Abstract

Occurrences Paperless Office in line with advances in information technologi. Technology allows people to obtain alternative information in the processing and reading documents by reducing the use of paper that is currently called paperless office system. This study attempts to explore the framework of the migration processing and reading documents that use paper for the use of information technology. The initial step to identify business processes that use paper. Design information technology infrastructure both in terms of hardware architecture and software. and then followed by a strategy of migration to a paperless office system (PLO) So the conversion technology acquired paper documents into digital documents and transform business processes that use a lot of paper in business processes using sofware applications.Keywords: paperless office, digital documents, sofiware applications.

Abstract

Energy is one important part of everyday life, especially electrical energy . Electrical energy must be consider the level of economic needs, so that the availability of electrical energy in accordance with thus the availability of electricity and energy fuel for power supply is very limited as a result of the energy crisis . People should be selective in the use of electrical energy for daily life in order to save in financial terms as well as the availability of energy sources. The aims of this research is to analyze of electrical load in Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University based on their need alignment with their subscription. Abstract

Insulation materials that commonly used in air insulation, which, is operated at high voltage, are the porcelain, glass, and polymer materials. One of the insulating polymer materials that are used is epoxy resin because it has several advantages compared to that. However, this insulation material has a degradation of the surface due to environmental and cause insulation coated with dirt and chemicals in the long time. Material that was used in this research was epoxy resin polymer isolation using of comparison values (base material diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A: hardener material metaphenylene diamine) were 1:1, with the increase of silane and high calcium coastal sand as filler by the value of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%. Research was done in laboratory according to standard IEC 587: 1984. In this study, the effect of variation in stoichiometry to the hydrophobic contact angle value, leakage current waveforms, and surface degradation caused by erosion and tracking processes and tracking time were analyzed. From the results of the research, it was obtained that the epoxy resin that was used in this research are categorized as hydrofobik and partially wetted. The increase concentration of silane dan high calcium coastal sand as filler caused the increase in contact angle which meant the increase in surface insulation resistance, so that leakage currents flew on the surface not easily and slow down the aging or the degradation decreasing on the surface of insulating material. Concentration value of filler that had the optimal performance of the tracking process and erosion was 40%. Keywords : Angle of contact, epoxy resin, hidropobik, leaky current, materials filler

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, dianalisis kinerja cakupan dan kualitas sinyal jaringan 4G LTE di Kota Purbalingga, sebelum optimasi) dan setelah optimasi. Kinerja cakupan dilihat dari jumlah penyebaran nilai RSRP optimal yaitu lebih dari -95 dBm, sedangkan kinerja kualitas sinyal dilihat dari jumlah penyebaran nilai SINR yang optimal yaitu lebih dari 10. Selain itu, parameter throughput (downlink maupun uplink) juga dianalisis untuk melihat pengaruh yang diberikan SINR.Pada penelitian ini, juga dianalisis penyebab terjadinya penurunan kinerja parameter RSRP dan SINR secara keseluruhan, dan dianalisis area yang masih menjadi bad spot RSRP dan SINR meski sudah dilakukan optimasi oleh perusahaan. Saran perbaikan juga diberikan untuk peningkatankinerja parameter. Metode optimasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tilting dan perubahan azimuth. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa terjadi penurunan kinerja parameter RSRP sebesar 10,3 %, penurunan kinerja parameter SINR sebesar 8.68 %, peningkatan kinerja DL Throughput sebesar 5,24 % dan penurunan kinerja UL Throughput sebesar 20,22 %. Di Kota Purbalingga, ditemukan 3 bad spot area RSRP dan 22 bad spot area SINR. Ketiga bad spot area RSRP disebabkan permasalahan weak coverage, sedangkan untuk 22 bad spot area SINR disebabkan tiga permasalahan weak coverage, satu cross coverage, tujuh conflict PCI Mod 3, dan sebelas no dominant coverage Keywords: LTE, Coverage, Optimasi RF

Abstract

Flaring gas industry is profitable for community and government, in term of economy and environment (sustainable). The investation of that industry, haye to study if economically feseable to be develop and environmentally friendly, so we need to study about feasibility study and environment impact assessment. The aim of this study to examines feasibitity study and environment benefit. For this purposes, the analysis were used in this study Net present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Pay Back Period (PBP), and profitability Index analysis. Result of this study were flaring gas industry in this study feasible and enviroimentally (cleaner production), and feasible to develop. Flaring gas industry had positif net present value with net profit (NPV) US$ 1.148.174,00 and had recoupery to bank higher than bank interest rate, and the ability to restore the bank loan capital until the time limit, total IRR 14,42 %. Payback investment of this company is 5,080 years and payback loan is 3,537 years. This means, that capital payback period paster than contract period and began fifth years and so on, (break even point in fifth years). Starting in the sixth years, this company will be profit, because payback period shorter than contract period (10 years). It's indicates that present value of net cash receipts, in the future is greater than the present value of investment, so that is profitable. By the way this company should pay for environmental protection and social costs, but in this study has not been taken in to account. Flaring gas industry not only profitable, but become one of the efforts to reduce emission. This industry relatively not pollute the environment and environmentally friendly. Abstract

Use of utility electric motor in an industry become is a basic requirement, electric motor serves as a means of supporting drivers / mechanics of a tool such as pumps, chillers, conveyors etc. The electric motor takes energy consumption in the world's greatest industrial and motors is expected to use about 70% of the total electrical load in the industry. This research aims to analyze unbalanced load on electric motor and how to solve that problems. Unnecessary consumption of energy from the electric motor is usually caused inefficiencies and unbalanced load burden. Abstract

The development of technology is now growing very rapidly. It encourages people to create something that could provide convenience to perform a task. One of them is able to monitor and detect fires from long distance. A house fire is a frequently-occured disaster in the community. It can be caused by environmental factors as well as carelessness of the home owner. Home fires often occur when there is noone at home. They can occur at anytime because it is a disaster that goes unexpected. This research aims to design a fire detection system using a temperature sensor and smoke sensor that can provide an indication of fire early on in a room. The design of this system consists of a temperature sensor, smoke sensor and Arduino microcontroller system which is able to transmit datafrom the temperature and smoke sensor to Raspberry Pi via serial communication. The results were shown in Raspberry Pi through a GUI display. It is suggested that the system uses security camera or web camera for precise monitoring and adds notification feature via SMS or other means through internet. Abstract

Network Monitoring Sistem is a collection of systems that have a function to observe or monitor systems that allow for errors in the system till it can be detected. Technological advances create a monitoring system using the Closed Circuit Television. Utilization of this device can make it easier to monitor the situation or condition of a room, so as to prevent the occurrence of a crime. This research use software system design that aims to facilitate the translation of system requirements that will be built or developed to estimate the system created is a quality system. Encoding on this system is the result of system design that will be implemented by using PHP, Html and bash script. And the last is a system reliability test before the system can actually be implemented through testing every function of the system that has been designed, and system feasibility testing. The results show that the design of monitoring system run well according to its function which is able to give info of the condition of a room in real time, can run according to the school's need for monitoring and supervision, as well as what options are given to monitor the space that is efficient and practical.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit dr Karyadi Semarang merupakan rumah sakit milik Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan merupakan Terbesar di kota Semarang, di mana rumah sakit ini mempunyai peralatan-peralatan kedokteran dan kesehatan yang modern dan canggih. Untuk peningkatan pelayanan kepada pasien dari kalangan yang berada, maka pihak manajemen Rumah Sakit Dr. Karyadi membangun fasilitas rawat inap yang khusus untuk kelas VIP dan VVIP yang ditempatkan pada suatu gedung rawat inap yang bernama Paviliun GarudaUntuk menjamin kenyamanan dan pelayanan kesehatan yang prima bagi pasien kelas VIP dan VVIP tersebut, maka di Paviliun Garuda RS Dr. Karyadi terdapat perlengkapan-perlengkapan kesehatan dan fasilitas-fasilats penunjang lainnya yang memerlukan tenaga listrik. Untuk menjaga kualitas daya listrik pada sistem tersebut diperlukan pengukuran dan monitoring kualitas daya listrik dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Pengukuran kualitas daya ini menggunakan alat A3Q analyzer, di mana dengan alat tersebut dapat dketahui dan dianalisa tentang besaran listrik, bentuk gelombang tegangan dan arus listrik, spektrum harmonisa, daya dan faktor daya, arus netral, kesetimbangan beban.Pengamatan dan pengukuran dilakukan pada Transformator 20 kV/380 V yang khusus mensuplai daya lisrik untuk Paviliun Garuda, Rumah Sakit Dr. Karyadi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar yang berlaku dan sesuai dengan nilai yang diijinkan. Dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa secara umum kualitas daya listrik di Paviliun Garuda Rumah Sakit DR Karyadi Semarang dalam keadaan baik, karena memenuhi syarat yang diijinkan

Abstract

Sistem transmisi menghantarkan energi listrik dalam tegangan yang sangat tinggi untuk jarak yang sangat jauh. Tegangan yang sangat tinggi dengan arus beban yang besar pula, menyebabkan semakin besar kemungkinan isolator yang menahan besarnya beban mekanis dan pejanan elektris terus menerus untuk mengalami kerusakan. Hal ini ditambah lagi dengan pengaruh alam dan lingkungan disekitarnya. Saat ini, pemeliharaan dan penggantian isolator dapat dilakukan dalam jaringan tanpa padam, tetapi sebelum memulai pelaksaannya, integritas mekanis dan elektris dari isolator perlu dikonfirmasikan terlebih dahulu. Melalui inspeksi secara visual dapat diketahui kerusakan fisik dari isolator tetapi tidak dengan integritasnya secara elektris. Untuk keperluan ini, telah banyak dikembangkan berbagai perangkat pengukuran yang mampu mengukur kondisi isolator dalam kondisi jaringan tanpa padam (energize). Beberapa diantaranya dapat digunakan hingga tegangan 765 kV. Ada dua macam perangkat pengukuran yang secara umum telah digunakan di Indonesia dengan dua macam metode kerja yang berbeda, antara lain Isolometer dan Positron Insulator Tester. Isolometer bekerja berdasarkan metode pengukuran beda potensial yang melintasi sebuah isolator, sedangkan Positron Insulator Tester bekerja berdasarkan pengukuran medan listrik pada sebuah isolator. Evaluasi disini untuk mengetahui perangkat pengukuran dan metode yang paling tepat dan paling efektif untuk digunakan di lapangan, terutama pada jaringan Ttransmisi Tegangan Tinggi 500 kV.
