Abstract

Posyandu is one of UKBM managed and organized from, by, for and with the community in the implementation of health development in order to empower people and provide convenience to the public in obtaining basic health care, especially in primary five priority programs including KB; KIA; Nutrition; Immunization and prevention of diarrhea and ARI with the aim of accelerating the reduction of maternal and infant mortality. The development of the state of community nutritioncan be monitored through the results recording and reporting program to improve community nutrition, as reflected in the results of weighing babies and toddlers every month at Posyandu. This study aims to describe the nutritional status of infants in Posyandu Villa Tembalang, Bulusan, Tembalang, S emarang. IHC is one of UKBM wicth managed from, by for and with the community in the implementation of health development in order This study is a descriptive study use the cross sectional design. The data was obtained by the population as much as 43 basis toddler with the criteria according to the study. The sample in this study was children aged 0 - 60 months. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling, because all of the population component was used as the samples..The average age of the children is 40 months, with a minimum of age is one month and maximum is 59 months. The average weight of under five years old children is 13.023 kg, with astandard deviation is 3.5913kg. The average height of under five years old children is 92.123 cm with a standard deviation is 13.7491 cm. The mode of children;s height is 94.000 cm. The average Z score of index weight by height is -0.47 SD 1.45 SD, is included in the normal nutritional status. The average Z score of index height by age is 0.43 SD 3.43 SD, is included in the normal nutritional status. The average Z score of index weight by age is -0.13 SD 2.14 SD , is included in the good nutritional status. The average Z score of BMI by age is 4,68 SD 0,766 SD, is included in the normal nutritional status.The nutritional status of under five years old children at RT 5 RW V Housing Villa Tembalang, Bulusan, Tembalang is normal based on index of weight by height, height by age andBMI by age. Abstract

The food service is a series of activities starting from planning the menu, processing up to the evaluation in order to provide meals for groups of people (residents) in an institution. One ofthe institutions organizing the food is an orphanage. At the beginning of observation by the author at the Orphanage Darunajah Semarang, the authors look at the rest of the food was pretty much after the kids eat. This makes the authors to examine more interested in the quality of food that isheld in an orphanage.The Purpose of the research (study) was to know the children's acceptance of food thats provided by Darunajah Orphanage Semarang and Its relationship with the nutritional status of thechildren. This type of research is descriptive and analytical research in the field of nutrition with cross sectional approach. The number of sample thats used in the study, are 35 children who live at Darunajah Orphanage Semarang, have been taken with simple random sampling. Nutritional status was measured by Body Mass Index (BMI) and the food acceptance was measured with acounting leftovers. The relations of the food acceptance with nutritional status analyzed with Rank-Spearman correlation test. The results showed thats 48,6% children were 13-17 years old.The youngest is 6 years old and the oldest 22 years old. Female child more than the male child, are 19 children (54,3%) more than 16 children (45,7%). Almost all children whos live at theOrphanage (85,7%) could receive food properly. The range of Childrens to food acceptanceis 51,0% to 100%. Most of the children (91.4%) have a normal nutritional status, there are nochildren with malnutrition, espcially the category of bad nutritional status. There is a positive relationship between the level of childrens food acceptance with the nutritional status of children.Darunajah Orphanage Semarang was advised to make a cycle menu for children's meals so that food is more varied and have nutritional standards in order to meet the balanced nutritionalfoods. In this case Orphanage can ask for help from a nutritionist health center or Health Office of Semarang Municipality.Keywords: Orphanage, The Level of Food Acceptance, Nutritional Status.

Abstract

Zat gizi makro, yaitu karbohidrat, protein dan lemak dibutuhkan manusia dalam jumlah yang besar. Karbohidrat merupakan salah satu zat gizi makanan yang paling banyak dibutuhkanbalita, sebagai sumber energi utama bagi tubuh untuk melakukan berbagai aktivitas. Hasil observasi mengungkapkan bahwa jumlah anak balita di Puskesmas Purwoyoso adalah 276 orang.Ditemukan 5 anak balita menderita Bronkopnemonia pada tahun 2011, 12 anak pada tahun 2012 dan 15 anak pada tahun 2013. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kecukupan karbohidrat dan status gizi antara kelompok anak balita penderita dengan kelompok anak balita bukan penderita Bronkopneumonia di Puskesmas Purwoyoso Semarang.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan metode survey dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah semua balita usia 1-5 tahun di Puskesmas PurwoyosoSemarang, yang jumlahnya 276 orang. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 74 orang. Perbedaan tingkat kecukupan energy dan status gizi anak penderita bronkopnemonia dengan bukan penderita bronkopnemonia diuji dengan menggunakan t-test.Rata-rata tingkat kecukupan karbohidrat anak balita di Puskesmas Purwoyoso Semarang yang menderita bronkopnemonia adalah 58,60% AKG dengan SD 9,131 %. Sedang yang bukan penderita bronkopnemonia adalah 65,33% AKG dengan SD 7,205 %. Rata-rata Z-score status gizi(indicator BB/TB) anak balita penderita bronkopnemonia adalah 1,079 dengan SE 0,24224, sedang pada anak balita bukan penderita bronkopnemonia adalah 0,8956 dengan SE 0,11048.Hasil t-test menunjukkan ada perbedaan tingkat kecukupan karbohidrat antara kelompok anak balita penderita Bronkopneumonia dengan kelompok anak balitayang tidak menderita bronkopnemonia di Puskesmas Purwoyoso Semarang (p= 0,010). Hasil t-test tidak membuktikan adanya perbedaanstatus gizi antara kelompok anak balita penderita Bronkopneumonia dengan kelompok anak balita bukan penderita bronkopnemonia di Puskesmas Purwoyoso Semarang (p = 0,537).Ada perbedaan tingkat kecukupan karbohidrat antara kelompok anakbalita penderita dengan kelompok bukan penderita Bronkopneumonia di Puskesmas Purwoyoso Semarang. Tidak ada perbedaan status gizi antara kelompok anak balita penderita dengan kelompok bukan penderita Bronkopneumonia di Pukesmas Purwoyoso Semarang.Perlu peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap anak balita. terutama yang menderita bronkopnemonia. Perlu upaya menambah pengetahuan ibu tentang makanan terutama manfaat karbohidrat yang merupakan sumber energi utama bagi tubuh.Kata Kunci : Tingkat Kecukupan Karbohidrat, Status Gizi, Bronkopneumonia

Abstract

Anemia is a lack of blood diseases are mostly caused by the consumption of food, thats less of iron. Lack of iron consumption in Indonesia caused by the people consume more plant foods that are less of iron, more less than the animal foods that are high of iron, The condition is very risky tothe occurrence of anemia. The protein consumpsion of Indonesian community are still low. The condition will increase the risk of occurence of anemia.The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between contribute a side dish of animal, vegetable and vegetable with protein and iron consumption levels of the student who lives in Rusunawa Residence 1 UNIMUS.This research is explanatory research design with cross sectional approach. The number of sample is 52 students who are living in Rusunawa Residence 1 UNIMUS. The sample was put bythe simple random sampling tehnique. The bivariate statistical analysis was done by the Pearson correlation test.The results show that the average of contribution of protein animal dishes was 12.68% of AKG and the average of iron was 4.62% of AKG, The average of contribution of protein vegetableside dishes was 36.92% of AKG and the average iron was 40.76% of AKG. The average of protein vegetable contribution was 4.82% of AKG and iron was 6.36% of AKG. There are 29 student (55,8 %) who consume protein under 100% of AKG and there are 48 student (92,3 %) who consume iron under 100% of AKG.Conclusion : There is no relationship between the contribution of protein and iron animal side dish with the protein and iron consumption level. There is a correlation between thecontribution of protein and iron vegetable side dish with the protein and iron consumption levels.Keywords: The Contributions of Side Animal, plant and Vegetables. , The Protein and Iron Consumption Level.

Abstract

Hyperurisemia is a disease that marked by sudden and recurrent attacks with a very painful pain as a result of high levels uric acid in the blood that exceed normal limits. Normal levels of uric acid for women is 2,4 to 5,7 mg/dl blood and for man is 3,4 to 7 mg/dl blood. The cause hyperuricemia is a metabolic disorder since birth, consumption of foods high purines, body weight, and the amount of alcohol. The general research purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of nutritional status and intake of purine source with uric acid levels of outpatientswith hyperuricemia in hospital Tugurejo Semarang.The type of reaserch is explanatory research with crossectional approach. The number of sample are 22 outpatients in hospitals Tugurejo Semarang. Univariate analysis will be undertakento present the frequency distribution data. The Shapiro-wilks test was used to analysis the normality distribution both of datas .Bivariate analysis to examine the relationship between two variables will be done by the pearson correlation test, and by the spearman rank test.The result of study showed there are 12 persons of samples (54,5%), are 51-70 years old.There are 8 persons of samples (36,4%) were yunior levelsof education and there are 12 persons of samples (54,5%) have the most fat of nutritional status. Based on the intake of purine source material feeding as many as 22 samples (100%). Uric acid levels by about 16 samples (72,7%)?.Statistical analysis showed the significant relationship (pv =0,000) between the nutritional status and the level of uric acid of blood. The study showed the significant relationship (pv =0,038), between the level of purine uric intake and the level of uric acid of blood.Key words : nutritional status, purine intake, level of uric acid

Abstract

Blood pressure is the amount of force that blood is pressed against the walls of the arteries (arteries) when the heart pumps the blood to all the human body. Blood pressure is one of important indicator in maintaining of healthy body, because the high of blood pressure or hypertension in the long term will lead to stretching the walls of the arteries and lead to rupture of blood vessels . Hypertension is a condition when the blood pressure in the vessels elevated chronically. Hypertension is a global health problem that requires attention because it can cause death in all countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of dosage variation yellow watermelon on the blood pressure in elderly at Panti Wredha Bala Keselamatan Bugangan Semarang.This study is a pre-experimental, with pre-post test. Samples are elderly people living in Panti Wredha Bala Keselamatan Bugangan Semarang with normal blood pressure. The sample size is 15 people. The influence of dosage variation yellow watermelon on the blood pressure were analyzed by T-test.There are 10 persons of sampel are women and 5 persons of sampel are men. The big part of sampel are 60 74 years old, with the youngest is 58 years old and the oldest is 94 years old. There are 8 persons of samples are normal on nutritional status, 6 persons of samples are over wight and 1 person is obesitas. There are the influence of dosage variation yellow watermelon on systolic blood pressure (p value of 0.015). There are also the influence of dosage variation yellow watermelon on the diastolic blood pressure (p value 0.009).There are the influence of the dosage variations of yellow watermelon on blood pressure in elderly at Panti Wredha Bala Keselamatan Bugangan Semarang.Keywords: The Dosage of Yellow Watermelon, The Blood Pressure, The Elderly
