Abstract

Corn plant still ranks second as a staple food in Indonesia today. Limited knowledge and lack of understanding regarding the identification and handling of maize disease often result in less than optimal growth of the maize plant. If corn disease attacks when the maize is still young but the farmers are too late to control it, it is likely that it will have a bad impact on unsatisfactory yields and even result in crop failure. Given these problems, a system that has the expertise to diagnose diseases in corn is needed, which can process problems, accelerate and facilitate early detection of the risk of several diseases in corn plants. The method used to calculate the probability in the process of detecting the chance of emergence of the risk level of several diseases in corn is Case Base Reasoning using the java programming language, xml and using the Android-based MySQL database. The results of the system experiment carried out resulted in a rapid diagnosis with a percentage of certainty and a solution for treatment. Testing the respondent's assessment has resulted and it is concluded that the accuracy of the system based on the 30 data that has been tested can be seen that the diagnostic accuracy rate of this system reaches 83.33%. Abstract

The prediction process is important for the company in the formulation of the company's strategy in the future. Therefore, a precise prediction method is needed by the company to be able to maximize the estimation of future sales. The Double Exponential Smoothing method is a popular method used in privacy because it has good performance. This method has parameter values and has a large influence on the results of predictions. This method uses data compilation that shows trends. Exponential smoothing in the presence of a trend such as a simple transmitter such as two components must be updated every period - its level and trend. Level is an estimate that is smoothed from the data value at the end of each period. A trend is a smoothed estimate of average growth. The purpose of this design produces a prediction method that is appropriate and applicable in the company to facilitate sales activities in the company. Abstract

In the graduation criteria, the final scores of a student who determines whether or not to pass is obtained from the national exam scores and school scores in both practical and written examinations. On the other student scores can also be used as a reference in determining high achieving students and students who deserve help. Therefore, a school needs an application processing system for students can calculate and assess automatically Web based. This system uses Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto method to determine high-achieving students and eligible students to get help from the school. This system uses four user logins that is Admin, Homeroom, Teacher, and Student. Each user login has a different system. Admin users can process student and teacher data. User Homeroom can control a students of class according to their homeroom and homeroom can print student score in the form of report. User Teachers can provide student scores according to subjects and can print reports in the form of Legers (list of student scores). User Students can see the scores obtained. Abstract

Raw material inventory management is very important to be carried out by companies in the process of production activities. The importance of inventory management is also used to address the causes of stock outages and waste of company funding sources. So that further analysis is required by using methods related to inventory management. In addition to further analysis, a computerized system is also needed that can manage raw material inventory management so that it can process automatically and is judged to be more effective. The method used in the study uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Just-in-Time (JIT) methods. Both methods were chosen because they are more suitable to be applied in a company problem, especially in the matter of raw material inventory management. Of the two methods will be carried out a comparison process to find out which method is more effective when used. The results of this study are computerized systems used to determine raw material inventories by the EOQ and JIT methods. From the results of the calculation of the two methods, the final result of the JIT method is Rp. 3.654.495, while the EOQ method obtained a value of Rp. 6.603.181. By looking at the values generated by the two methods, it can be concluded that the JIT method is more efficient than the EOQ method. Keywords: EOQ, JIT, Raw material inventory

Abstract

Rehabilitation of uninhabitable home is an assistance program issued by the government to deal with problems by renovating home. This research was conducted with the topic regarding the selection of recipients of home rehabilitation assistance uninhabitable home in Pandanwangi village. In process of selection of recipient of assistance, is still done manually so it takes a long time, and allows the occurrence of the human error factor at a time. The research aims to build computerized system that can help the selection process recipient of assistance. This research used action research method. This method consists of four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The process calculation using the model Weighted Product using the technique of multiplication to connect rating attribute, where the rating of each attribute needs to be raised to advance with the weights of the attributes concerned. The results of this research are decision support system that can help facilitate staff performance in make decisions process by referring to the results of a ranking model. The alternative ranking results state that the alternative named Sai has the highest value with a total value of 0.065215. From the accuracy test, accuracy level of the system was built reached 80%. Abstract

E-Commerce is one of the alternative choices for a store that is used as a medium of information in order to facilitate interaction between sellers and consumers. The number of products, the variety of products in an e-commerce, often makes consumers feel confused about choosing the product they need. This resulted in a repetitive and time-consuming transaction process. Consumers are often confused about finding information on the rating of the product the user wants to buy. In this study, a Web e Commerce was created which was able to provide recommendations automatically to the user. The method used is the Collaborative Filtering method using Addjusted Cossine Similarity as a tool or method of calculating the similarity between users, then the weigted sum algorithm as the prediction calculation. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the highest internet users in the world, including in the penetration of information on the internet, online news media. But in general news sites not only display news information, but Most sites also display other information such as advertisements and also forms of navigation that interfere with news site readers and interfere with reader comfort, from these problems this study aims to implement web scraping techniques with supervised learning methods and analyzing the form of DOM tree and XPath news sites. The supervised learning approach method is the method used in this study, which is one of the methods of machine learning. By combining these web scraping techniques with supervised learning, the aim is to be able to implement and optimize web scraping techniques to gather news information from various sites. To do basic web scraping that is knowing DOM patterns, XPath structure as a data model or selector at each site. The results of research in the form of a web scrap application that can retrieve news site content without copy paste and the data is stored in a database and displayed to the user application form for the reader without any ads and navigation that disturb the reader. Abstract

Because poverty is the highlight of one of the economic problems that exist in various countries and even the world and including this country, and the poverty rate is a multidimensional problem. This assistance program is part of the poverty reduction program of the government in the first cluster, namely activities on social protection based on the head of the family in meeting or determining the basic food needs of the less fortunate. This food aid will be distributed to the respective officers who take care of the regency or city in the form of non-cash or what is called in-kind, that is, the assistance will be provided in the form of rice and or eggs that have been provided by agents in each region. This study aims to design or create a decision support system for beneficiaries in Brudu village and to implement a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which is a method for determining aid distribution. The results of this research are managing data of potential beneficiaries with weighted calculations in order to help Brudu Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency, namely by using and implementing a system that is more able to work quickly to get results, is appropriate in assessment, and objectively in a decision making so that the selection produced and issued in these results are valid and truly it can be said to be valid that the community deserves assistance and the level of valid data accuracy in the system for determining non-cash food aid using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is 83.851% Keywords:Non-cash Food Aid Distribution System, Information System, SAW, Action Research, Website

Abstract

Thesis document classification is a data mining method with the aim of categorizing thesis abstracts whose categories are unknown. The purpose of thesis document classification aims to assist students in finding a thesis document that is in accordance with their research by reading the abstract to find out specific category. The research discussed about the application of text mining in the classification of thesis documents with case studies at the Faculty of Information Technology. Text mining is functioned to extract data in the form of text to get information from a collection of documents. In this study using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method, a classification method by calculating probability by adding frequencies with a combination of values in the data set. This method has the aim of classifying the datatesting according to the datatraining attributes. Abstract files processed in this classification are abstract files from IT Faculty students who have graduated. There are 5 categories used, namely SPK, RPL, Data Mining, Image Processing, and System and Network Security. The process of calculating the classification of the thesis document using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method begins with inputting training data, preprocessing, calculating the term frequency (word occurrences), calculating the word probability value from the training data, and the final process is calculating the maximum probability value for each category. The data used in this study were 49 data, 34 of which were used for training data and the remaining 15 were used for testing data. Of the total 15 testing data, 14 data were classified correctly and 1 sample was not classified correctly. The accuracy obtained from the thesis document classification system is 93%. Abstract

E-learning is an innovative learning medium that must be optimized, so that education delivery will continue to develop. By using E-learning, the problems of space and time that have been an obstacle in learning are no longer a barrier. Apart from that, the existence of e-learning which has the feature of being able to correct essay answers automatically is felt to be able to help teachers to provide grades to students, and students can learn independently and can get more learning material and can communicate with teachers outside the classroom. In this research the USDP (unified software development process) method, Edit Distance algorithm, and Cosine Simmiliarity are used to match the students' answers with the teacher's answer key, the counting process starts from Text prepocessing, Case floading, filtering, and tokenizing, then processing of Edit Distance and Cosine Simmiliarity. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based e-learning application which is expected to help learning, especially for teachers, to make it easy to give grades to students in exams or essay assignments. In the tests conducted by the author with data from 5 essay questions along with the answer keys and student answer data, and the authors conducted 2 application tests using the same data by applying the edit distance algorithm the value = 94.98 while without the edit distance algorithm it got a value of = 78, 04 and the difference in value = 16.94 from the total value = 100.
