Abstract

Implementing performance improvement programs, studios are solutions that can be used to achieve betterHasyim Asy'ari University. Using the Integrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS) andAnalitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods, studio performance appraisal programs can be carried outoptimally because this method is all the needs and needs of all stakeholders that will be needed to make aneed to make the Main Performance Indicator (KPI). While AHP is used in making decisions from eachKPI to be weighted and then assessed to determine the scores of the studio program. The results obtainedfrom this study are in the results of the evaluation of informatics engineering courses obtained 9 generalcriteria and 28 sub-criteria or KPI. The average rating system from KPI is 81.53% giving informationabout the performance of the Unhasy Informatics Engineering Study Program as a whole its performancehas been good. For the KPI, the average time to successfully get a job and the dictate ratio of the subject isthe highest score while the KPI ratio of AC to the lecture room gets the lowest score.Keywords: Performance measurement, Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS), AHP.

Abstract

A Study Program certainly has a routine agenda every semester, such as a thesis session. Before the trialthesis is carried out, there are several stages that are passed. The recap and data verification phase is donemanually by the study program admin by looking at the complete requirements file. The process arises aproblem that is unable to know the authenticity of the requirements documents, especially the guidancesheet file, the approval of the trial registration from the lecturer. So we need a system that can solves theseproblems. The system will be created using the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) method because theverification process is not enough to do with a username and password. Using the 2FA method theverification system can ensure that the person who verifies is the authority. The result is an informationsystem for document management and document verification has been made using the Two FactorAuthentication (2FA) method..Keywords: document, verification, 2FA

Abstract

Inventory is a material deposit of a company in the form of raw materials, in-process goods and finishedgoods. Inventory is also a major factor in the center of corporate activity, one of which is influenced bydemand or sales. Vendor managed inventory (VMI) is one of inventory control system that is very useful toimprove company performance. This research uses Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology anduses fuzzy time series (FTS) method to predict demand or sales and leverage vendor managed inventory(VMI) model or system in which to apply formula for safety stock control which then developed bymodeling business and Implemented in the form of web-based information systems. By using the actualhistorical data of sales for 5 years which then predicted by fuzzy time series method, and from predictionresult is calculated for safety stock. By using 60 sample data from histori penjulan obtained Mean AbsoluteDeviation (MAD), Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Square Percent Error (MAPE) are 50,690,4,600,953,015 and 15%. From the prediction results used for the calculation of safety stock in December2106 obtained value of 135,535. This indicates that the fuzzy time series is good enough to be used inpredicting demand or sales and stock control..Keywords: VMI, Inventory, RFID, Fuzzy time series, Safety stock.

Abstract

Boarding house is temporary house rent by a settled foreigner or someone who stays a way from home. Someof unhasy students from outside the city find some difficulties to get information about the boarding house, they haveto come and compare it. It makes them confused to select the best boarding house. Therefore, it is necesssary to presenta system on selecting a boarding house in order to help the students. The system implements MAUT method with several criteria related to finding the best boarding house. Thesuperiority of the MAUT method is able to process data from multiple criteria which have different attributes. Asanother DSS method, MAUT is only able to solve the problem of semi-structured and non-structured.The system work by searching the result of total evaluation on every boarding house based on the determinedcriteria and alternative clasification. As the result, the system shows the best boarding house to be recomended. the comparison between system and manual calculation gets 100 % accuration. This proves that the MAUT method hasbeen successfully applied to the system, and able to give recomendation the best boarding house based on the specificcriteria above.Keyword : boarding house, decision supporting system, MAUT, Information System

Abstract

Technological developments can affect many aspects, including the economy, politics, government, andmany others. This influence makes many changes in lifestyle and the way people are used to and are inthe technological environment. They want to be facilitated in every way, one of them in the tradingbusiness, they do not want to waste time and effort in selecting the items they want. This makes a lot of trading business leasing, selling or renting their goods over the internet, world trade is no longer limitedby space and time. High mobility of people demanding world trade is able to provide services and goodswith instant according to consumer demand. The method used in completing this information Sistem is the Research and Development (R & D) thefirst step on the author is collecting literature from textbooks, magazines and the Internet on anyinformation required in the manufacture of Design of Information Sistems Equipment Marriage-BasedWeb and then apply in the manufacture of Information Sistems. The result of this research is a Web-based information Sistem that can help or easier for companies todevelop business in a broader scope. Abstract

Catering fairest is an undertaking in the fields of food service who handles reserving food .To performfood customers reservations required to come directly into place a caterer in order to obtain the informationneeded . This application is expected to be can expanding network marketing on catering fairest as well asproviding an alternative for customers in transact reservations.This final, writer built a system of using a web reservations. Web subscribers will more readily intransact reserving, because of reservations can be done anywhere and anytime without having to dating caterer.all the wayOther benefits also can be perceived by of admin, with using a web of admin can be more easilyaccess data reserving without having seen a record book reservations or computer who are outta my officecatering. The result of this research is that a system based on the web, the implements of programming to solvethe reservations which uses the internet links between providers and consumers. Abstract

The calculation of the value of accreditation is done by assessors using Microsoft Excel, copy paste method is usedto include the value of National Education Standards (NES) / Standar Nasional Pendidikan which stands for eightstandards. It can cause data easily changed by irresponsible person which make invalid data.On the other hand thevalue of accreditation is important to mark the establishment of competence to educational organizations. To solve this problem, calculation system of accreditation assessment for elementary or level education is designwith web technology. It is implement with the latest Laravel technology which use PHP for programminglanguage. For database system, MySQL is choose to handle data. Standard of calculation use regulation for scoringand ranking which legalized by Minister of Education in Indonesia by the Number 11/2009. The design system ismade based on SOP for accreditation of elementary education in Indonesia.As result, web based application is made. It can calculate the value which entered by the accessor and send it rightaway to the server. Several level of user is configure to maintain and administer the entry is specific to level ofuser. It can also give report to concern user as per table, graphic, and print it out to PDF. Many things not to bedone right how such as warning system is detailed by month, use access for school/institution, upload by excelsystem. Hopefully this minor can be accomplish by next research. Abstract

Pelayanan perizinan tenaga medis di kabupaten Sidoarjo selama ini masih menggunakan sistemmanual. Hal ini menimbulkan pemrosesan data menjadi informasi yang diperlukan oleh bagianpegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sidoarjo tidak berjalan dengan baik, dan bagi pemohonyang akan melakukan pendaftaran juga membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sedikit untukmengurusnya. Masalah-masalah tersebut di atas disebabkan sistem perizinan yang belum tertatadengan baik, sehingga mengharuskan pihak Dinas Kesehatan untuk menerapkan sistem perizinan yang mampu memproses data perizinan secara cepat, akurat dan secara otomatis(komputerisasi) dan mampu menyimpan serta menampilkan data yang dapat di kelola denganbaik. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan memberi kemudahan bagi pemohon untukmempermudah proses perizinan secara online tidak perlu mengantri untuk melakukanpendaftaran, dengan fitur web yang responsif, memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengaksesaplikasi layanan perizinan tenaga medis memalui PC maupun perangkat mobile seperti tablet dansmartphone yang bisa di akses dimanapun, bagi pegawai dinas kesehatan bisa mengetahuipresentase permohonan yang melakukan perizninan berupa grafik selain itu juga dapatmembantu pegawai untuk mengelola data perizinan.
