Abstract

Usaha peternakan ayam petelur memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung ketersediaan pangan sumber protein hewani, khususnya telur, di tingkat rumah tangga. Namun, peternak ayam petelur skala kecil di Kecamatan Pucanglaban, Kabupaten Tulungagung, masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, terutama tingginya biaya pakan yang belum diimbangi dengan penerapan manajemen pakan yang optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak ayam petelur melalui pelaksanaan Farmers Field School (FFS) dengan topik manajemen pakan ayam layer sebagai bagian dari Program Bertani Untuk Negeri yang diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan Edufarmers International. Kegiatan FFS dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif melalui penyampaian materi secara tatap muka, diskusi interaktif, serta pengamatan langsung di kandang peternak. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi prinsip manajemen pakan, komposisi dan kualitas pakan, waktu serta jumlah pemberian pakan, serta metode sederhana untuk mengenali kualitas bahan pakan lokal seperti bekatul. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif peternak dalam diskusi, khususnya terkait permasalahan pakan yang dihadapi di lapangan. Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peternak mengenai pentingnya kualitas pakan dan penerapan manajemen pakan yang tepat guna meningkatkan produktivitas serta efisiensi usaha. Kebaruan kegiatan ini terletak pada penerapan metode sekolah lapang yang mengintegrasikan pengetahuan ilmiah dengan pengalaman lapang peternak. Secara keseluruhan, Farmers Field School berkontribusi dalam memperkuat kapasitas peternak dan mendukung keberlanjutan usaha peternakan ayam petelur di Kecamatan Pucanglaban.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires Islamic educational institutions to manage information in a systematic, integrated, and data-driven manner. This article aims to conceptually analyze the role of information management and database systems in enhancing the effectiveness of Islamic education management from an Islamic perspective. This study employs a literature review method by examining relevant books, scholarly journals, and academic sources. The findings indicate that the implementation of Management Information Systems and database systems significantly improves administrative efficiency, supports data-driven decision-making, and strengthens accountability and transparency in Islamic educational institutions. The integration of Islamic values such as trustworthiness (amanah), justice, responsibility, and tawhid provides an ethical foundation for managing educational information, positioning information technology as a means to achieve the objectives of Islamic education. Therefore, the development of information management based on Islamic values is a strategic necessity to enhance the quality and competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions in the digital era.

Abstract

Regional economic development is a strategic instrument for enhancing economic performance and achieving sustainable community welfare. This study aims to analyze the role of regional economic development in improving the economic performance of Probolinggo Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method was employed. Data were collected from economic development textbooks, national and international journal articles, and official publications of the Probolinggo Regency Central Bureau of Statistics. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative techniques through the classification, comparison, and synthesis of relevant findings from the literature. The findings indicate that regional economic development contributes significantly to improving the economic performance of Probolinggo Regency, as reflected in the growth of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and the improvement of the Human Development Index (HDI). The regional economic structure, which is still dominated by the agricultural sector, highlights the importance of strengthening leading sectors based on local potential through value-added enhancement and technological innovation. However, the high dependence on the primary sector increases economic vulnerability, necessitating economic diversification through the development of secondary and tertiary sectors, particularly manufacturing industries and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The role of local government as a regulator, facilitator, and catalyst is identified as a key determinant in promoting inclusive and sustainable regional economic growth.

Abstract

Bullying whether physical, verbal, relational, or cyberbullying is a significant public health issue that affects both the psychological development and physical health of children and adolescents. In Indonesia, analysis of the PISA 2018 findings often shows high exposure to bullying among students. Apart from affecting academic performance, bullying can contribute to death through several pathways: (1) increased risk of suicidal ideation and attempts, (2) severe physical violence leading to fatal outcomes (e.g., assault), (3) risk of accidents and risk-taking behavior as maladaptive responses to chronic stress, and (4) long-term health consequences and premature mortality. Meta-analytic evidence demonstrates a strong association between bullying victimization and mental health issues (depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal behavior), with some evidence suggesting a causal relationship for specific mental health outcomes. CDC reports emphasize that suicide is a multifactorial phenomenon bullying is rarely the "sole cause," but it increases the risk through mediators such as depression, social isolation, and psychological pressure. This paper reviews scientific evidence on the bullying-death link, the mechanisms bridging these two, and prevention strategies and responses based on schools, families, healthcare services, and public policies.

Abstract

Academic achievement is an important indicator of the success of higher education implementation. Such achievement is influenced by various internal and external factors, including learning motivation and academic competence. This study aims to analyze the effect of learning motivation and competence on students’ academic achievement. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consisted of all students of the Computer Science Study Program at  Pancasakti University Makassar, with a total sample of 113 students selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that learning motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on students’ academic achievement, both partially and simultaneously. Learning motivation was found to have a more dominant influence compared to competence. The coefficient of determination shows that learning motivation and competence explain a substantial proportion of the variance in students’ academic achievement, while the remaining variance is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening students’ motivation and developing their competencies in a sustainable manner to enhance learning quality and academic achievement in higher education.

Abstract

Taking into account demographic factors as a driving force, this study investigates the dynamics of human development and unemployment rates in Blimbing Village, Pakuniran District. It is shown that there is a significant correlation between human development measured through education, health, and economic indicators. This study found that several main challenges for Blimbing Village development are low quality of human resources, limited access to high-quality education, and few formal employment opportunities. These challenges were identified through descriptive quantitative research methods using a survey approach. This research demonstrates that, in addition to enhancing local economic diversification, investment in education and skills training, and strengthening the agricultural sector and MSMEs can be effective strategies to improve the Human Development Index (HDI) while simultaneously reducing unemployment rates. This study provides policy recommendations to assist village government and related stakeholders in creating inclusive and sustainable development programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of online game playing frequency and duration on stress levels and psychological well-being in college students. The development of digital technology has increased the popularity of online games among college students, potentially having both positive and negative impacts on their mental health. Using a quantitative approach using a survey method, data was collected from a number of college students who actively play online games. Statistical analysis will be used to test hypotheses regarding the relationship between online game playing patterns (frequency and duration) and indicators of stress (e.g., perceived stress scales) and psychological well-being (e.g., subjective well-being scales). The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the impact of online game playing on college students and provide a basis for developing appropriate interventions to promote a balance between gaming activity and optimal mental health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan bahstul masail di pondok pesantren HM Al Mahrusiyah dan pembentukan keilmuan islam dalam kegiatan bahstul masail dalam presfektif teori konstruktivistik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa santri Al Mahrusiyah membentuk teori konstruktivistik dalam kegiatan bahstul masail dalam sebuah pembelajaran yang mereka lakukan seperti halnya aktif terlibat dalam proses memecahkan suatu masalah yang berkaitaan dengan materi pembelajaran, membangun sendiri pengetahuan mereka serta pemahaman mereka melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam proses pembelajran. Keterlibatan siswi dalam  mengembangkan sendiri dalam kemampuannya mempunyai keleluasaan dan kebebasan untuk mengeksplorasi seluruh kemampuannya untuk mengkonstruksi sendiri pengetauan yang berupa ide-ide dan gagasan-gagasan baru yang bersifat membangun berdasarkan materi sebelumnya. Karna dengan mereka mengkosntruksi sendiri pengetahuan mereka, akan terlihat adanya perubahan pola pikir setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Karna dengan demikian kegaiatan ini memungkinkan terjadinya interaksi sosial yang kaya akan proses negosiasi makna, serta pertukaran pandangan dengan demikian pembelajran kolaboratif bukan sekedar kerja sama melainkan suatu proses interaktif yang mendalam yang mendukung terbentuknya pemahaman baru melalui partisipasi aktif dan relaktif dalam lingkungan sosial belajar. Refleksi juga merupakan proses berpikir Kembali suatu pembelajaran, dengan apa yang telah di pelajari, Ketika siswi merefleksikan pengalamannya mereka mencari makna dan mengaitkan dengan teori atau konsep yang telah dipelajari, serta menilai sejauh mana pemahaman mereka.

Abstract

Ankle injuries are a common problem among volleyball athletes, especially adolescents, due to the movement characteristics involving jumping, landing, and rapid changes of direction. Limited knowledge and skills in injury prevention at the club level increase the risk of recurrent injuries and may affect the sustainability of athletic performance. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of young athletes in the prevention and early management of ankle injuries through basic kinesiotaping training. A descriptive quantitative approach with a one-group pre-test and post-test design was applied in a single training session conducted on November 28, 2025, at Ivokas Volleyball Club, Semarang Regency, involving 12 young athletes. The training consisted of theoretical sessions, hands-on practice, and evaluation. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 42.6 to 85.4, along with improved participant ability to apply basic kinesiotaping techniques, particularly lymphatic drainage and mechanical correction techniques for the ankle. In addition, participants reported very positive responses to the training implementation. It can be concluded that basic kinesiotaping training is effective in enhancing the knowledge and practical skills of young athletes in ankle injury prevention, and has the potential to support athlete safety and sustainable performance at the club level.

Abstract

The trend of retail government securities investment among the younger generation (millennials and Generation Z) continues to grow. Fintech platforms make investment easier and safer. However, many millennials and Generation Z remain hesitant to invest in retail government securities due to a lack of information and inhibiting factors. This study examines the relationship between digital financial literacy and perceptions of fintech on retail government securities investment interest by considering the driving and inhibiting factors for millennials and Generation Z to invest in retail government securities. The results, processed using quantitative descriptive analysis and statistical analysis, indicate that the younger generation is the primary driver of the increase in retail government securities investors. Respondent characteristics, which align with national trends, indicate that investment interest is already high and supported by adequate financial literacy. However, further education is needed to foster this interest and translate it into actual purchases.
