Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of competition in the management of home-made fried onions in Medan. Competition for homemade fried onions that has become increasingly stringent recently has had an effect on the business of Medan Crispy Fried Onions 22. The increasing number of consumer choices for fried onions managed by the people in the city of Medan, makes consumers more free to choose which fried onions suit their tastes and can afford them. make ends meet. This has made fried onion business actors in Medan vying to deliver the best quality products. Therefore, this research tries to examine the development of the culinary industry for fried onion products in Medan Crispy 22 so that the business can survive until now and continue to experience an increase in sales. This study aims to determine the effect of packaging design, price and product quality on purchasing decisions of Medan Crispy 22 M2C. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources. The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents who are influenced by using the Wibisono formula and purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample according to certain considerations. This study uses SPSS 26.0 as a data cooking tool. What will happen this research proves that partially packaging design has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price and product quality partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. while simultaneously showing that packaging design, price and product quality together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

A case study of selling used clothes at the Tj.Anom jasmine market is the subject of this study, which aims to find out how social media affects sales turnover of monza UMKM. This study observes MSME monza traders. The research sample used was random sampling of 100 MSME traders in Pancur Batu, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Social media (X1) as the research independent variable, and sales turnover (Y) as the research dependent variable. The use of questionnaires, interviews, and observations as data collection methods. The SPSS 26 program is used for simple linear regression data analysis. To some extent, Facebook's online entertainment t-count is 9.5. The results of the study show that social media has a value of 0.625. This means that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 62.5%, the remaining 37.5% is explained by other variables. simple linear regression test in this study shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be interpreted that the Social Media variable (X) has an effect on the Sales Turnover variable (Y) and the Correlation Coefficient value (R) is 0.529 or 52.9 meaning there is a relationship significant positive relationship between Facebook Social media and sales Turnover.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is evidence that customers feel satisfied with a used product or service and make repeated purchases. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer loyalty. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection techniques used in the form of primary data, where data is collected using a questionnaire. Conducting on customers who use JNE freight forwarding services as of February 2022 with a population of 3,328 customers with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis results show that service quality, price and location partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at JNE branches of Medan Marelan. Then the analysis results prove that service quality, price and location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at JNE branch of Medan Marelan.

Abstract

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of promotions, lazpaylater features, and self-control on consumer consumptive behavior at the Lazada online shop. The method used in this study is the quantitative method and the data collection techniques carried out are distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations. Respondents in this study were consumers who had purchased goods at the Lazada online shop around Medan. Withdrawal of the number of samples using the slovin formula, then the sample obtained is 100 respondents with α = 0.5 . The results of this study prove that partially the research variables, namely promotions, lazpaylater features and self-control have a significant and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Lazada online shop consumers. The influence of the promotion variable and the lazpaylater feature are positive and self-control has a negative effect on the consumptive behavior of Lazada online shop consumers. Furthermore, simultaneously or together it gives the result that promotions, lazpaylater features and self-control have an effect and are significant on the consumptive behavior of Lazada online shop consumers

Abstract

This research is a scientific work carried out with the aim of knowing the effect of grabfood features, prices and promotions on consumer buying interest in grab application users in the city of Medan. In this study using quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Respondents used in this study are consumers who have used the Grabfood delivery service application. The number of respondents or samples in this study amounted to 100 people, with = 0.5. From the results of data processing and statistical tests of research, it is found that the results of this study partially prove the research variables, namely grabfood features, prices and promotions have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in grab application users in the city of Medan. Furthermore, simultaneously or jointly give the results that the grabfood feature, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Grab application users in the city of Medan.

Abstract

Both formal and informal units need a personal leader who encourages his subordinates to be productive because the spirit of a leader in an organization is absolutely absolute to be a role model for his subordinates. A dynamic and effective manager is the most basic resource encountered, therefore every leader must understand leadership theory by knowing the talent or potential possessed by his subordinates or owned by himself. Leadership is the most important part of management, this is because leadership is the driving force for the creation of optimization of production factors (human, capital, or methods) in an organization or organization. The approach in this study uses an associative and quantitative approach. The associative approach is an approach where to find out that there is a relationship or influence between the second variable (the independent variable and the independent variable). Quantitative approach is a method that is more on the aspect of measuring objectively on the data or formulas obtained. The results showed that there was a significant influence between leadership style and work environment on discipline.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbedaan Harga Saham, Return Saham & Likuiditas Saham sebelum dan sesudah Stock Split pada perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2017. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus (Event Study). Yaitu penelitian yang mempelajari reaksi pasar terhadap suatu peristiwa (event). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017 yang melakukan Stock Split sebanyak 55 perusahaan. Sampel diambil sebanyak 27 perusahaan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Beda yaitu Paired Sample T-Test dan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Harga Saham sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan Stock Split. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Return Saham sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan Stock Split. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Likuiditas Saham sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan Stock Split.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of industrial type, liquidity and company size on risk management disclosure. Industrial type is proxied using the average number of employees, liquidity with the current ratio and company size with total assets. The research uses multiple linear regression methods with a sample size of 24. The research population is LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sampling technique is the purposive sampling method. The research results show that the industrial type and liquidity variables have a positive and insignificant effect on risk management disclosures, company size has a positive and significant effect on risk management disclosures.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze whether there are differences in financial performance before and after the Right Issue in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2021. The financial ratios used are the Current Ratio, Debt to debt-to-equity ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Total Assets Turnover. The sample size for this study is 4. Secondary data is used, and the sampling method employed is purposive sampling. Parametric tests used are Paired Sample t-Test, and non-parametric tests used are Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, with the assistance of SPSS 22 software. Based on the results of this research, it is indicated that there is no difference before and after conducting a Rights Issue in terms of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity, as determined by the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Additionally, for the Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover ratios, there is no difference before and after conducting a Rights Issue, as determined by the Paired Sample t-test.
