Abstract

The aim of this research is to dissect the influence of company size, board of directors composition, committee composition, risk tolerance and leverage on ERM disclosure. There are a total of 96 infrastructure businesses included in this analysis, all of which were listed on the IDX between 2017 and 2021. The data used in this research is secondary data collected from financial reports and annual reports of infrastructure businesses available at www.idx. co.id. The sample size of 17 companies was determined using purposive sampling techniques, and the research followed these companies for a total of five years. Secondary data was collected through a combination of note-taking and a systematic review of existing literature. In this research, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of this research, neither the profitability variable, leverage variable, risk management committee, board of commissioners, nor company size have a statistically significant influence on ERM disclosure. Company Risk Management Disclosures are not significantly influenced by testing all independent variables simultaneously. As much as 92.3 percent of the variation in the dependent variable can be attributed to factors not taken into account in this analysis, only 7.7 percent can be attributed to the independent variables.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry business in Indonesia has increased rapidly over the last few years. Links Café, a simple and comfortable cafe that opened in the middle of the city of Medan, pays attention to factors that can maintain and increase the number of customers who continue to visit Links Café. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Perceived Value (X1), Relational Marketing (X2), and Brand Image (X3) have an effect on customer loyalty (Y) at Links Café, Medan. The population selected in this research were customers who had visited or purchased at Links Café, with a total sample of 97 respondents using a non-probability sampling method. The approach used in this research is quantitative, causal and descriptive. Several test instruments, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis tests are used in the research process. The data from the analysis produces a multiple linear regression equation Y=5.528 + 0.275X1 + 0.132X2 + 0.447X3 + 2.375. This shows that Brand Image (X3) has a greater influence on the attachment variable than X1 and X2. The T test and F test produce Perceived Value (X1), Relational Marketing (X2), and Brand Image have a significant and positive effect on Customer Loyalty (Y), resulting in the hypotheses H1, H2, H3, and H4 being accepted. The coefficient of determination shows that the three independent variables have an influence of 69.4%, while the other 30.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in the research. Therefore, to increase customer loyalty, Links Café can improve its services to pay more attention to customers and give customers a stronger impression.

Abstract

F&B industry, especially café is growing rapidly all around the world, including Medan Indonesia. It has been a trend lately to open a café, as people are seeking places to dine, socialize, relax, etc. As the competition in this industry is increasing day by day, companies need to maintain their business to be able to retain loyal customers for the business by improving the factors that influence their business. One of the cafés that is striving in this industry is Pilastro Signature Medan. The purpose of this research is to reveal whether the factors of Service Quality, Café Atmosphere, and E-WOM has an influence toward Customer Loyalty at Pilastro Signature Medan or not. This research is done by using the quantitative method and a descriptive research design. Sampling is done by using a non-probability sampling with the method of snowball sampling, which involves 96 respondents, and data are analysed using a multiple linear regression method. The result of this research reveals that Service Quality has a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, Café Atmosphere has a significant influence toward Customer Loyalty, E-WOM has a significant influence toward Customer Loyalty, and Service Quality, Café Atmosphere, and E-WOM simultaneously influence Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of capital adequacy (CAR), non-performing financing (NPF) variables on profitability performance (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period from 2015 to 2023. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source in this research is secondary data. The data collection technique was carried out using documentation techniques and data analysis using multiple linear analysis using the F test and t test at a significant level of 5% and the Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination was 87.43%. Changes in the ROA (Y) variable were explained by changes in CAR and NPF while the remaining 12.57% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Partial research results show that CAR and NPF have a significant effect on ROA. Simultaneous research results show that CAR and NPF have an effect on ROA.

Abstract

Company performance is one of the most important things in the business world regarding the condition of the company, both internally and externally. It can be explained that company performance is carried out to measure and assess the success of the company's achievements in generating profits, so that the company can see the potential development that the company has achieved. This research aims to test the agency theory of dividend policy and capital structure on company performance in mining companies on the Indonesian stock exchange ( BEI) 2016-2021. The population in this study was 41 mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2021. This research used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 11 companies. The sample collection technique uses a purposive sampling method, namely taking research samples by paying attention to certain criteria based on the research objectives. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of this research show that Dividend policy and Capital Structure simultaneously influence Company Performance (ROA)

Abstract

Understanding how corporate social responsibility (CSR) is implemented in business growth and societal development is the goal of this study. In order to maximize economic gains, it is required to advance social welfare, which includes stakeholders in the companies. Certain businesses now require more corporate social responsibility (CSR) while developing their brand strategies and when it comes to corporate governance and their obligation to protect the environment. Additionally, the company's needs for sustainable expansion have increased. A complex and diverse supply chain system and a multitude of production processes are characteristics of the automotive industry. Automotive firms fully leverage their cross-industry and internal strengths. At this point, CSR will turn into a means of giving back to the community, establishing the framework for long-term brand growth and paying greater attention to social resources. Abstract

Finding out how important financial literacy instruction is for college students is the aim of this study. Research methodology involves the use of libraries. It is clear from the conversation that in order for students to handle their personal finances, financial literacy is essential. A young person's experience in college is unlike any other. They will embark on a new chapter in their lives once they graduate from college. Soon after graduation, personal financial resources will influence a key decision. Students' firsthand financial management experiences will positively impact their financial literacy. Financial management information is helpful in resolving issues related to budgeting, investments, debt management, saving, and consumption choices. Abstract This study aims to determine whether customer value and customer loyalty affect customer satisfaction at PT. Madani National Capital (PNM) Mekaar Branch Overlay Perak. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted at the office of PNM Mekar (Building a Prosperous Family Economy) which is located at Jl. Sukaramai Hamlet III Pasar II No. 169 Kec. Deli Serdang Regency Silver Expanse. The population in this study consisted of all customers of PNM Mekar Branch Hamparan Perak, amounting to 4393 customers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of training and organizational culture on employee career development at PT Prima Indonesia Logistics. The population of this study was 60 employees and a sample of 30 people using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used was through questionnaires whose measurements were with a Likert scale and processed statistically using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing t test, f test, and determinant coefficient. From data analysis for each variable, the multiple regression equation Y = 12.955 + 0.362x_1 + 0.261x_2 + e. The Adjusted R Square value was obtained at 0.309, which means that X1 and The partial test produced by each independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable with a research significance of less than 0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted, and the result of the simultaneous test calculation is 14,656 with f table 3.11, which means Fcount > Ftable with a level of significance ( α) 0.000 < 0.05, which means the hypothesis is accepted, namely that training and achievement simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Prima Indonesia Logistics

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of Ethical Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia (MTKI). Data collection methods involved distributing a Google Form questionnaire to a sample of 55 employee respondents. The analysis used includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and MRA tests. Based on the research results, Ethical Leadership partially has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a t-value > t-table (7.414 > 1.673) and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Organizational Commitment partially has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a t-value > t-table (3.747 > 1.673) and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. The contribution of Ethical Leadership and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance is 82%, while the remaining 18% is influenced by other variables outside of this study
