Abstract

This research aims as a means of information related to integrative negotiation strategies in the fulfillment of consumer rights during the cancellation of hajj departures in two thousand and twenty-one years. Researchers use this type of qualitative research. In the process of qualitative data collection, researchers use phenomenological methods and inductive data analysis. Researchers used four research sources, namely: customer service, hajj handling, hajj administration, and hajj sales marketting. The results proved that integrative negotiation strategies have a significant influence on the fulfillment of consumer rights at the time of cancellation of hajj departures in two thousand and twenty-one years. Pilgrims can find a resolution to the conflict with PT. Ebad Alrahman Wisata Juanda Sidoarjo through three concepts of integrative negotiation strategies. Two negotiators take three approaches to integrative negotiation strategies: steps, methods, and success factors. The account sheet is the result of an integrative agreement between hajj pilgrims and PT. Ebad Alrahman Wisata Juanda Sidoarjo. PT. Ebad Alrahman Wisata Juanda Sidoarjo emphasized communication as a success factor in integrative negotiation strategies. PT. Ebad Alrahman Wisata Juanda Sidoarjo uses four online digital applications, such as: whatsapp, instagram, facebook, and the official website of www.ebadwisata.com.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using SISKOHAT (Integrated Hajj Informationand Computerized System) in the hajj pilgrim candidates’ portion number delegation service. Tofind out the obstacles faced in SISKOHAT, portion delegation, and evaluate the service systemprovided by the umrah and hajj organizer, registration and hajj documents section, to Hajjpilgrims candidates. SISKOHAT is a work support tool in organizing the pilgrimage by utilizinginformation technology in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. The results of this study indicated thatSISKOHAT at the Head of Hajj Registration and Documents for the Implementation of HajjUmrah at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion Province Bengkulu had been effective inthe service of delegating portion numbers to pilgrim candidates.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe current era of disruptive and Industrial Revolution has experienced an economic boom. But everyone is helping, rising poverty rates are caused by a lack of ability to change the times, especially in this fast-paced technological age. Therefore, the younger generation in the future must be able to manage themselves and have good abilities in terms of religion or the world as well as soft skills that are not less competitive so that they are not shaken by the onslaught of the times. So we need a generation of strong faith, and strong reason in critical thinking in solving any problem with creative and innovative abilities that should not be left behind. Islamic boarding schools are the right place for the Islamic generation, the cottage is the oldest place of education and can adapt to the times without changes like a hurricane. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking and checking the validity of the data is done through observation and triangulation of data. The data analysis technique was carried out in several stages starting from data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study are management training with elements of good training management and application of knowledge and the benefits of da'wah for students who are applied at the Fadhlul Fadhlan Mijen Islamic Boarding School Semarang. Keywords: Management, Entrepreneurship Soft Skills, Da'wah, Santri and Islamic Boarding Schools

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business model of a talent development company or comedy company at Majelis Lucu Indonesia (MLI) / PT. Jenaka Sumber Rezeki, especially regarding the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis. The business model is one method that helps companies tell stories about a company's internal conditions. Through BMC, companies can display the nine essential components of a business in a simple but comprehensive way. The research data was obtained from the results of a literature study in the form of books, news articles, journals, YouTube video content, researchers’ experiences, and other supporting literature sources. The results obtained from this study were that the MLI company optimally implemented the nine components of BMC and benefited from various business sources such as talent management fees, YouTube Adsense, selling merchandise, holding special online and offline shows, MLI Music, MLI e-sports, and endorsements. Keyword: Business Model Canvas, Comedy Canvas, Majelis Lucu Indonesia

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine employees’ adaptation patterns using digital fundraising channels at LAZ IZI Central Java. The research type used in this study was qualitative, using a phenomenological approach. The primary data was obtained from observations and interviews with LAZ IZI Central Java employees, and the secondary data were taken from books, articles, and journals. This study found that the adaptation pattern of LAZ IZI Central Java employees in the New Normal period did not experience any significant obstacles because digital fundraising had become part of their activities before the COVID-19 pandemic. However, digital fundraising competence was still improved through training and workshops carried out internally and externally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity, Perceived Organizational Support (POS),and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The number ofsamples in this study was 73 respondents. The validity test used the Product Momentcorrelation, while the reliability test used the Alpha formula technique. The prerequisite testscarried out were the normality test using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, and themulticollinearity test using the tolerance value and the variance inflation factor (VIF).Meanwhile, a test of dastisity used a scatterplot graph. Hypothesis testing used pathanalysis, while sobel test was to test the strength of the indirect effect of the independentvariable on the dependent variable through mediating variable. The analysis showed that jobinsecurity had an effect of 0.446 and perceived organizational support (POS) had an effect of0.454 on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment was proven tobe able to mediate the effect of perceived organizational support (pos) on organizationalcitizenship behavior (OCB) with a z value of 3.255. Meanwhile, organizational commitmentproved unable to mediate the effect of job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior(OCB).
