Abstract

Central Java is considered potential to trigger an increase in national economic growth, the economic characteristics of Central Java is determined by agriculture, industry and trade, hotels and restaurants (PHR).Each region in Central Java has different characteristics, the western and southern regions are dominated by the agricultural sector, the northern region is dominated by PHR, while the east is dominated by the industrial sector.Based on these characteristics, it is necessary to do a spatial data-based analysis on GRDP data so that the abovephenomena are modeled based on the economic characteristics of each region and know the relation of theregion to each other in the context of the growth of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Spatial regression is one of the solutions of the above problems, this method of development of regression analysis, spatial regression not only see the global effect also see the local effect. In this study using spatial regression with lag in independent variables, this model is called spatial lag X (SLX). Data used in this research is data obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2015, including data of GRDP price applies to 35 districts and cities in Central Java Province for the year 2015. Besides data of GRDP, data of factors influencing GRDP price Such as Road infrastructure data, Human Capital, and Manpower, are also used in this study. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that the human capital parameters give significant influence on OLS and SLX model. While in the SLX model only the weighted variable of labor has significant effect. Furthermore thebest model is shown with the highest R2 value, the SLX model produces R2 of 0.64, so the best model obtainedis the SLX model. Thus, it can be concluded that the GRDP value in a region in Central Java is influenced by the value of the human capital of the region as well as the labor of the nearest region. Keywords: Spatial Regression, Moran’s I, Gross Domestic Regional Bruto

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has the diversity of plants that can be used as one source of essential oils (Feriyanto,2013). Lemongrass oil in the health field can be used as an anticeptic, anti- inflamation, analgetik, and sedative(Giuliani and Satuhu, 2012)Lemongrass can be used for the treatment and can be utilized as an ingredient of SOAP, insect repellent, as well as  aroma therapy. Essential oil from lemongrass herbs can be obtained by means of presses. In addition, Lemongrass scented myrrh essential oil can be obtained by means of distillation. The principle of distillation is to isolate or separate two or more component liquid based on the boiling point ofwater distillation methods, these materials then will be distilled directly with boiling water, as the result, thematerial will float above the water or submerged completely (Sastrohamidjojo, 2004). The results of the distillation is generally in the form of essential oils containing rough water, the necessary process for withdrawal of water from the essential oil so that the quality of essential oils will improve and the color will become more clear. Method of withdrawal of water using sodium sulfate (Na2SO4) anhydrous, where water will be pulled by the anhydrous Na2SO4 to produce essential oils with high purity. After obtained essential oils with a high concentration of manufacturing process is done, then a lotion will be blended with essential oils as well as some sweet scent, in order to get the anti mosquitos lotion in essential oil. Abstract

The method of statistic used to estimate the estimation of sea water level is by nonparametric regression approaching of Fourier series. The rob flood caused by sea level rise in Semarang becomes a dissolved problem until today This results the need of modeling to predict and know how high sea level is.The fourier series have fluctuative data pattern because of its periodic character. This makes Fourier series as the appropriate approaching to modelize the sea tidal. Before modelizing the sea tidal with Fourier series approaching, It is previously necessary to find the optimal K value . Based on the determination of optimal K value, with GCV method, It is obtanied K equals 277. The result of average data of the Semarang sea tidal with reggression nonparametic method showed that R 2 is 95% and MSE = 4,42. The lowest tidalestimation resulted in Semarang is on March 2, 2016. Then the highest tidal estimation in Semarang Cityoccurred on August 31, 2016. Keywords : Nonparametric Regression, Fourier Series, Tidal Sea

Abstract

Background : Excessive physical activity is one factor that can cause menstrual disorders. Disorders that can occur include the absence of menstruation (amenorrhea), bone thinning (osteoporosis), irregular menstruation orintermenstrual bleeding, abnormal growth of the uterine lining, and infertility (Asmarani, 2010). Wiarto (2013)explains that in sports discussed about menstruation is an irregular menstrual cycle (oligomenorrhea or reducedmenstrual frequency) or menstruation stops beyond 90 days (amenorrhea or absence of menstrual cycle). Thepurpose of the study: the purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between the frequency of exercise with menstrual cycle in adolescent girls SMAN in Purwokerto who follow the practice of pencak silat. Researchmethod: This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach with total sample of 126 respondents, sampling technique is by non probability sampling technique that is by purposive sampling technique. Result ofresearch: The result of statistical test by using simple logistic regression shows that there is relationship betweenexercise frequency with menstrual cycle with p = 0,000 (p <0,05). Conclusion: This result suggests that excessive exercise is seen in terms of exercise frequency and duration of exercise leading to dysfunction in the hiothalamus leading to impairment of GnRH pulsatility that may inhibit FSH secretion. Suggestions: The suggestions that can be given here is necessary for further research with a larger sample size and consider the psychological condition and nutritional status of respondents Keywords: Dismenorhea, frequency of exercise

Abstract

Each nation will recognize the importance of character building in order to preserve and maintain its existence as a nation-state. The most strategic vehicle for character building process is education in schools, through the learning process in class. By taking a learning setting of Citizenship Education (PKn) in primary schools in Semarang, empirical studies which have conducted find a few things. Firstly, configuration model that was built of the latent exogenous variables , such as appreciation of teachers, principal leadership, school culture, learning design, and the latent endogenous variable; learning of character-buildingindicate that the model fit, based on the findings of Chi-Square value of 23.22 and its p-value of 0.0871. Secondly, the learning of character-building more awakened by the school culture and leadership of school principals. This study recommends several ways. First, it is necessary to increase the understanding of PKn elementary school teachers about Character Development through synergy activities between education department as a facilitator, universities as a material developer, by empowering and developing the existing institutions at the community of primary school teachers as Teacher Working Group (KKG), professionorganizations, and so on. Second, it is necessary to facilitate the arrangement of examples or models of Citizenship Education learning design which contains Character Building, to teachers in primary schools by involving various stakeholders. Third, it is necessary to dostructural approach, empowering principals to facilitate and motivate Citizenship Education teachers of Character Development learning in the classroom, which is done through the meetings of Principals Working Group (KKKS). Fourth, it is necessary to do the empowerment of school culture to support Character Development learning in PKnclassroom through the strengthening of extra-curricular activities that can be created and developed by the Citizenship Education teachers by empowering local potentials which contain the noble values , such as traditional games, folklores, fairy tales, poetry, wise words, symbols, etc., which contain local wisdom.
