Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth on the human development index (HDI) in Central Sulawesi Province in 2015-2018. The type of this research is quantitative with the method of data analysis used in this study is panel data regression. The model combines cross-sectoral observations and time series data so that the number of observations increases degrees of freedom and reduces collinearity between explanatory variables and then improves the efficiency of econometric estimates. The effect of economic growth on HDI in Central Sulawesi Province shows a positive and significant relationship meaning that for every increase in economic growth of 1 percent, the HDI of Central Sulawesi Province will increase by 1.49.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Accountability, Transparency and Organizational Commitment to Village Fund Management in Momunu District, Buol Regency. The type of this research is a survey. The population in this study were 16 villages in Momunu District, Buol Regency. Determination of the sample using the Purposive Sample method, respondents in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary and Village Treasurer, which amounted to 48 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results shows that Accountability, Transparency and Organizational Commitment simultaneously had a significant influence to Village Fund Management in Momunu District. Partially accountability has a significant influence to Village Fund Management in Momunu District. Transparency partially has a significant influence to Village Fund Management in Momunu District. Organizational Commitment partially has a significant influence to Village Fund Management in Momunu District. Keywords: Village Funds, Accountability, Transparency and Organizational Commitment. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Akuntabilitas, Transparansi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Pengelolaan Dana Desa di Kecamatan Momunu Kabupaten Buol.Jenis Penelitian adalah survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Momunu, Kabupaten Buol.Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling, responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa dan Bendahara Desa yang yang berjumlah 48 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Akuntabilitas, Transparansi dan Komitmen Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengelolaan Dana Desa di Kecamatan Momunu.Akuntabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengelolaan Dana Desa di Kecamatan Momunu.Transparansi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengelolaan Dana Desa di Kecamatan Momunu.Komitmen Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengelolaan Dana Desa di Kecamatan Momunu. Kata Kunci:Dana Desa, Akuntabilitas, Transparansi dan Komitmen Organisasi.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss how the gross participation of early childhood education in Central Sulawesi. The writing method used is conceptual in nature which is sourced from books, news, other reading material and observations that are related to the government's efforts in developing early childhood education in Central Sulawesi. The government's efforts in participating in improving early childhood education in 2011-2017 are very significant. In 2011, the Rough Participation Rate was still 42.82%, 2012 rose to 55.12%, 2013 to 63.20%, then 2014 rose again to 76.41%, then 2015 has reached 85.41% and 2016-2017 has reached 88.12%. Furthermore, it can be seen in the data of the ministry of education and culture of the secretariat general of the education and cultural data and statistics centers in 2018 and 2019, Central Sulawesi has achieved a gross participation rate in the Ministry of Education and Culture Early Childhood Education 32.41 while the Ministry of Education and Culture is added by the Ministry of Religion 34.14. From these figures it can be seen that Central Sulawesi's Early Childhood Rough Participation Rate has declined over the past 2 years. But the Central Sulawesi government continues to strive to increase the development of Early Childhood Education in Central Sulawesi. Abstract

Togean Islands is one of the conservation areas in Central Sulawesi with the name Togean Islands National Park which has unique of geological resources and features to be used as a Geotourism area. This study aims to inventory the existence of unique geological sites that have the potential to become geotourism objects in the Togean Islands. The inventoriation method applied is field investigation and secondary data collection using literature studies. The results of the application of this investigation were obtained by a number of unique geosites in the Togean Islands including karst morphology, Tanimpu waterfalls, and volcanic landscapes including hot water manifestations, lithology and magmatic-volcanic rock structures in the form of intrusions and pillow lava. These geosites have the value of earth science education as an attractive geological object, have a beauty and economic value as a tourist attraction, and are supported by protection as a conservation area which is also promoted by the local government as a tourist destination, so that it has the potential to become a geotourism object in Central Sulawesi. Abstrak Kepulauan Togean merupakan salah satu wilayah konservasi di Sulawesi Tengah dengan nama Taman Nasional Kepulauan Togean yang memiliki sumberdaya dan kenampakan geologi yang unik untuk dijadikan kawasan Geowisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisasi keberadaan situs-situs geologi (geosites) unik yang berpotensi menjadi objek geowisata di Kepulauan Togean. Metode inventarisasi yang diterapkan yakni invesitigasi lapangan serta pengambilan data sekunder menggunakan studi literatur. Hasil penerapan investigasi ini diperoleh beberapa geosites yang unik di Kepulauan Togean meliputi kawasan morfologi kars, Air terjun Tanimpu, dan bentang alam vulkanik meliputi manifestasi air panas, litologi dan struktur batuan magmatik-vulkanik berupa intrusi dan lava bantal. Geosites tersebut memiliki nilai edukasi sains kebumian sebagai objek geologi yang menarik, memiliki nilai keindahan dan ekonomis sebagai objek wisata, serta didukung oleh proteksi sebagai kawasan konservasi yang dipromosikan pula oleh pemerintah daerah sebagai destinasi wisata, sehingga sangat potensial menjadi objek geowisata di Sulawesi Tengah.

Abstract

At present the welfare of farmers becomes the focus, because there are indications that the welfare of farmers continues to decline, which means the number of poor people is increasing. the production paid for by the same farmers. To explore the causes of the decline in farmers 'welfare, one can use the measurement of farmers' welfare, one of which is the Farmers Exchange Rates (FER). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the ups and downs of output and input prices, as measured through Farmers Exchange Rates (FER) in the agricultural sector of the Food Crop sub-sector in Central Celebes Province. This study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach in order to obtain a deeper picture and information about activities in the agricultural sector of the food crops sub-sector. Abstrak Saat ini kesejahteraan petani menjadi fokus, karena ada indikasi kesejahteraan petani terus mengalami penurunan, yang berarti jumlah penduduk miskin makin bertambah.Ditengarai penurunan kesejahteraan para petani itu karena tidak seimbangnya antara hasil jual produk tani yang dihasilkan oleh petani, saat ini tidak sebanding dengan harga input produksi yang di bayar oleh para petani yang sama. Untuk menelusuri penyebab penurunan kesejahteraan petani tersebut, dapat menggunakan penggukuran kesejahteraan petani, satu diantaranya adalah Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi naik – turunnya harga ouput maupun harga input, yang terukur melalui Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) pada sektor pertanian sub – sektor Tanaman Pangan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif guna untuk memperoleh gambaran dan keterangan yang lebih mendalam mengenai kegiatan di sektor pertanian sub – sektor tanaman pangan.

Abstract

The teacher is a figure who plays an important role in the world of education. Writing aims to describe: 1) the ability of teachers to write scientific work as a form of developing professional competence; 2) teacher understanding of developing professional competence; 3) the teacher's difficulty in writing scientific papers as developing professional competence; 4) the efforts of the Head of the Education Office in overcoming the problem of the ability to write scientific papers of teachers as developing professional competence. This research is a qualitative research. The research design used is descriptive. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity uses triangulation with qualitative interactive data analysis. The results showed that; 1) The teacher's ability to write scientific papers, namely classroom action research; 2) Teacher's understanding of developing professional competence is still lacking; 3) the difficulty of elementary school teachers in writing scientific papers as developing professional competence, namely limited time, low motivation, lack of understanding of professional competence, limitations in developing ideas in writing scientific papers; 4) The efforts taken by the Principal include: involving teachers in socialization, seminars, and workshops related to writing scientific papers; involving teachers in training, discussions held from outside the school related to writing scientific papers. There should be other efforts by giving teachers the opportunity to take part in competitions related to writing and promoting literacy culture.
