Abstract

Unstable climate change has the potential to reduce economic growth, food security, and human health. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of political communication of village heads in increasing the success of the Climate Village Program. Qualitative research method with interviews with 30 village heads who have received awards from the National Climate Change Week (PNPI) and content analysis from 30 relevant communication journals. The results of the analysis show that effective political communication plays a role in creating a society that is aware and responsive to environmental issues. The implementation of a good socialization strategy involving all levels of society and information transparency encourages active participation and collaboration, which is essential for the success of the program. The support of community and government leaders, as well as the intensification of communication, is very good for increasing the positive impact on environmental sustainability. The implications of the implementation for other heads of desai that do not include informants are more effective in implementation if there are program challenges that require serious attention, especially in two implementations, namely improving environmental education and infrastructure investment. The results of this study refer to the need for integrated efforts in environmental management and sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of religious inOluencers in digital da'wah in Indonesia, a country with a majority Muslim population. Despite the signiOicant potential to disseminate Islamic teachings through modern technology, communication barriers hinder the understanding of these teachings. Da'wah communication is considered crucial in Islam to attain the best rewards. The research methodology is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results indicate that religious inOluencers bear a signiOicant responsibility in accurately and effectively conveying religious teachings through various communication channels. While easy access to online information presents opportunities, challenges such as misinformation dissemination and societal resistance need to be addressed. To overcome these obstacles, inOluencers must become intelligent, adaptive communicators who build trust with their audiences. By bridging tradition with technology, digital da'wah can serve as an effective means to responsibly disseminate religious values in the continuously evolving digital era.

Abstract

This is study examines the pre-dispute of land waqf in the perspective of Article 40 of Law No. 41 of 2004 as a solution to education problems in Indonesia, with a focus on the community in Tangerang. The complex issue of secondary education raises tensions between the legal meaning and practice of waqf, especially related to the use of waqf assets for education. The research method used was qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation at the Al Mabrurotul Munawwaroh Al Amanah Foundation. Interviews were conducted with education managers, related officials, and administrators of the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI). The results of the study show that the prevention of waqf disputes is highly dependent on transparent and participatory asset management, as well as the understanding of rights and obligations through socialization. The ambiguity of the waqf pledge deed needs to be overcome to strengthen the legitimacy of management. The conflict between the heirs and the nadzir reflects a social dynamic that requires a constructive solution. These findings confirm that a clear legal framework and collaboration between parties are essential to utilize land waqf in improving access and quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Charity in various regions, including Tangerang City, is a manifestation of the organization's efforts in spreading da'wah and realizing a progressive Islamic society. The research aims to analyze the role of Muhammadiyah Business Charity (AUM) in the economic development of the ummah in Tangerang City through a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to comprehensively understand the contribution of AUM. The focus of the research includes AUM managers and fostered MSME actors who interact directly with Muhammadiyah's economic empowerment program. Primary data was obtained from AUM managers and business actors, while secondary data came from literature studies and institutional reports. The analysis shows that AUM performance is in the good category, characterized by institutional effectiveness, program relevance, and accountable governance. AUM plays a significant role as an economic driver of the ummah through educational, health, social, and business unit services based on sharia economic principles that encourage social justice and economic inclusivity. However, some aspects such as the quality of human resources and business model innovation are still in the poor category so they need strengthening. The impact of AUM is evident in community empowerment, increased access to services, and its contribution to equitable welfare. This finding confirms that optimizing the role of AUM requires synergy between strong internal capacity and adaptability to external dynamics for the economic sustainability of the people in Tangerang City.
