendations for improvement are routine maintenance and re-adjustment of production machines, more rigorous selection of suppliers with more stringent standards, and improved human resource performance through supervision and briefing. Abstract

Research aims to examine whether green marketing and knowledge influence on purchasing decision. Besides, it also aimed to analyze consumer buying interest mediation on green marketing effect and knowledge on purchasing decision of Sariayu Martha Tilaar in Jember City. Approach research used in this research is research quantitative, with a population of consumers Sariayu Martha Tilaar in Jember City. Sampling techniques used in this research was accidental sampling, with as many samples 104 people.The method of analysis the data used in this research was SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis with confirmatory approach. Based on the research done can be concluded that variable green marketing and knowledge variables had significant influence on buying interest and purchasing decision, and buying interest had significant effect on the purchasing decision. Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze the influence of Strait Times Index, Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange index, and Manila Composite index on strengthening or weakening relation of exchange rate and BI rate against Jakarta Composite Index from September 2014-December 2015. This research used secondary data and a quantitative research . The type of research used is explanatory research ,the population are stock price indices in Bursa Efek Indonesia and sample used is Jakarta Composite Index which shows daily prices fluctuation of all stocks. Analysis methode used is moderated regression analysis. The results showed Strait Times Index able to strengthen exchange rate with Jakarta Composite Index and unable to strengthen BI rate with Jakarta Composite Index, Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange index able to strengthen exchange rate and BI rate with Jakarta Composite Index, last Manila Composite index unable to strengthen exchange rate with Jakarta Composite Index and able to strengthen BI rate with Jakarta Composite Index. Abstract

The study aims to know and analyze the influence of training, physical work environment, and organizational culture toward employee on Lumajang Water Supply Company. This research is called explanatory research. Population is all regular employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company with amount 61 respondents and sample selected by jenuh sampling or sensus method with amount 61 respondents. Data analyze method is multiple liniear regression. The result of study shows up that Training of employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship, Physical Work Environment on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship, and Organizational Culture on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship. This indicates that the Training, Physical Work Environment, and Organizational Culture can improve Performance of employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company optimally. Abstract

This article aim to anayze the level of satisfaction of customer on the quality of services that includes physical evidence, dependability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on subjects tourist Red Island Beach. The population in this research was visitors of The Red Island Beach. Sampling method used was non-probability sampling namely purposive sampling with the number of respondents as much as 108 people. Variables used the quality of services. The analysis methode uses Service Quality (SERVQUAL).The results demonstrates that 1) physical evidence has eight indicator which all indicators showed satisfaction visitors of Red Island Beach.2) dependability indicator having two roomates they showed satisfaction visitors of Red Island Beach. 3) responsiveness indicator having two roomates they showed satisfaction visitors of Red Island Beach. 4) assurance indicator having two roomates they showed satisfaction visitors of Red Island Beach .5) empathy have five indicator roomates showed satisfaction reviews those five visitors of coastal islands red. Abstract

This study aimed to know and analyze: (1) the role of motivation work of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District, (2) the role of work environment of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District, (3) the role of work experiences of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District, and (4) the role of motivation work, work environment, and work experiences of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District. The approach of the research which used in this research was quantitative. The population department of local revenue of Jember District as much as 261 people. Sample used as many as 73 people and technique the sample collection uses the method purposive sampling. The method of analysis of the data used in this research was linear regression analysis multiple. The results of the testing of hypothesis done show that: (1) motivation work has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District, (2) work environment has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District, (3) work experience has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District, (4) motivation work, work environment, and work experience has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District. Abstract

This study aims to control the quality of sweet bread products at PT Indoroti Prima Cemerlang Jember by analyzing the total amount of bread produced and the amount of bread that is damaged over a period of time using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Modes and Effect Analysis ( FMEA).. Selection of sweet bread that will be studied is based on the proven data of bread production on Januari 2017 which show that the most damaged product were found in sweet bread variant, so it needs to get more attention from the company in priority improvement. Based on the p chart, the damage of sweet breads is within control limits. It is indicated by the whole point that are within UCL dan LCL. The UCL line is 0,0930, LCL line is 0,0238, and p (midline) is 0,0085. The types of damage which happened to the sweet breads are dents, filthy, leak, defated, and truncated. The damaged can be caused by three factors such as man, machine, and method. Based on FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) Method, it shows that the priority improvement for production and packing process are different. Improvement in production process prioritized on man factor, while improvement in packing process prioritized on machine factor. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Investasi, Ekspor dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri pengolahan di Jawa Timur Tahun 2000-2017, serta melihat hubungan variabel bebas yaitu hubungan investasi terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan hubungan ekspor terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa data time series tahun 2000-2017 dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and personality on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment on the employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Jember. This is a descriptive explanatory research. The population was all employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Jember with the sample consisted of 98 respondents taken by census sampling. Research data were analyzed using path analysis. Results showed that organizational culture and personality have a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture and personality have a significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment has a significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior of the employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Jember. These results imply that good organizational culture and personality can improve organizational citizenship behavior, directly, or indirectly as mediated by organizational commitment.
