Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sosial dengan mediasi kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Jember. Fenomena penelitian ini adalah semakin meningkatnya minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha dengan adanya program kewirausahaan dari Universitas Jember seperti program mahasiswa wirausaha, pelatihan kewirausahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proporsional random sampling sebanyak 105 mahasiswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung dari masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh melalui mediasi kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sosial, minat berwirausaha, kepribadian

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sosial dengan mediasi kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Jember. Abstract

ABSTRACT In the continuously operational management context and particularly on the long term perspective, human resources have an important role in creating and  realizing business opportunity. Producing high level of integrity among professional employee demands called corporate culture for all participants of the company rely on the base while achieving the task. Competitive advantage of a company is productivity. The objective of this research to analyze effects of the corporate culture variables (integrity, professionalism, customer satisfaction, pattern, and reward to human resource) simultaneously and partially, on employee’s work productivity. Other analysis emphasizes on the dominant influential variables of corporate culture on employee’s work productivity. Method of Stratified Random Sampling was applied at the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Branch Office Tulungagung and select for 118 respondents. Hypothesis examination involves multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that integrity, professionalism, customer satisfaction, pattern, and reward to human resource simultaneously and partially have positive influence on employee’s work productivity. This research result also shows that pattern has the dominant influence on employee’s work productivity.   Keywords: corporate culture, employee’s work productivity.

Abstract

The declining national economic conditions as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic were felt directly by the community, especially MSMEs engaged in the food and beverage sector. However, the stagnation and slowdown of the economy due to the pandemic cannot be left alone. The massive vaccination movement and the culture of health procedures in the community gave rise to a new spirit to re-open a business. Donate Gendhis Manis is one of the culinary businesses that developed during the Covid-19 pandemic. Challenges faced are limited insight and experience in business management in terms of production, marketing, human resources, finance, and risk management. The community service team tries to help develop the business by brainstorming, FGD, simulation, and providing production tools. As a result, Donate Gendhis Manis' culinary industry can empower itself by being more sensitive to market trends, environmental changes, and consumer tastes and improving its appearance by redesigning its packaging

Abstract

Abstract: Eggplant is one of the most widely cultivated food commodities in Indonesia. One of them was carried out by "Dawuhan Jaya", the eggplant farmer group in Dawuhan Village, Tenggarang District, Bondowoso Regency, in which the majority of its members cultivated purple eggplant varieties. All the time, eggplant peel is usually thrown away when the vegetable is consumed. It only becomes unutilized waste. However, it is known that purple eggplant peel has many health benefits, including antibacterial and antioxidant. Therefore, in this service activity, product diversification of eggplant peel was carried out to process it into dish soap, a product that is widely used in households. The method used in the implementation of the activity was the participatory rural appraisal. The service activity aimed to empower the community, especially eggplant farmer group partners. The stages of activities carried out included counseling and training to increase the partner’s knowledge and skills regarding processing purple eggplant peel into high-value products. The next stage was mentoring carried out to determine and ensure the partner’s ability in production and marketing activities independently. This program was expected to be able to utilize purple eggplant by-products and increase people's income.            Keywords: dish soap; product diversification; purple eggplant peel  Abstrak: Terong merupakan salah satu komoditas pangan yang banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Salah satunya dilakukan oleh kelompok petani terong “Dawuhan Jaya” di desa Dawuhan, kecamatan Tenggarang, kabupaten Bondowoso yang mayoritas anggotanya membudidayakan varietas terong ungu. Selama ini biasanya kulit terong selalu dibuang bila akan dikonsumsi, sehingga hanya menjadi sampah yang tak termanfaatkan. Namun, diketahui bahwa kulit terong ungu memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan, diantaranya sebagai antibakteri dan antioksidan. Oleh karena itu, dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan upaya diversifikasi produk kulit terong menjadi produk yang banyak digunakan dalam rumah tangga, seperti sabun cuci piring. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah participatory rural appraisal. Tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan mencakup penyuluhan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra mengenai pengolahan kulit terong ungu menjadi produk yang bernilai jual tinggi. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah pendampingan yang dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui dan memastikan kemampuan mitra dalam kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran secara mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat, khususnya mitra kelompok petani terong. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan produk sampingan terong ungu sekaligus meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.Kata kunci: diversifikasi produk; kulit terong ungu; sabun cuci piring

Abstract

Kuliner adalah usaha yang paling banyak memberikan peluang bagi pengusaha masa kini khususnya di masa pandemi. Pelaku usaha pada bisnis ini dituntut untuk banyak belajar tentang proses pengelolaan usaha yang mencakup kegiatan proses produksi, pengelolaan keuangan serta kegiatan pemasaran guna mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usaha kuliner hasil olahan ayam UMKM di Jember. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dan membantu memberi solusi terhadap permasalahan riil yang dihadapi mitra di bidang manajemen produksi, pemasaran dan keuangan secara sederhana untuk meningkatkan produktivitas penjualan dan pemasaran usaha kuliner itu sendiri. Tim pengabdian memberikan pendampingan bagaimana kegiatan produksi yang efektif dan efisien, pemanfaatan sosial media sebagai sarana promosi dan pemasaran, serta pencatatan keuangan sederhana. Dengan adanya pendampingan dan pemberian bantuan alat produksi sesuai kebutuhan mitra, kini mitra dapat berproduksi lebih banyak, memiliki akun sosial media sebagai sarana promosi dan pemasaran, serta membuat pencatatan keuangan sederhana agar mitra sendiri dapat mengetahui posisi modal dan laba usaha dengan lebih tepat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze service quality and price on customer experience and switching intention in hotel services in Bali. The study is an explanatory research about the influence of two independent variables service quality and price to the intervening variable customer experience, and its affect to switching intention as a dependent variable. Population and sampling using purposive sampling technique on 204 hotel customers in Bali. The primary data was taken from the questionnaire distribution  and processed using the path analysis method. The results showed that the variables of service quality and price affect the customer experience of hotel service customers in Bali; service quality and customer experience variables affect switching intention in a negative direction, but the price variable can not influence the switching intention of hotel service users in Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work-life quality, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Jember Regency. The research sample consisted of 60 BPBD employees of Jember Regency, which was taken based on the census sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that workload, work-life quality, and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the performance of BPBD employees in Jember Regency. Therefore, BPBD Jember should design the workload according to performance standards, improve the quality of the physical work environment, and involve employees in every performance improvement discussion to increase organizational commitment. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the effect of competence, participatory leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at Pesenkopi in Malang. This study used a sample of 60 respondents who were taken using saturation sampling technique.data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using software version 24. The results showed thatcompetence, participatory leadership style and organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the performance of Pesenkopi employees in Malang.
