The test that was carried out was the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that the majority of toddlers' nutritional status at the Marbau Health Center in North Labuhanbatu Regency were well nourished and the majority of toddlers' psychomotor development was appropriate. Based on the results of the chi-square test, the value of p = 0.001 <a = 0.05 was obtained. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between nutritional status and toddler psychomotor development at the Marbau Health Center in Labuhanbatu Utara Regency in 2022. The suggestion in this study is that the Marbau Health Center should continue to pay attention to the suitability of toddlers' nutritional status and psychomotor development in order to create a healthy and smart generation going forward.

This study uses a quasy experimental design or pseudo-experiment method using a pretest and posttest design with control. In this design before the treatment is given, the sample is first given a pretest (initial test) and after the experiment the sample is given a posttest (final test). This design is used in accordance with the objectives to be achieved, namely to determine the effect of lemon aromatherapy on the frequency of emesis in first trimester pregnant women. The results of the analysis show the effect of giving lemon aromatherapy to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women at the Santa Elisabeth Kefamenanu Clinic, where the ρ value = 0.000 (<0.05) is obtained. As well as producing the conclusion that there is a relationship between giving lemon aroma therapy to pregnant women in the first trimester.

For a good attitude as many as 5 people (9.1%), 46 people (83.6%) and less attitude 4 people (7.3%). For good action 5 people (9.1%), sufficient action 19 people (34.5%) and less action 31 people (56.4%). The research suggestion is that in order to produce healthy offspring, it is also necessary to maintain the health of the reproductive organs. The school should include reproductive health education as an additional curriculum in the subject. Abstract

The prevalence of Hepatitis B in Indonesia is due to delays in immunization. The risk of chronic hepatitis B is much greater when infection occurs early in life compared to infection that occurs in adulthood. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence midwives in providing Hepatitis B immunization to newborns in the Bitefa Health Center Working Area. This type of research is a survey with a cross sectional method. The study population was all mothers who gave birth in the working area of the Bitefa Health Center assisted by midwives as many as 102 people, and the entire population was used as a research sample. Data analysis used was univariate, bivariate with Chi Square test, and multivariate with multiple logistic regression test. The results showed the provision of hepatitis B immunization in newborns by midwives as many as 37 people (36.3%), while those who did not provide hepatitis B were 65 people (63.7%). The results showed that motivation (p=0.036), midwife ability (p=0.031) and midwife perception (p=0.031) influenced the provision of Hepatitis B immunization. From the results of multivariate analysis obtained the variable that has the greatest influence is the ability of midwives with an Exp B value = 2.899. Research conclusion is the low immunization coverage is due to the lack of information obtained by mothers from health workers, especially midwives regarding hepatitis B immunization. Suggestions need to improve health services, especially antenatal care checks and provide information to mothers about the importance of complete basic immunization, especially hepatitis immunization.

Abstract

Smoking habits in adolescents is a serious problem with significant health impacts. Serious diseases such as cancer, heart disease and chronic respiratory problems are the consequences of this smoking habit. Adolescents are vulnerable to social pressure, environmental influences, and psychological factors that make it difficult for them to stop smoking. This study analyzes environmental, social, psychological and genetic factors that influence smoking behavior in adolescents through literature studies. These factors include the availability of cigarettes around teenagers, peer influence, stress, and genetic factors. These findings indicate the need for a holistic approach in preventing smoking in adolescents. Policies that limit youth access to cigarettes, changing social norms that support smoking, improving youth emotion management skills, and personalizing interventions based on genetic factors are important steps that must be taken to protect young people from the dangers of smoking. This comprehensive approach is expected to reduce the prevalence of smoking in adolescents, support the growth of a healthier generation, and reduce the negative impact of smoking on society as a whole.
