Abstract

ABSTRAKPemantauan gunungapi merupakan hal yang krusial terutama bagi negara yang mempunyai banyak gunungapi seperti Indonesia. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pemantauan gunungapi aktif adalah biaya yang cukup besar dan lokasi gunungapi yang sulit diakses. Pemantauan jarak jauh (remote sensing) sudah mulai diaplikasikan untuk kebutuhan ini. Dalam penelitian ini kami mencoba menggabungkan remote sensing pemantauan Gunungapi Anak Krakatau (GAK) dengan pemantauan seismik untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai aktivitas vulkanik yang terjadi. Korelasi yang kuat didapatkan antara kenaikan jumlah gempa tremor terhadap kenaikan suhu permukaan dengan nilai korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,53 untuk gempa tremor da 0,47 untuk gempa letusan. Temperatur maksimal yang tercatat pada bagian puncak, naik dari 300 Cmenjadi 700 C. Selain itu, leleran lava yang terjadi di lereng GAK dapat tercitrakan dengan baik pada LST (Land Surface Temperature).Kata kunci: Gunung Anak Krakatau, monitoring, remote sensing, temperaturABSTRACT Volcanic monitoring is one of the crucial things for the country which has rich of volcanoes such as Indonesia. High-cost ground base for monitoring is a problem that should be overcome, moreover if the volcanic area is difficult to access. Remote monitoring has begun to be applied to respond the need. In this study, land surface temperature (LST) from remote sensing method and seismic method combined to know volcanic activity of Anak Krakatau Volcano (GAK). A strong correlation is obtained from an increase in the number of tremor events to an increase in surface temperature with Pearson Correlation value 0,53 for tremor event and 0,47 for eruption earthquake. The maximum temperature in summit was increase from 300 Cto 700 C. In addition, the melting lava that came out from eruption on the slopes of GAK can be wel- imaged on LST. Abstract

This paper discusses the concept of environment in the perspective of Islamic law (fiqh). Understanding of environmental issues (fiqh al bi `ah) and the treatment needs to be placed on an ethical and moral foundation to support all efforts that have been made and nurtured during this even though it has not been able to cope with environmental degradation. Fiqh environment in order to awaken people of faith to realize that environmental issues are not released from the responsibility of man who is faithful and a mandate from Allah to preserve and protect nature from all sorts of damage and destruction that resulted in his own life-threatening. Environmental conservation law is fardlu kifayah. That is, all those individuals and groups responsible for environmental protection, and should be involved in the handling of environmental damage.

Abstract

The success of individual in keeping healthy from infectious disease is closely related to the ability oftheir body immune responses againts infectious agents. It is reported that one way to increase the immuneresponses is by system to antioxidant. Red fruit oil contains carotenoid and tocoferol that function asantioxidant. This study was aimed at investigating the effect of red fruit oil on spleen lymphocyteproliferation in mice infected with Listeria monocytogenes. Sixty female Balb/c mice were used in thisstudy. The animals were randomly selected and divided into five groups, each group were 12 mice. The firstand second groups received aquadest only, whereas the third, fourth, and fifth groups received red fruit oilwith different doses, ie. 0.3, 0.6, and 1.2 mL/kbBW/day, respectively. Lymphocyte proliferation activitieswere tested by using 3-(4,5-dimethyl-thiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay method.Lymphocyte proliferation assay demonstrated that there was significant difference between the groupswith red fruit oil and aquadest, started at day 2 post-infection. The optical density (OD) values recorded atday 3 in groups I, II, III, IV, and V were 0.769 ± 0.025, 0.904 ± 0.048, 1.110 ± 0.020, 1.021 ± 0.033, 0.979 ±0.002, respectively. The highest optical density (OD), ie. 1.194 ± 0.032, occurred at day 6 after receiving 0,3mL/kgBW/day. In conclusion, red fruit oil could increase lymphocyte proliferation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of chromatographic methods to isolate secondary metabolite compounds in methanol condensed extracts of surrogate plants. A total of 200 grams of simplified planting plants were macerated with methanol solvent for 8x24 hours. The resulting maserate is further distilled to produce a methanol condensed extract of 40 grams. Methanol condensed extract was further analyzed by using thin layer chromatography to see how many compounds in the sample. Abstract

The aim of this research to identify the efectivity method of chromatography to isolatecompound of a metabolite secunder at Peperomia Pellucida L. plant With methanol solvent. As much as 200 gram simplisia plant macerated with the methanol solvent, n- hexan, and Ethyl acetate during 2x24 hours. Maserat obtained subsequently in distillation to produce condensed of methanol extracts of 40 grams. Extracts of condensed methanol subsequently analyzed using thin layer chromatography to see the existence of compounds in a sample.Results of chromatography thin retrieved the reflection of colors that indicate in plantsecondary metabolite compounds there are messengers.Keywords: Peperomia pellucida L., Isolation, Simplisia, Secondary Metabolites.

Abstract

Syntesis of ZnO nano particles using co-precipitation methode with variation of cu-doped consentrate has been done. This research devided by two part, the first part is syntesis process, and the second part is characterization process. The first step of synthesis process is by measuring Zn assetate and CuS mass to get variation of Cu –Doped consentration which is 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8%, then dissolved it with 150 ml HCl 0.5 M. The next step is by droping on solution slowly until pH 10, then the solution stired on a hotplate for 3 hours with 60⁰ C temprature. Next, the synthesis proceed is done after following this procees which is preticipation, purification, and drying with 150⁰ C. Characterization proses has been done by using SEM-EDX and XRD. Ressult by using XRD ZnO phase found in 0%, 4%, 6%, and 8% Cu-doped. The smallest average of diameter crystallin acquaired from a sampel without Cu-doped which is 29 nm, and the largest is acquaired from a sampel with 8% Cu-doped which is 37 nm. SEM-EDX result shown particles morfology and the persentage of mass and atom. As it result can be concluded The persentage of mass and atom Cu greater along the consentration

Abstract

Baterai dinamis asam timbal berbasis redoks adalah jenis baterai sekunder yang dapat diisi ulang atau rechargeable dengan kondisi elektrolit dialirkan melewati sel oleh pompa. Sistem baterai yang dibuat adalah simulasi menggunakan software COMSOL Multiphysics.5.1.Win.SSQ. Simulasi dilakukan pada 1 sel baterai dinamis asam timbal pada suhu kerja 300 K, volume 1000 cc, densitas arus 200 mA/cm2 dengan 4 variasi durasi pengisian-pengosongan yaitu 1 jam, 1,5 jam, 2 jam dan 2,5 jam selama satu siklus. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa bertambahnya waktu pengisian-pengosongan mampu meningkatkan tegangan kerja baterai, meningkatkkan konsentrasi dipermukaan elektroda dan jumlah ion aktif pada elektrolit. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengisian baterai dinamis asam timbal dari 1 jam hingga 2,5 jam belum mencapai pengisian penuh baterai yang dibuat karena tegangan akhir belum mencapai 2,4 Volt.  Efisiensi energi pada baterai dinamis asam timbal memiliki rentang 72%-73%.

Abstract

The rate of child marriage in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is quite high with 715 cases in 2021. Meanwhile, Yogyakarta City had the highest rate of child marriage with 228 cases. The negative impact of child marriage is not only in terms of health but also mental (psychological) and economic. This research looks at the role of each institution and specifically highlights women's religious institutions in responding to the phenomenon of child marriage. This research uses a qualitative approach with structuralist functional theory as an analytical tool. Primary data sources were obtained through in-depth interviews and secondary data through notes, news, and other documentation. Data analysis techniques through reduction, presentation, analysis, and conclusion. The results are the role in overcoming child marriage in Yogyakarta is carried out by the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection and Family Planning Service (DP3AP2AKB) KUA, Religious Courts, Puspaga, UPT PPA, PKK who synergize in carrying out prevention through socialization programs, administratively carrying out records and the process of providing dispensations, and psychological assistance to both children and parents. Women's religious organizations are carrying out massive outreach programs in the community. Fatayat and Aisyiyah have unique programs according to the characteristics of their respective organizations.

Abstract

Faktor terpenting dalam organisasi adalah SDM di dalam organisasi. Salah satu strategi manajemen utama organisasi adalah berinvestasi pada karyawan. Dalam menjamin ketercapaian tujuan, diperlukan kinerja karyawan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan system reward terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif eksploratif. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur, didapatkan hasil bahwa motivasi kerja dan system reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This article explains the interpretation of the Qur'anic verses about the hijrah, by explaining the hijrah, the various types of hijrah, verses that discuss the hijrah, and the interpretation of the Qur'anic verses about the hijrah. Hijrah is an important theme in the Qur'an which is related to physical, spiritual and social movement from one situation to a better one in order to get closer to Allah. In the context of Islamic history, hijrah refers to the movement of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and his companions from Mecca to Medina to escape persecution and achieve religious freedom. Interpretation of hijrah verses, as in QS. Al-Baqarah: 218, QS. An-Nisa: 100, and QS. At-Taubah: 20, emphasizes the importance of steadfast faith, sacrifice and struggle in achieving Allah's approval. Hijrah is seen as a form of obedience that is highly valued by Allah, with a guarantee of great rewards for those who do it with sincere intentions. The interpretation of these verses also contains a spiritual dimension, where hijrah is defined as moving from a state of sin to the path of obedience. Thus, hijrah is not only limited to the physical aspect, but also includes changes in mental and moral attitudes to improve the quality of faith and piety.This abstract explains the concept of hijrah in the Al-Qur'an and its interpretation, covering historical, spiritual and social aspects in the life of a Muslim.
